- Marlene (9/5): Convenient location and had everything we needed for our stay. - The location is very convenient for doing business in Vernon. Staff is very friendly. The hotel is a good value for a comfortable stay. We found everything fine. It would be nice to have breakfast included but breakfast is available.
- Toews (10/5): -
- Kelly (10/5): Super spacious, clean and cozy. - This place exceeded our expectations. Our room was super spacious, clean and well presented. It has a very cozy and warm atmosphere. Lots of car parking and only a short drive to restaurants nearby. Nice customer service. We wished we could've stayed another night. Pillows were a bit soft to our liking but it's not a major concern for a short stay.
- Vogtle (9/5): We’d stay again…great place and good value - Large room with large, well equipped bathroom. The gym was well equipped. Location was handy to get to Silverstar for skiing.
- Donna (10/5): Would stay again - Pleasantly surprised how nice the room was and everything was newly updated including new carpets in the hallways. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had a mini fridge and sink in room so had a quick breakfast in room. Coffee and tea was provided downstairs, no breakfast. Our room was quiet.

- Karen (7/5): - Decent sized room. King with couch for watching TV. Breakfast not included in price but we received 25% credit at the restaurant. Very satisfied as they had excellent value pricing already and a good selection of options. Older TV and not much options compared with new TV's and streaming services. Room on a busy corner so a bit of traffic noise but we had earplugs. Also a little disappointed in the housekeeping service. I haven't had housekeeping in a long time as we usually place do not disturb and not bother with it but this time wanted the service. Only took out garbage and gave a few more cups but thought they would at least make the bed and wipe down kitchenette area. But for a very economical stay, it was expected not to be the Shangri-La!
- Marshall (10/5): - Great price and spacious room. I had a simple & short stay.
- Kirsten (8/5): - Very noisy facing the road.
- Deidre (8/5): - Big room with kitchen. Perfect for weekend ski trip Kitchen could have been better stocked. Maybe paper towels or dish towels and more cooking stuff. But it had some basic stuff. Staff got us what we needed when asked.
- Cat (8/5): Great experience overall - Friendly and quick check in
- Frances (8/5): -
- kinga (8/5): Room review - Great price and easy access for our road trip. We needed to move rooms as thermostat wasn't working properly and the room was overheating.
We were very comfortable once we switched rooms.

- Mae (7/5): Affordable and clean. Quite noisy. - Location, size of room, cleanliness. The heater/aircondtioner sounded like a siren when it starts.
Woke me up all night.
Walks are very thin, lots of noise of people talking from the room beside us.
- Cristiana (10/5): Lovely, low cost hotel - The room was quite spacious, very clean, and it had a little kitchenette, which was my favorite! The hotel was a simple 5 min walk away from Superstore and a few other stores, which I appreciated. A little hard to find parking at times but no big deal

- 1217Liana (4/5): Dirty rooms. - We checked in. 1st room was less than clean, potato chips on couch. Moved rooms. 2nd room, also dirty. Chip seal, cookie chunk, plastic wrapper and other debris on floor. Disappointed at low level of cleaning. Broken PC on window. Went thru 3 remotes b4 got 1 that works. Only 1 staff on shift, who knew next to withing to help us. No mngr on shift when we checked in. Both ev chargers broken, the tesla one exposed wires, making it a safety concern. Smoking section beside disabled parking stalls, making it unpleasant to use them. Bar n grill attached doesn't start serving pizza until 7pm. No alcohol service, currently (lol). Disappointed as Gold members with thus experience.

- dixie (10/5): - Clean room
- Antoinette (6/5): - Beds were too hard and pillows way to soft your head hits the bed might as well not have a pillow
- Steven (8/5): - Roon was clean , laundry was clean, didn’t eat so can’t say much for restaurant, I found the front desk, clerk, lack of friendliness, also when I checked out, I’m not sure if it was the same clerk seemed to me it was, but I asked for the paper pouch. The key cards were in, if I could keep it, she said that they needed it. I also asked about the security deposit. I got a vague response.
- Michel (9/5): -
- Sterling (8/5): -
- Dale (10/5): - This is a solid hotel to stay at. It's noisy on the road side. The room is clean. The laundry is clean and the staff is friendly.
- Viridiana (10/5): - Nice and quiet
- Boyang (2/5): - Deeply disappointed — Room 112 should never be rented out.
I’m a frequent traveler, and this is the first time in my life I’ve ever written a negative review.
On September 29, I stayed one night at Best Western Pacific Inn, Room 112. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel.
Room 112 is located right next to the electronic equipment room, separated by only one thin wall. That room emits a constant mechanical noise — a steady hum that never stops. I measured it with a sound meter: around 60 decibels, all night long.
For reference, a quiet hotel room should be under 30–40 dB. This was twice that, and impossible to ignore. I even recorded a video as evidence.
At around 9 PM, I asked the front desk staff to come to the room and listen. She heard the sound herself and said she’d check with a colleague.
After that, I waited — and waited — but she never followed up.
When I went front desk again, she simply said, “That’s normal noise. No one else has ever complained.”
It was disheartening — she had literally heard the same noise I did, yet brushed it off as “normal.”
I asked to change rooms, but she insisted the hotel was fully booked. However, the parking lot was half empty, and it was not even high season.
The next morning, I spoke to the manager, who told me there were available rooms — just not ones with a kitchenette. The irony is, by 10 PM the previous night, we had no plans to cook; we only wanted sleep.
My 65-year-old mother was traveling with me, and she couldn’t sleep at all because of the constant noise.
No traveler should ever have to go through that.
Two stars only — and that’s because my 8-year-old daughter asked me not to give the hotel the lowest rating.
She said, “Maybe they just didn’t know.”
I wish that were true.
- Rodney (10/5): - all good
- William P (6/5): - Needs some TLC for sure
- Richard (10/5): - Parking was crowded. Bar was not open
- Garry (8/5): -
- William (10/5): - I checked out a day early because a family situation came up. I was surprised that they made me contact you to get my refund . I checked out on Friday at approximately 9;45. What do I need to do to get your attention now.

- shane (4/5): - We booked and paid for a suite with full kitchen. We had stayed at this hotel before in a suite. They bumped us at chk in to a double queen with no kitchen. They said they overbooked a hockey group who bought all suites they had. We were reimbursed 50% of what we paid. We will not return again
- Peter (6/5): - Room was good the bed was very hard and room was very noisy. The restaurant was good but our last day had problems and did open for breakfast. The bar was closed and food options we reduced
- Dante (10/5): - All good
- Heidi (10/5): - Construction
- Steve (8/5): - The parking lot was half full of shipping containers for storage for the renovation so there was nowhere to park. The front desk staff were great, and the room was very nice.
- Dennis (8/5): A good stay - The location was excellent for moving around Vernon - we stayed there for 2 days and the access to necessary travel roads was awesome. The room was great - clean, well furnished - but we found the room short on towels and accessories (toilet paper).
- Gordon (6/5): - Wash room
- Robin (10/5): - This is a very nice property - clean with several amenities. We appreciated the full kitchen in our room. The property is pet-friendly. We would definitely stay her again.
- Brody Kenton (6/5): - Okay, ac was not working properly very small bathrooms.
- Margaret (6/5): - It was good
- Maggie (4/5): -
- Angie (4/5): - We have started here a half dozen times, normally nice and clean good service. This time main floor room, bed was straight out of the 80’s hard as a rock, the fan did not work so when the husband took a dump….and the window only opens 2 inches…so that was great, the light switch shocked you if you weren’t paying attention to how you hit them cause they were loose. So if you are renting the bottom floor why not say that and offer a better room, but she was completely cranky, like you could tell she hated her job but the daddy owns it so I have to work her along with my other sisters, grandma, brothers, uncles
- Dennis (6/5): Dishonest representation in their ad - The exercise room was a disaster - equipment in disrepair, equipment not been maintained or lubricated, frayed pulley cables, missing dumbbells - no water, despite 7 empty water canisters on the floor, no cups, no towels. It was not even safe to use some of it
Due to a last minute change in our plans, we had to change rooms during a 3 night stay. They could not accommodate our request for the same room, which was annoying. Our 2nd room had no extra toilet paper and only one miniscule bar of soap. It was right next to the elevator so we hear late night and early morning comings and goings. The hotel is being renovated (lobby was closed, missing baseboards everywhere) but there was no mention of it on Hotels. com - DISHONEST.
- Pais-Martins (9/5): -
- ALAN (8/5): - Good location. Room was clean. Good spot for a one-day stay.
- Rona (8/5): - Very spacious , nice hotel .
The room has a strange smell from the AC and could not be shut it off .
Only other thing was it needed a food vacuum in hallways and stairwells.
- Da Liang (10/5): -
- David (9/5): - Very good value for money. Good service. No issues whatsoever.
- Tej (10/5): - V good
- Kia (10/5): - Great choice for a one night quick stop! Very happy will go back
- Arlen (6/5): Wouldn’t stay again.. - Room was adequate. Check in staff curt, renovations occurring durning stat, not informed at time of booking. Treadmill not functioning in gym. Hotel staff having conversations blocking elevator while aware of customer looking to get by.
I think this is the last stay in a best western, for the price I paid - competitors offer much more
- Jessica (10/5): - Loved the set up perfect for a family wanting to have the extra space at a great rate. Will return
- Jamie (8/5): - Good
- Tamara (10/5): - Staff was friendly and helpful
We were very pleasantly surprized on the size of the room,
newly renovated room including the bathroom( which are not always done when a room is updated)
- Prabhjot (6/5): -
- Yuting (2/5): - None of the towels was clean in our room. They all had stains on them. This place is managed very poorly by those new owners I believe. They do not care about the conditions of the property. Everywhere smells stale. The elevator smells like someone peed in it. Avoid this hotel at all cost.
- Mike (10/5): - Recently updated rooms were very tastefully done.
- Kenneth (8/5): - I did not like the to get down on my knees to use the micro wave.
- Suzy (10/5): - I liked that there was a staircase that lead right outside and it was easy to take the dogs through there instead of going thru the lobby with them.
We ended up parking on the street both nights due to not enough parking.
- Mahesh (8/5): - Good
- Rob (10/5): - The staff are super, gym could use a little update but other then that we will be back
- Michelle (10/5): - The renovations are coming along nicely. It smells new. Our room was nice & clean. I was hard to find parking probably because of the weekend.
- Howard (10/5): - Great place to stay
- David (10/5): Great stay at Best Western Pacific - We were quite pleased with the service and accommodations at the BW Pacific in Vernon
- Freda (10/5): - Great size room with kitchen and separate bedroom
- Daniel (10/5): Top Notch - We were so impressed with the init we stayed in. Clean and spacious. Very quiet and comfortable.
- Darcy (10/5): - Property very clean and convenient. Front desk staff professional, pleasant and friendly. Rooms recently renovated and comfy.
- Kathy (8/5): -
- Robert (9/5): -
- Robert (8/5): - Quiet clean room
- Elaine (8/5): - Overall, our stay was great. Unfortunately, if you arrive late or if you go out and come back late, you’ll have problems with parking.
- WAI (10/5): - The property was very clean & quiet. The location is convenient and makes it easy to get anywhere.
Great place to stay
- Peter Thiessen 99 (9/5): -
- Candace (8/5): -
- Bonnie (10/5): - A nice hotel but was it under construction. We were not advised of that situation while we where booking the hallways where shabby & where not cleaned after a days work however the room we had was just redone & it was very nice. Incredible staff
- Mary (8/5): - There was no parking , and I am a senior citizen. I was surprised they had blocked off approx 20 spots for "new carpet"!!
- Huan (9/5): -
- Alison (9/5): -
- Kassandra (6/5): - Got there a bit early and went to see if we could check in. Receptionist advised that the housekeeper was just starting to clean, and our room would be ready in about 45 minutes. We left, and then came back. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher upon check in, and not adequately equipped in the “kitchen”. We had to buy numerous things that are normally in kitchenettes.
I had to clean the bath tub before we could use it, as there was dirt, and body hair everywhere. Could only shower, as the plug in the bath tub did not work.
Asked for new towels, and our garbages changed on our second day. Housekeeper left cleaning supplies and rags in our room.
Beds were very uncomfortable.
Not a great stay. Won’t be booking here again in the future.
