Heiko (9/5): Great option to stay in Eixample. - The location is great. The rooms are stylish and spacious for the location in central Barcelona. Our room was very quiet, really great. The breakfast was pretty good as well. The staff was super-friendly, all around. The bathtub/shower arrangement in our room was a bit weird. Appearance trumping practicality a bit, though still usable and clean. It's a minor issue, though.

Breakfast had plenty choice although the warm buffet selection was not often warm. Pool and terrace were a huge bonus especially as we had warm weather and enjoyed a few drinks at the pool bar in the afternoons. Location was easy walking to many places and metro access at the next street junction. Staff were all excellent, helpful and friendly.

Jerry (8/5): Could have been great, but ended up marginal - The location was Great! The hotel is beautiful! They have lots of staff who are all pleasant. The bed was marginally comfortable but the pillows were awful! The cheap faucet in the shower seems to be made of plastic and turns to the LEFT to turn it off. You need to use 2 hands to turn it. The fake wood flowering creaks with every step you take. I get the impression they built a beautiful hotel in a great location, then ran out of money as they were finishing and use cheap things at the end. The restaurant is also marginal. Okay to poor food So....Replace the cheap faucet in the shower, replace the floor and install properly, then replace the marginal mattress and awful pillows one expects to find in a hotel where you spend $500 per night.

Great services, outstanding staff who always helped us with all our requests during our stay there for 24/7. Perfect breakfast and of course the great location in the city where you can reach Rambla and passeig de Gracia in 5 min by walking and metro station nearby. Big thanks to the hotel staff and we definitely recommend this hotel, it worths it for sure.

Neli (9/5): - The location was great. The staff were very polite and helpful. It was clean and the facilities were good. The sink was in the room and the bathroom was right next to the bed. We could hear the TV in the room next to us, as well as the neighbors talking. The soundproofing could be better.

Shu (9/5): 非常好👍 - 服务非常好，我们到早了，依然考虑了我们长时间飞行的疲劳，很快安排了我们入住，这样我们经过短暂的休息后，很快就开始了在巴萨罗那的游览。酒店地点交通非常便利，地铁，公交和出租车站点都是近在咫尺，米拉之家，巴特罗之家都可以徒步到达，圣家堂其实也不远。最好的还是服务，细致入微。如果房间再大一点就真的无可挑剔了

hilw5858 (10/5): Amazing! - Wonderful hotel - spotlessly clean - staff can't do enough for you - they are all so friendly and efficient. Reception so welcoming on arrival - we felt special guests. Breakfast was plentiful - so much choice - it was amazing - so clean. Chocolates were left in the room on arrival along with a drinks voucher - so thoughtful. Room spotless - great care taken with making it perfect. Rooftop pool with sunbeds great views - fluffy towels provided. Location central to popular attractions and shops. Just can't fault this hotel at all. Worth every penny - would recommend to anyone - give it a try you won't be disappointed - it's absolutely fantastic.
