- Filip (9/5): - Velmi milý personál. Pěkná kuchyně, pokoj příjemný s výhledem. Koupelna naproti přes chodbu, ale nebyl to problém. V dochozí vzdálenosti do starého města (do 15 minut). Po cestě pekárna a menší krámek. Možnost najíst se na terase s menším výhledem. Komunikace před příjezdem dobrá. Navíc bylo fajn, že šlo zaparkovat přímo před budovou. Nemáme výhrady.

- Vicky (9/5): The host was so pleasant and helpful, he made us feel so welcome and even arrived at 10.30pm to the property to welcome - The property was a 10 minute walk to the old town, the property is located in a quiet area of Dubrovnik. There are steps to get to the property but there are a lot of steps in Dubrovnik.
- Yamina (4/5): Krappe kamer en weinig service, niet waard voor het geld. - De omgeving was oké. Niet waard voor het geld. Komt Niet overeen met beschrijving en foto's op de sites. Kleine kamer met 3 bedden, waarvan een bed oncomfortabel en klein was, terwijl gereserveerd voor 3 volwassenen! Geen toiletpapier, geen shampoo/zeep etc. Een ongeduldige onvriendelijke norse man als host. Geen ontbijt terwijl ze dat wel beloven op de site. Heel slechte service!

- Teighan (10/5): Villa Kate is a safe and clean space with helpful and kind staff. Would recommend and would stay again! - Villa was in a great location to catch the bus to other parts of the city. It has great sea views. The property felt safe and was very clean. They offered a clean communal kitchen and lent beach towels, which were added perks. Hosts were quick to answer messages and to provide advice on attractions and restaurants. The host, Alberto was so helpful and kind.
- Edgar (10/5): Great experience and I will gladly come back - The room was comfortable and had everything you need even a mini fridge. AC was also there interview from the window was really nice. They also was a terrace, and the staff was also very friendly. They also offered towels for the beach. I was greeted with a nice welcome and a cold beer. He also gave me some advice regarding restaurants when I asked him about it. Double windows were also really nice. Price was also reasonable but not cheap. The bathroom was very clean, but not as nice as the rest of the apartment not very modern. If they installed a rain shower and maybe some other small adjustments. For now it’s a 9.8/10 for the room and a 7/10 for the bathroom.

It is walking distance to old town of Dubrovnik. Just a small note: the towels could use updating, as they weren’t soft and it was unpleasant to dry with them.

- Ela (1/5): if they behave like this and you try to contact them, where they deliberately won't answer you, I wouldn't recom - everything looked great in the pictures, we received a contact number from niksa to call half an hour before arrival to be shown the accommodation and where to park the car… We called countless times, sent messages, no one answered, it was horrible, so much discomfort when you arrive at the location and no one is waiting for you, you didn't get any instructions, maybe they left your key somewhere, etc. The gentleman saw a message on WhatsApp, which he didn't answer, nor did he answer the calls. All in all, a terrible experience full of stress upon arrival!

- Vivek (7/5): Go for it If you like a very peaceful place away from market vibes - Property has a nice balcony and sea views. It is located in a peaceful society. Nicely clean 1 room with balcony. Host is good. If you don’t have your own transport, then you need to rely on bus. From the nearest bus-stop to the property, you have to walk up the stairs which is too much. Also markets are far away.

- Giulia (6/5): Posizione e parcheggio super comodi, accoglienza perfetta, ma pulizia da rivedere - La comunicazione con l'host è stata molto semplice e rapida, le spiegazioni ricevute, nonostante il nostro orrendo inglese, sono state molto chiare e utili per visitare la città e orientarci subito. La posizione della struttura è molto comoda, a piedi 15 minuti, se fate il Dubrovnic pass potete usufruire dei bus e prendere il 4 alla fermata che è nella strada immediatamente sotto a quella della struttura (si scendono 2-3 rampe di scale della scuola e del giardinetto). C'è il posto auto gratuito esattamente sotto l'ingresso di casa, meraviglia. La struttura ha un terrazzo molto carino e tutti i servizi offerti sono chiaramente spiegati nella lavagnetta. La camera di dimensioni standard, è arredata in maniera molto spartana e semplice. Lenzuola pulite, letto comodo. La camera, seppur semplice negli arredi e nella struttura (quindi in apparenza estremamente facile da pulire), presentava tutte le superfici impolverate o macchiate, comodini, scrivania, davanzale, specchio, cassetti. L'armadio non lo aprite senza prima tappare il naso, come ho letto in un precedente commento molto diplomatico, le coperte all'interno avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata; in bagno il lavandino era nuovo e pulito ma, subito sopra, la mensolina riusciva ad essere impolverata e con segni di dentifricio o sapone lasciati da precedenti ospiti. Il pavimento non lo voglio commentare, tra capelli, polvere e una lente a contatto di precedenti ospiti. Tutte le sedie hanno la tappezzeria macchiata. La porta del bagno è molto vecchia. Avevamo la camera accanto alla cucina comunitaria, la mattina, se qualcuno la usava, si sentiva rimbombare ogni rumore di stoviglie e ogni discorso.

L'hôte est très sympa, attentionné, il donne les conseils pour les restaurants du coin. En plus la maison situe pas loin du centre ville de Dubrovnik, on peut y accéder à pieds en 20 minutes ou en bus.

- Alicia (10/5): - It was perfect for a few nights. It gave a hostel feel but with your own room and bathroom. We spent a good amount of time on the deck and even used the shared kitchen. This was a great option when we didn’t want to go out to eat. There is a little market just walking distance down the road. It wasn’t anything fancy but we had everything we needed. 25 min walk to old town and 10 minute walk to the beach. The hosts were very communicative and Wi-Fi worked great. N/A

Host was very friendly and informative. He offered a welcome refreshment for us to have on the terrace when we arrived. Location was great as it was a 5 minute bus ride to old town.

He began yelling and shouting at my husband while trying to instruct him on how to park, which left us both shocked and uncomfortable. Location is not bad (around 20min walk to Dubrovnik center) but you have to climb quite a few stairs. The apartment is rather outdated and could be a bit cleaner (there were some cobwebs in the room). We found it a bit expensive (but everything in Dubrovnik is pricey).
