David (5/5): - Location was terrible with bar next door pumping very loud music and people outside in little square singing screaming till 0500 in the morning. Sadly out of the hotels control but if you stay try to get room in the back of the hotel.

Sehr gute Lage um die Ecke ist die Kathedrale-die Altstadt und viele Möglichkeiten gut zu Essen oder einzukaufen. Nach langem Pilgern eine Wohltat. Wir haben sehr gut in den Betten geschlafen. Das Frühstück hat wirklich alles was es braucht. Sonst Tee,Kaffee,Wasser immer Gratis.Vielen Dank an die nette Mitarbeiterin, die uns sogar ein Taxi zum Flughafen organisert hat. Wir haben sogar noch eine Nacht verlängert. Da gibt es Nichts.

Unfortunately on the first night, some guests who were staying on the floor underneath me were extremely loud late at night & were out on the patio making noise & really not caring about any other guests, which meant I didn't get to sleep until 3.30am.

Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von der Kathedrale entfernt! Urig und modern ausgestattet! Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel gehen wenn ich noch mal in diese tolle Stadt komme Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit im Hotel zu frühstücken weil wohl Reparaturen anstanden als wir dort waren ! Das ist aber auch das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat

Zimmer war bereits am Mittag bezugsfertig, sodass wir unser Gepäck gleich nach der Ankunft in Santiago beziehen konnten, was natürlich gerade nach der körperlichen Anstrengung sehr toll war. Alles zur voller Zufriedenheit. Vielleicht ein Getränkeautomat/ Minibar wäre toll gewesen. Da die Geschäfte und Bars in Santiago im Gegensatz zum sonstigen Spanien sehr früh schliessen.

It had a comfy bed, large bathroom, as well as french doors leading to large window which allowed for fresh air and listening to the sounds of the city if desired. The location was very close to the cathedral and several fine restaurants nearby. The breakfast does not open until late and the walls are thin. However, thin walls are to be expected in older buildings such as you'll find in the area.

Myriam (9/5): Emplacement idéal et chambre tout confort - L’emplacement , la chambre était agréable, le personnel sympathique et la dame de l’entretien adorable La chambre ne donnait pas sur rue donc dans l’ensemble calme mais ce qui était désagréable c’était d’entendre tout ce qui se passait à la réception . Chaque conversation et le téléphone qui pouvait sonner pendant 10 minutes sans que personne ne réponde.

Lynn (9/5): Nice room in overall nice location, would recommend. - The room was very modern with comfortable beds and a very nice shower. The location was good, just a couple blocks off the main square. It was more quiet than the main square but there was a nearby restaurant with outdoor seating that led to some noise later at nite. The entry level floor has a couple nice lounging areas that made it easy for me to do some meetings for work on line without keeping my husband awake. We did not arrive late but there was noone there on our arrival and though the sent us door codes which easily let us into the building, it was a little tricky to figure out how to get the room key out of a coded box, easy once you know how to do it. so maybe this was me. In any case a staff member did arrive while I was trying to figure this out which was very helpful.
