• Vianelys (8/5): Muy amables, zona segura y tranquila. Full recomendado - Excelente ubicación, el personal muy amable y desayuno súper rico. Tienen recepción 24/7. Todo bien, el único inconveniente es que no hay elevadores y es muy complicado si tu habitación está en el 5to piso.
• Marie (10/5): Erster Aufenthalt in Kolumbien - Das Zimmer war sehr groß und ich habe auch super in dem großen Bett geschlafen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, ich habe mich absolut wohl gefühlt. Frühstück wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht, das fand ich ganz wundervoll!

• Journey (8/5): Nice hotel, but I wasn’t super impressed by the balcony apartment - The breakfast was lovely. The staff were very helpful and it was clean 🩷☺️ wifi worked well. The balcony was simply a shared very small space big enough to walk out turn around carefully and walk back in. The kitchen had virtually no utensils, no oil or any items and I had to request things like a tea towel, a pot, a wine glass etc. I expected better in the apartment with a balcony and kitchen.

• meritxell (8/5): - El personal intenta ayudarte en todas tus gestiones y dudas. Alojamiento ubicado en un buen barrio y con una fantástica relación calidad-precio. La imposibilidad de hacer el early check-in. También tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor, de manera que si no puedes subir escaleras debes pedir la habitación de la planta baja.

La chambre était propre mais il y avait des signes d’usures. Les draps avaient des taches. Le petit déjeuner n’était franchement pas terrible. Les serviettes n’ont pas été changées.

• Diana Constanza (10/5): - El hotel tiene la ubicación perfecta, muy cerca a muchos restaurantes y bares, en conexión directa en bus al aeropuerto y justo detrás de la Carrera 7, pero en un barrio muy tranquilo, calmado y seguro para caminar de noche. La insonorización de la habitación es buena y solo se siente poco ruido muy lejano al fondo. La cama extra cómoda y grande y la presión y temperatura de la ducha 10/10. El desayuno es bueno, pero pequeño y la habitación muy grande, con mesita, escritorio y cocineta (no la usé). Sin duda repetiría Mi habitación estaba en un quinto piso sin ascensor, lo cual no fue dificultoso para mí, pero no lo recomendaría para personas con movilidad reducida, maletas muy pesadas o grandes, problemas de columna o personas no acostumbradas a usar escaleras. Y la presión del inodoro era demasiado baja, casi no vaciaba (lo cual otra vez no fue problema para mí, pero no lo recomiendo para personas con mala digestión). Por eso le doy 10, porque no fue problema para mí, pero definitivamente son razones a tener en cuenta al momento de reservar.

El desayuno solo se puede tomar a partir de las 7am, lo cual descarta al hotel como un lugar para hospedaje de ejecutivos que por lo regular deben salir muy temprano. En la mayoria de los hoteles el desayuno esta disponioble a partir de las 6am.

Clean and cozy rooms with even a small kitchen. The staff was really attentive and caring, for example helping us with our laundry and arranging a good price for it :)

Eau chaude, literie correct, petit dej correct Nous avons recu un msg de derniere minute a 23h on devais arriver a minuit pour nous dire que la chambre avait un probleme de cannalisation qu’il nous changer d’hotel. Finalement en arrivant il nous on trouver une autre chambre dans le meme hotel mais chambre au rdc collé a la reception et la cuisine donc aucune isolation du bruit tout le temps. Chambre humide ++++ impossible d’ouvrir les fenetres.

• ANTONIO (9/5): Un hotel muy acogedor para todos los públicos. - La atención del personal,muy buena ,la limpieza muy buena,y el compromiso del personal por hacerte la instancia muy acogedora. En general satisfecho de haber elegido el grace como hotel. Lo recomiendo. No todo bien

• George (8/5): - Front desk staff were helpful. In particular, Magdalena at the front desk was most helpful and friendly The stairs in the hallway….and the loft stairs are a bit tricky. If I had a suggestion, you may want to identify which floor the rooms are on since you do not have an elevator.
• Alonso (8/5): Altamente recomendada - Excelente ubicación, lugar muy seguro. Un hotel muy bonito. El personal muy amable y hacen la estancia muy agradable. El hotel tiene una calidad humana muy buena. Y te apoyan en cualquier duda que tengas. Yo lo elegiría siempre que tenga que ir a Bogotá. El desayuno tienen muchas oportunidades de mejora. En el entendido que para algunos paquetes como en mi caso estaba incluido en la reserva, la calidad no era la misma pese a que se tienen 3 opciones a elegir. Pero en general es satisfactorio. Se podría valorar poner un elevador en el edificio que se adose de forma exterior de ser factible.
• SANJUANA (10/5): - el trato del personal, todos fueron amables, nos recomendaban como hacerle en los tours, restaurantes e inclusive nos prestaron la tarjeta del transporte urbano, nos dieron desayunos muy nutritivos y estaba en un área tranquila, limpia y muy céntrica

• Claudia (7/5): - Forse la camera più bella del nostro soggiorno itinerante in Colombia. Camera ampia, letto grande, spazio per le valige. Comodo anche l’angolo cottura e molto carino il terrazzino dove poter fare colazione. Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto una buona esperienza con il signore che ci ha accolto al check-in

• Virag (10/5): - Schönes, modernes Apart-hotel mit nettem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Das Bett war richtig bequem und kuschelig. Die heiße Dusche haben wir an den eher kälteren Abenden richtig geschätzt. Das Frühstück fanden wir hervorragend. Die Lage ist sehr sicher, wir sind jeden Abend nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit Essen gegangen und wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Man braucht bis zur Altstadt ca. 20 Minuten mit Uber. Alles in allem sehr gutes Preis-leistungsverhältnis Der Eingang sieht so aus wie eine Garagentor. Man erkennt erstmal nicht, dass das der Eingang ist. Vielleicht könnte man das beschriften 😊
