Guest Reviews
- Lidia (10/5): -
- Adaeze (10/5): Excepcional - would book again! - We loved EVERYTHING. If you’re looking for a quiet escape, this is your place. We celebrated our two year wedding anniversary and Suzanna and the staff made everything exceptional. She aided in helping us book massages and excursions. Jeffry was great and getting us to and from the resort and the sister resort. It was so peaceful. It was everything we needed and more. Loved it all. Would absolutely stay again.
- Elizabeth (10/5): Wonderful 5 days in paradise - Affordable place to stay in Provo that also gave access to more expensive resorts. Staff and host Suzanna were so helpful and friendly. Quiet, well maintained, very clean, full kitchen with everything you need. Also Suzanna the amazing host.
- Kanita (9/5): Great location, amazing staff and host. - Wonderful little boutique resort, with shuttle service to the beach. We had a vehicle so getting to the beach was very easy. The real gem is the host, who made sure I had a yoga mat, some light workout equipment, and even gave me a tour around parts of the island - so kind! Extremely hospitable and made the stay very enjoyable. I stayed over the Christmas holiday, and we received some gifts for our room - which was unexpected and pleasant surprise.
- Roderic (10/5): We loved every minute! - Suzzana and the other staff were fabulous!
- Blerta (10/5): - This delightful, boutique resort offered a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. Though small in size, it was impressively well-equipped—especially the kitchen, which had every essential amenity for a comfortable stay. Meimi, the housekeeper, was truly exceptional—her warm care, attention to detail, and dedication to our satisfaction did not go unnoticed. And Suzanna was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the town with fantastic recommendations for dining and local beaches. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay—it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
- Peter (10/5): - Very nice and friendly staff. Shuttle to the beach and to the sister resort, Kokomo, (this is where we went for breakfast , lunch and dinner most days) is from 9am-5:30pm. Highly recommend for your stay if you are looking for a nice relaxing place, not by the beach, resort.
- John (10/5): - The rooms are nice but a bit “cozy”. That being said, this is a very reasonably priced place to stay. Not much right on the property, but the “sister” hotel 1 mile away has a nice pool and restaurant. With the money we saved (most rooms on the beach are 3x the fees of One On Marlin) we rented a car for the week and got to do some great exploring.
Can’t say enough about the staff. SUPER helpful with recommendations, and answered all our questions. Thumbs up.
- Aaron (8/5): - The property is not near the beach but they have drivers who will take you there. Would recommend renting a vehicle so you're not bound by their schedule. The staff is VERY accommodating and nice making our stay a pleasure. The property worked nicely for us and I would recommend it for those that don't need to be able to step out of their hotel right onto the sand. We liked renting a car and visiting many of the beaches on the island. Taylor beach was our favorite
- Olivia (10/5): - The whole week was amazing, super affordable, worth every penny! Can’t wait to come back and visit again!
- Brian (10/5): - We had such a beautiful time staying at One on Marlin and I’d be back there tomorrow if I didn’t have to work! Thank you so much for the beautiful stay. Easy to get down to the beach, great home base to explore what Turks and Caicos has to offer.
- Ryan (10/5): Couldn't ask for better service - This hotel option is fantastic for those traveling here on a budget yet also renting a vehicle. The service was fantastic with Suzanne in the front office as well as Meme on housekeeping. This place is quite nice, yet has minimal frills. The sister resort that you can use the pool and restaurant at is just around the corner. The birch access point on the beach is fantastic and adjacent to a high end resort that permits restaurant use (though it is spendy). A very nice grocery store is nearby and you're within 5-10 minutes of most of the great restaurants and you can get to each main ends of the island within 15 minutes as well. Parking is plentiful and the resort also offers to rent cars. Their cars are nicer than what we rented at Hertz which I wish I knew. The beds are so comfy. They have great cable tv options as well as amazon interface. The kitchenette and large fridge make having some meals at your place possible. They also provide daily beach towels. Choosing this place is likely a deliberate choice to save money compared to the oceanfront places, and honestly I am glad we did as I think the experience was just great.
- 258reneem (10/5): Relaxing Beach Vacation - The location was quiet and beautiful. The staff, Wenie and Jefferies, were extremely friendly and helpful. All the amenities were fantastic. WiFi was terrific. And I did my best to be off my phone! We did love that they had lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach.
- moosh89 (10/5): A gem - everything you want in an apartment with friendly staff - Literally everything about this place is amazing!
Adults only. Quiet. Amazing staff that go above and beyond to help and make your stay as best as can be. Wenie communicated well with quick replies before our arrival despite the time difference, gave really good tips and advice. Suzanne who looks after One on Marlin guests so helpful and friendly.
Best Housekeeping we've ever experienced. Thank you Meme. Daily cleaning and linen change. She makes the bed perfectly and is so proud of the job she does. Even washed up a few bits we left in the sink the one day we didn't do it before leaving the apartment.
Jeffrey, who drives the shuttle cart and looks after the sunbeds/umbrellas on Grace Bay is so lovely and helpful. In fact all the staff there are happy, friendly and such a lovely atmosphere.
Spacious. Here’s some info….
*Super comfy bed – I have a back problem and am careful on accommodation I book. So no issues here at all.
*Very very clean – spotless.
*Kitchen utensils. Washing up liquid land sponge. Cloth Kitchen towel to dry dishes. *Paper kitchen towel.
*Microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer.
*Cool box.
*Iron and ironing board.
*Powerful hairdryer.
*Loads of storage space and drawers.
*In room Safe.
*Beach towels
*Dispensing Soap, lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. My skin is sensitive and used all except shampoo and conditioner without any problems. Smelt nice.
*Beach chairs although bring your own or a beach mat as the ones we used didn’t close easily after using…got stuck due to sand / salt rusting the metal.
Pretty central location…7 mins drive to Grace Bay and Smiths Reef. Sister hotel that has the pool is 3 mins drive. They have shuttle between the hotels and Grace Bay beach – where there are sunbeds and umbrellas.
Accommodation are in two story blocks. There are no lifts and check if they have accessible apartments available before you book.
Plenty of parking.
Any issues we found were immediately rectified without hesitation.
Good food at the sister hotel’s Restaurant ‘Kokomo’ as well as amazing rum punches. The best we had on the island!
Recommend a car if you want to go to beaches and have the flexibility to travel around the island. They drive on the left but weirdly some rental cars have the steering wheel on the left too!
If you’re looking for a serviced apartment with independence and tranquillity, this is the place to book! After going around the island, I still think this is the best place for the price and standard of accommodation.
- Manisha (10/5): - Literally everything about this place is amazing!

Sister hotel is 3 minutes drive away with a pool and restaurant - with good food and the best rum punch on the island! Brilliant service from waitress Melanie. Free daytime shuttle between to sister hotel and Grace Bay beach (has sunbeds and umbrellas).
Recommend a car to explore other beaches and have the flexibility to travel around.
- Terry George (8/5): - Very quiet property. Really easy to relax. The staff was superb getting us anything we requested.
The propertt is a bit removed from dining. There is nothing within walking diatance requiring a rental car or taxi.
- Kadish (10/5): - Suzanna and Meme was amazing! Awesome trip 10/10
- Irina (8/5): - We had a great experience! Amazing staff! We were beyond impressed by the staff who cleaned our room, it was always perfect. Very short ride to the beach, great area. Would recommend!
Sister hotel is not as great. So if hesitant definitely stay at one on marlin!
- Quesboc1 (10/5): Quiet Oasis with Easy Beach Access - We enjoyed our time at this hotel! It really is very quiet and relaxing, and fairly centrally located on the island. The rooms were clean and quiet so I never heard other guests when we were inside, other than when the adjoining room opened or closed the front door. (We stayed in room 1061.)
The kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to make simple meals to save some money. I also love that they give you a cooler to bring to the beach.
Speaking of, the Bight portion of Grace Bay Beach was a very quick 5 minute drive with ample parking, umbrellas, and lounge chairs. It's next to another property that has a bar and restaurant if you get hungry/thirsty. So really it had everything we needed.
We didn't get a chance to use the pool/hot tub at the sister hotel Kokomo, but it looked lovely and we did eat at the We Market Cafe, which was good.
The host Suzanna was really great--she was very friendly, helpful, generous and responsive.
You don't technically need a car to stay here, as there is a shuttle, though I'm glad we had one so we could go to the supermarket, explore other beaches and not have to be picked up for activities like snorkeling, etc. But if you just plan on hitting the beach for the most part you'd probably be fine without a car.
If I could make any adjustments it would be a solid, rather than a slat door for the bathroom, for privacy and so you don't wake the other person up if you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.
- Renee (10/5): Quiet get away to a favorite destination - The location was so quiet and the staff we interacted with Wenie and Jefferies were exceptional. And having access to the beach with a lounge chair and umbrella was amazing. Nothing
- Richard (10/5): - One on Marlin is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close enough to the beach and restaurants but have a quiet and relaxing stay at an affordable price in TCI!!
Easy shuttle to the beach everyday and the driver Geoffrey is super friendly and takes care of everything!
At the resort, Mimi and Susanna make sure you have everything you need, every day and you just need to ask!
I wish it was a little closer to restaurants but everything is an easy cab ride away....One on Marlin gives you a local cell phone with all the numbers you need programmed in the contacts and we used Nancy's cab for everyting we needed!!
All in all a great vacation at One on Marlin!!!
- zakhar (10/5): - Very cozy room with a kitchen, friendly staff and shuttle to the beach
- zoeyv2025 (10/5): Beautiful Solitude Blitz - Omg what an amazing experience. Let’s start with the hospitality of the property manager, concierge and housekeeping My Fiancé and I went for our one year anniversary and it was amazing. It was a beautiful private villa. I wish I could’ve posted a video of the room.
- Anthony (10/5): - Great service and accommodating. Fully recommend for a personal experience.
- 305dakotac (10/5): Great stay on TCI - Great rooms and service. Shuttle to beach is convenient and in-room kitchen is prepared for light cooking and food storage. Staff even brought clothing we left behind to the airport after we forgot it. Transport to the sister resort, Kokomo is also available for free, and that location has good food options for all meals.
- Dakota (10/5): - Great place
- Rebecca (10/5): - This was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend staying at this property. It was super clean, quiet, romantic, and a close drive to everything on the island. The staff are extremely kind and hospitable. Beautiful vacation!
- Donald (10/5): - MWeenie was the absolute best she made sure we had everything that we needed.me and my wife didn’t have to ask for anything she simply offered even when she didnt have to.MeMe and the other staff made sure that are room was unkept and clean everyday.kokomo has some amazing food and the Chefs really know their dishes.superb.They were genuinely good people to be around.if I had questions or concerns she answered with no hesitation..me and my wife will definitely be back…Soon
- Mason (10/5): - The property was nice it was laid back away from everything that's what we were looking for.All the staff where excellent we would come back just because how friendly they all were
- krystalmB2212MO (10/5): Wonderful - I loved everything I had an amazing time with my significant other. Suzanna was great and a lot of help with us getting around where we needed to go an safely. Nancy and Jeffrey we also appreciated them also. I would definitely refer them to friends and family.
- Jacquice (10/5): - We loved it here! Definitely will be back. Suzanna was such a big help and super sweet.
- nazerayr2024 (10/5): One on Marlin Resort Review. Highly recommend! - If you travel to Turks & Caicos you have to stay at One on Marlin. The service was beyond anything we expected. We were honeymooning and visiting the island for the first time. We walked into our room with fresh flowers and towel swans kissing on the bed. The room is spacious, clean, quiet, and has a full accessible kitchen. You have to travel across the road to the sister resort Kokomo for the pool and restaurant, but they offer free shuttle for there and to the nearest beach throughout the day. Suzanna was an AMAZING hostess from the moment we arrived at the resort through the whole stay. She was resourceful, available, and very kind. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to clean the room daily, giving us fresh linens and even did our dishes a few times when we rushed out for the beach. I have No complaints about our experience in Turks & Caicos and will visit again. Also, it is highly recommended to rent a car, One on Marlin has some available for guests to rent for convenience.
- aaronhO5785CC (10/5): Highly recommended!!! - The rooms at One on Marlin were really nice and clean! The customer service that was provided surpassed my expectations! Nancy, the property manager was a phenomenal host! She went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Turks and Caicos 🇹🇨!
- debbiecC3527ME (10/5): Love One on Marlin - Trip advisor
Review: One on Marlin / Kokomo
If I could give 10 stars I would! The hospitality at both Kokomo and One on Marlin is amazing. Anything you need at anytime they are there for you. Service is impeccable but even more special is the kindness and genuine personality of each person there. Ruth at the WE restaurant works mornings for breakfast and lunch, a big smile and warmth exudes her, ready to serve with pleasure! You can tell she loves her job!!! Mufassa at Kokomo restaurant is a phenomenal mixologist! Rena is a server at Kokomo, big smiles all the time! Meme at One on Marlin, goes above and beyond!
Then when you are checking in or out there is Suzanna, Wenie and Gabrielle. Managing the day to day activities, always there morning til night. Hugs and smiles all day every day!! They are the best! Amazing team!!!
If you are looking for an inviting place to stay, book One on Marlin. Ask Suzanna for merchandise as a souvenir as well. A robe or hat to wear at home so you continue to feel the memories of a beautiful vacation.
The shuttle goes from each resort to a special place on Grace Bay Beach every day a few times a day. So if you have decided not to rent a car, you can still get to and from the beach! And if you fall asleep in the sun he will even come wake you up. 😊☀️. But if you want to rent a car One on Marlin will help you with that as well!
WE restaurant is awesome!!! Breakfast, lunch and dinner is bound to be enjoyable! One of my favourite places to enjoy a quick bite or cocktail is on the upper deck, the views are serene with a gentle breeze to cool off.
Kokomo and One on Marlin help you relax your mind and body. From the tranquil decor of the room to the pathways and pool as well as the therapeutic spa experience.
- ReShard (10/5): - The property was secluded enough to provide the quiet relaxation we wanted on this trip but was also close enough to everything we wanted to do on the island. The staff was very considerate and helpful and took exceptional care of us throughout our stay… we would definitely book again!!!
- venusblue11378 (10/5): Beautiful Vacation - My first impression when we drove into the resort was what a beautiful garden! then the room was absolutely beautiful and the bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable.
Suzanna was a great host, What a wonderful person! I had great adventures finding baby turtles and saving baby birds😁 The staff and taxi drivers also very accommodating and polite. Would definitely come back again whenever I get a chance. Me and Suzanna became good friends and Rico too. 🫶🏻
- janneses2021 (10/5): Please go to One on Marlin! - This spa resort was AMAZING, The staff couldn't do enough for us, they compassionately help us with whatever we needed day or night. Suzanna, Meme, Jeffrey, Gary was amazing! Also Ruth and Minnie at Kokomo awesome! Turks n Caicos ONE on Marlin owes us NOTHING!!
- Jannese L (10/5): - The property, and ALL the employess was AWESOME, Suzanna, Meme, Jeffery, Gary. Ruth at Kokomo, Minnie. Everybody couldn't do enough for us. PLEASE KEEP UP THE GREAT, AWAESOME. FANTASTIC, JOB
- Kimberly (10/5): - Secluded, clean great workers from check-in to check out Suzanna was AWESOME what ever we needed when ever we called any questions we had she answered. Our shuttle drivers Gary, Jeffery AWESOME. Housekeeping Ms. Meme OUTSTANDING kept our room clean and smelling good..We did go to the sister resort. Ms. RUTH AWESOME and Wene .. only thing i would say is not many TV channels. Overall. EVERYONE was AMAZING
- Desiree (10/5): - This was the perfect quiet and quaint stay, which was close to everything. This hotel reminded be of an Air b n b in the sense of feeling like I had an apartment/home to myself, but with the amenities of a hotel. The property manager was very communicative and helped set up the room for my boyfriend’s birthday. You are also given a phone you can use to communicate with staff. This was by far one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at and I would definitely book again if I go back to Turks.
- Colline (10/5): - Suzanne is helpful and amazing . You’re provided with a cellphone for your stay to call locally , taxi etc . Shuttle is available until 5pm to take you to the sister hotel or beach but your cab drivers are if you miss the shuttle . Your room is a mini apartment .
- matthewbL8294JH (10/5): A wonderful experience in all ways - My wife and I were hesitant due to there being a few less amenities at this Sister hotel to the Cocomo. But boy were we thrilled with our stay. From the spacious size bedroom suite with PLENTY of storage, to the delightful Suzanna at concierge.
- Monique (10/5): - One on Marlin was a great place to stay on our vacation. It was exactly what my husband and I were looking for in our beach getaway. Suzanne and her staff were great and tentative. The facility was quiet, clean and great place to stay. The location was easy to get to as well short distance drive to most of the restaurants or things we wanted to do. The beach was quiet, relaxing and beautiful as well. The sister resort had great food and service as well. Thank you Suzanne for being part of a wonderful vacation. Can’t wait to go back.
- Justin (10/5): - This place is super cute and modern. Come here with a family or a couple if you want to enjoy Quiet time.
Suzanna is the sweetest host with a big heart she will help you above and beyond. Meme the housekeeper is so nice does a thorough cleaning job and will meet you with the biggest smile. Gary the shuttle driver is great always smiling and happy quick for pick up and drop off.
This is an apartment style resort getaway has a mini kitchen so you can grocery shop and cook in to save money. $4US for a can of Coke so adds up pretty quickly.
They have a sister resort up the road 5 min away that is intimate with a pool and hot tub and one restaurant. The food was delicious!!!
The shuttle will bring you from your place to sister property and to the beach.
They also give you a local cellphone in case you need to talk to Suzanna or get a shuttle drive.
- GIOVANNI (10/5): - The host Suzanna was amazing!
- 394jacquep (10/5): Great place to stay. - Suzanna was informative and sweet. We were greeted with rum punch upon checkin. The whole team was friendly and housekeeping took care to refresh daily- even cleaned our pans we left to soak with soapy water. The plants and fruit trees around both resorts were some of our favorite parts. We were grateful to have a nice and private place to stay and cook meals in. The a/c worked very well. There was a cooler we could use for day trips and packing a lunch. We also enjoyed our couples massage at the sister resort nearby.
- Nicole (10/5): Great Business Stay - Great location with parking, great amenities, wifi was a little spotty but manageable.
- Abla Malek (10/5): - Exclusive and quiet. Very hospitable and welcoming customer service. They let us have a late check out till 2 pm. Beach access needs a shuttle or a car rental. We had car rental so moving around was not too bad.
- buddahb2023 (10/5): Loved it - Very great service! Quiet place! Would definitely come back to this place again. Absolutely love. Turks is a great. Come back. Live. Love live laugh never give up this a a great distraction from the world and an all access to paradise I live this
- preciousc284 (10/5): Birthday get away - Hostess Suzanna was a breath of fresh air, very helpful and accommodating. She was able to tell us a lot of different things to do around the island. She made this a very special trip for us. I would definitely stay here again if I choose to come back.
- Happiness21908718252 (10/5): One on Marlin Goes Above and Beyond! - The room was beautiful and all the staff at One on Marlin went above and beyond. They greeted us with tropical punch and decorated our honeymoon suite with lovely fresh flowers. Suzannah made great recommendations for food and activities and helped us book an amazing massage at the sister resort Kokomo (so good my wife fell asleep!) When we needed a few more minutes to finish breakfast one morning, the beach shuttle waited for us. When we came back, we found that Meme, the cleaning staff, had washed our dishes in addition to the usual room service! Don’t hesitate to book your amazing getaway here!
- SladeMechanic (10/5): Great Experience all around - This was a great experience across the board. Super helpful staff, great communication throughout the reservation process, excellent location and amenities, very happy with all aspects of the experience. Highly recommended, 5 stars across the board.
- RENE GONZALEZ (10/5): - Great rooms; very friendly and responsive staff. Staff was very proactive in helping us during our stay to find places to visit as well as very accommodating such as offered beach folding chairs if needed to take with us to the beach.
- 925adah (6/5): Mediocre hotel - From the beginning I knew it wasn’t going to be great . The pictures are kind of deceiving upon arrival one person greeted us and checked us in . Then told us where our room was and gave us a key . No one to help with luggages so we had to carry it up two flights of stairs . Room was clean they had no slippers or anything. Bathroom door always got stuck . Towels were never replaced always had to ask . Internet was horrible. Beach was only a 10 min drive so no beach on the premises it’s basically in the middle of a woody area so if you’re looking for a beautiful view this definitely isn’t it . Overall it was ok I wouldn’t come here again . On the beach area where the hotel is associated with there was no towels and all they had was a cooler with water and cups . Very mediocre. Recommend a more higher end resort . I would’ve rather paid extra to have convienance because this definitely wasn’t it . In the beginning parking was ok but the last two days someone kept parking in our spot and we had to find parking further away it was super annoying. Trust me you get what you pay for .
- deniselP5737WQ (10/5): The best and stress free!!! - OMG!!! I loved Suzanna and all of the resort staff members. They made my stay so stress-free and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this resort to anybody. Suzanna was so helpful to me from taking me to the grocery store so I can get food and clothes because the airline lost my luggage. Also, it was a solo trip and she made sure I stayed safe and checked on me every day while I was there. she was very knowledgeable when I had questions about the local island and where I can go food restaurants for dinner. This trip was for my 38th birthday solo trip out of the country and she made it amazing for me. She also helped me book my clear kayak drone photo shoot for by bday also assisted me with getting a swimming suit since the airline lost my luggage. I have nothing but good things to say about this resort Susan in the other staff members. I will definitely be coming back again. also, they provided a room cell phone for me so I did not have to use all my minutes in roaming and the cell phone had all the contact information I needed for the resort already in there including taxi drivers. I can call if I wanted to leave the resort which was so amazing and helpful.
- msssangelaaa (10/5): Providenciales - My husband and I stayed at One on Marlin for 10 nights, in April 2024. We had low expectations given that it was not a large hotel chain nor an all-inclusive. However, we were impressed with the resort and its amenities.
The apartment is small, I’d say around 400sqft, and yet it has everything two persons need to live.
The kitchen is well equipped with a full size fridge and freezer. There was 2-4 sets of all plates, utensils and glasses. There was a few pots and pans, a strainer, a few sized bowls, ice trays, measuring cups, steak knives, one cutting board, dish soap, paper towels and kitchen towels. There was a two-burner induction stovetop, a coffee machine, a microwave and toaster. There was also a portable cooler in the cupboard to bring to the beach, as well as a dustpan. The only thing missing would be a kettle - although we boiled water in a pot.
The air conditioning was easily controlled by remote and it was very cold at night. At first we thought it wasn’t strong enough, but once you close all the curtains for the windows, it cools down fast to 19C. There were also 3 large ceiling fans, one above kitchen, one above living room and one above bedroom.
The living room area had a sofa, which was comfortable for two, a tiny coffee table that was portable, a dinning table for two and a 32” smart television that was turntable towards the living room or the bedroom - very convenient. The television had Apple TV and Netflix ready to set up.
The WiFi was strong and good in the room.
The bedroom had a queen bed that was comfortable and above head storage along one side of the bed.
The washroom was small but had everything you needed, a sink with very large mirror and lots of counter space and a small walk-in shower with good pressure. The cupboards for your clothing were behind the sink and were large enough for two.
The balcony had a sofa and table and lots of geckos to keep you company.
The housekeeping lady, Meme, was extremely nice and although we did not ask for service our entire stay, she was more than happy to give us all the towels we needed.
Also, there were portable beach chairs and umbrellas for your beach time away from their included beach at the Bight Park, if you needed you just take them near the main entrance. Cleaned beach towels were also placed there and accessible for you all day.
The parking was convenient as you could park anywhere you found place, and most of the time, it was right next to your building. Another tip we got was you can park anywhere in Providenciales - there are no restrictions on parking!
Finally, the beach that was included with One on Marlin was in the Bight Park along Grace Bay and it was a stunning white sand beach with crystal clear turquoise waters, only about a 3 minute drive from the resort. The beach is not in the middle of the crowded GraceBay with all the big ressorts, it was in a nice little quiet area with about 12 umbrellas and chairs set up for you, with two very nice gentleman that set up the beach everyday from 8am to 5-6pm. They were also in charge of the shuttle which we did not use, as renting a car in Providenciales is a must to get around to beaches, restaurants and grocery shopping, since there is no all inclusives on the island (except for Beaches). The Bight Beach is also known for its snorkeling shores, wear you could see loads of fish, turtles and rays and reef sharks.
Overall, one on Marlin was a perfect accommodation for a couple looking to have a small apartment to cook most of their meals and looking for a peaceful environment. It was in the perfect location on Venetian Road, close to everything we needed with GraceBay beach only 12 minutes away and Bight Beach 3 minutes away. The Graceway IGA grocery store was 3 minutes away and Gourmet Graceway grocery was 12 minutes away. I’d recommend checking out both grocery stores as some of the prices and products were different. Be careful driving at night on Venetian road and Marlin Street as there was literally no lighting.
One on Marlin exceeded my expectations and their little resort was very well kept, quiet and well located for our Providenciales stay. Would recommend and will be returning in the future. Suzanna was great and took care of us during our stay. Thank you!
PS. There was a market cookout festival that happens every Thursday evening around 6-9pm during high season, do not miss out as all vendors are ready to bargain! It gets quite busy and waiting lines for food could exceed an hour. Be prepared to wait.
Restaurants I’d recommend: Omar’s Beach Hut and Mr. Groupers.
- Bhavisha (7/5): It was exactly what I needed. - I loved the staff. Everyone was friendly and loving. It was quiet and no one bothered you. Daily housekeeping was wonderful. No children really quiet. The shuttle driver Garry was really nice. Wenie and Suzanna were very friendly. Suzanna offered us a rum punch and a cold towel when we arrived. My husband doesn't drink so she had a virgin punch waiting. She was very sweet and even took us to the grocery store. There is an IGA driving distance.
Remember there is a shuttle from the resort to the beach and to the sister property Kokomo. Breakfast at Kokomo is wonderful. You have to rent a car or take a cab. It's not walking distance to anywhere unless you just like to walk a few miles in heat. The restaurant is a 14 minutes walk. The beach is a four minute drive.
The average cost of breakfast was $20.00. The cab ride is$14.00 one way. If you want to go further into the island it's $23.00. if you want to rent a car and are not used to driving on the left side of the road. It's something you might want to take into account. The shuttle service ends at 5:30pm.
- Dana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stacey (10/5): Great service and they were very helpful l. - Great location to many places. Quiet locstion. Great service.
- Trang (10/5): - Thank you Meme, had such a great time with my friend at this resort, the sister resort can be used for pool and hot tub which me and my friend spent a lot of time at, loved it all and felt so at home!
- Corey (10/5): - Excellent host Sue and cozy spot.
- marenda (8/5): - I love it here minus the internet connection kept timing out so watching tv was barely possible
- Nakesha (10/5): - Suzanne and Jeffrey made our stay fabulous! Both of them were so hospitable and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful property, convenient, and very quiet.
- Janine (7/5): Good location but a bit noisy - Clean and efficient Noisy neighbours and street noise
- Patricia Ann (10/5): - Best customer service I’ve had in years Suzanne at the office was so knowledgeable and patient with us. Also house keeper Meme was so friendly she couldn’t do enough I was so great full to have a quiet and safe place to stay
- Andrea (10/5): - The property was beautiful and the customer service was fantastic!!
- CHAZNIE (10/5): - SUSANNA WAS EXTREMELY PLEASENT AND VERY HELPFUL WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS WE HAD!!
- Eniko (9/5): Great location, close to all beautiful beaches, perfect hosts. - Very nice and serene resort. Close to all our target points. We rented a car and were able to get anywhere on the island within 10-15 min. 10 min from the airport. The hosts, Suzanna and Wenie went above and beyond making us feel amazing during our stay. From helping with car rental to excursion booking and providing tons of info about the island, best sunset places, where to eat best and handing out beach chairs Suzanna did everything to make us feel great. Thank you both for making our very short vacation perfect.
- Frank (10/5): - Su was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. The shuttle to the sister resort Kokomo as well as the shuttle to Bight Beach on Grace Bay were very convenient and both were very short drives. It was nice to have our own beach lounge chairs and umbrella every day. Housekeeping came daily and the room was always clean and the AC worked great. My wife and I highly recommend this resort if you are looking for a relaxing vacation with beautiful beaches.
- Kamran (8/5): - Nice clean property for the price, staff very co operative. You need a car to go around the area
- Steven (10/5): - The Host Suszan is super nice and helpful. She arranged for us to get picked up from the airport and she also arranged for us to get back to the airport. She also drove us to her restaurant for dinner. They also had rental cars on the property so we were able to secure a rental car from the property. The property is centrally located near most beaches and restaurants but in a quiet location away from traffic.
- Annette (10/5): Wonderful - The property was very nice situated close to all.
- John (10/5): - Suzanna and the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Plan to rent a car or take cabs to get around the island, which is easy. The shuttle service to the beach and pool is great during the day, my only wish would be that it ran a little later into the evening. Both the beach and pool are very nice. If you are looking for something quiet and off the beaten path, this is a gem.
- Ivannia (10/5): - Staff was very friendly. Closed to the beach. Very nice place .
- erik s (10/5): - Beautiful place, off the beaten path and very private. Suzanne is exceptional. No pool . Restaurant or spa. The sister hotel which is about a mile or so a way has all of that (also a very nice place.) They have a shuttle to the beach and to the sister hotel . Need a taxi to restaurants. A rental car is better ( Suzanne arranged this for us at a very reasonable price)
Had a wonderful time.
- Michael (10/5): - The property itself was great!! But what made it amazing was Suzanne the property manager who just made you feel at home by going above and beyond. From the drinks and cool towels on arrival to making sure we had everything we needed she made our stay better. She’s the recent I'd return!!
- Charles (4/5): - The bad: Other than the extremely uncomfortable bed, nothing was so atrociously wrong with the hotel, but it was enough compounding things that led to our decision to leave the hotel in the middle of our stay. The water was luke warm at best, the bed was so bad neither my wife nor I slept for 2 nights, the bath fan and the hair-dryer were broken. When we asked for a new hair-dryer they said they had none and would have to go pick one up the next day (for a wife with wet hair that was not a good option). The AC unit pumped out cold air, but the temperature control didn't really work. The room was either freezing, or hot. There is not phone in the room and they provide this littlePOS phone for you to use to reach them. This was a vacation for us away from kids and it was turning into an awful experience for us. I'd would not recommend this hotel.
The beach area they have is as advertised. It was a quick trip to the beach & we had a car so it was extremely easy and convenient. There is public parking was empty the whole time (Bight beach). While not as famous as Grace Bay the beach is just as gorgeous, and was honestly less crowded. There are not bathrooms or bars, but you can utilize the Wymara if you're not shy.
The good: The hotel room was very clean, and while slightly worn, seemed to be decently maintained. The staff was very friendly and was understanding of our decision to leave and find a new hotel, and even credited us back the un-used time (pre-paid for the room).
- Azir (10/5): - Whole staff at the resort were always helping in anything that we asked for help and taking us to the beach and other parts of the resort that are not connected. We are coming back to same resort for our next vacation at the TCI
- Barbazon (4/5): Not worth the cost. - You had to shuttle to sister hotel to use a pool or eat. No spa on site, that too was at sister hotel. So, all the things we were expecting to use while on vacation was not on property, which upon booking was led to believe the amenities where at this location. Then there was no attendant on the property regularly. You go to the office and there is a note for you to call someone. And the phone provided in the room would not stay powered on. So, it was useless. In fact, the other friend that went with us, left the property and got a different room at a different resort, because she was so disappointed in the place.
- Lisamarie (8/5): Thank you Suzy, for all your assistance. - The property was in a good location and Suzy was very accommodating. For what we paid for the stay, I would have liked some amenities on the property.
- Janice (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - We loved it Everything
- ANGELA B (10/5): - Secluded property with beach access, via regular shuttle service. Greeted by Minnie, Wenie and Suzanna. Rooms are clean ajd spacious with fridge, stove and basics if you want to stop at the IGA market nearby for food so you don’t have to go out for every meal. Shuttle service for beach Joseph, Mukar and Paras. Local phone provided to access shuttle service, taxis or if you need to reach any of the staff. Everyone was so kind, friendly and accommodating during my stay! Taxi service easy to arrange. Rico drove me via taxi this weekend and was so fun to talk to and provide recommendations and brought be back safely! Sister hotel, Kokomo very close by with a restaurant, pool, hot tub and schedule a massage. It has everything you need.
- Koni (10/5): - The two Asian staff were incredibly cheerful and helpful. They went out of their way to make us comfortable with smiles. The Beach was very nice with their own areas with umbrellas and chairs. The sand & the water at the Grace Bay Beach were amazing.
- Kizina (10/5): - Loved this property so lowkey and chill. Friendly staff and you have access to their sister resort which has a pool! (Free shuttle taxi) I’ll definitely come here again
- Regina (7/5): It was good. Staff was excellent! - I like that it is very private No amenities on the facility itself only sister resorts.
- Ukoh (10/5): - I loved that is was tucked away from the usual restorts on the island. Very intimate and extremely friendly staff. Suzanna made our stay extra special. She took care of our rental, gave us tips on what to do on the island and where to go. She even drove us to the grocery store on our first day to pick up some things that we needed. One on Marlin gets an A with customer service and whenever we visit Turks and Caicos, this will be our place to stay.
- Charlotte (10/5): great vacation stay for couples - great and accommodating/supporting staff no gym on site
- Areum (10/5): Exceptional - Suzanna and her team were wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The property itself is great, very clean, very peaceful. I was really impressed by how modern and large my room was and all the amenities included. The resort itself is spa-like and very relaxing. I definitely plan on returning

- William (8/5): Very good -
- Christopher (10/5): Turks and Caicos One on Marlin - Great location in the middle of the island so you can be almost anywhere in minutes. Clean and the staff were amazing.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I like how nice and respectful the staff was. I don’t like that they didn’t have snacks in the fridge so if you get hungry you can take one when needed.
