sergio (5/5): - Ho prenotato una suite junior , mi aspettavo una struttura molto più attenta nei dettagli. Diciamo che le 4 stelle , in questo momento andrebbero rivalutate. Sicuramente qualche anno fa sarebbe stato in linea. Ora la struttura necessita di un restyling. Pareti sporche e dettagli nel bagno che non sono all’altezza. Non è presente una pedana all’ingresso per le valigie soprattutto per me che viaggiavo carico.

Abbiamo anche deciso di cenare nel loro ristorante, scelta ottima vista la cena eccellente. Piatti veramente eccezionali. Elena (9/5): Relax dopo la visita alla Reggia - Vicinanza alla Reggia di Caserta con un giardino privato con piscina, non utilizzabile nel periodo primaverile ma comunque scenografica. Camere ben curate, avevamo anche una mini cucina nascosta nell’armadio con bollitore e bustine di te. Ottimi prodotti nei dispenser in bagno di shampoo bagnoschiuma e sapone mani differenziati, ciabattine da bagno monouso e ottima biancheria. A disposizione bottigliette d’acqua nel frigobar gentilmente offerte. All’interno si accede al ristorante La Bolla pizzeria premiata da un po’ di anni come tra le 50 migliori d’Italia veramente ottima meglio prenotare. Colazione molto buona dolce e salata. Personale gentilissimo. Parcheggi non sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti, abbiamo utilizzato l’ultimo posto libero molto stretto ma eravamo con amici in un’unica macchina (quindi due camere prenotate) Confermo come hanno scritto altri ospiti che il quartiere, pur essendo vicinissimo alla Reggia, non è molto bello.

Toni il lamantino (8/5): - Struttura ubicata a un quarto d'ora a piedi dalla Reggia, dotata di un parcheggio sotterraneo di piccole dimensioni e non del tutto agevole, però gratuito e gentilmente concesso anche dopo l'orario di check out. Dalla strada, l'albergo è indicato solo come "accesso pedonale" e la stretta viuzza che dà invece ingresso anche al garage può quindi trarre in inganno, ma l'entrata è unica. La stanza, "superior", pur pulita necessiterebbe di un ammodernamento, considerata la classificazione a quattro stelle, così come la colazione non è parsa all'altezza nella varietà della parte salata/verdure. Personale gentile e cordiale. Mi permetto di suggerire un minor zelo nel servizio ristorante, lasciando ai commensali il giusto tempo per godersi un momento piacevole che altrimenti rischia di trasformarsi in pausa ansiogena. Parcheggio comodissimo, lo trovate nel locale seminterrato della struttura. Ottima la colazione. Camera calda, forse pure un po' troppo..., e confortevole, dotata di tutto, anche di ciabattine di stoffa. Il quartiere nel quale si trova l'albergo; gli edifici che lo circondano sono fatiscenti.

MASCHIO (10/5): - Camere pulite e molto spaziose, ideali per un soggiorno confortevole. Colazione ottima e abbondante, con grande varietà. Il personale è estremamente cortese e sempre disponibile. Nota di merito per la pizzeria all’interno della struttura: davvero top, pizze super e di altissima qualità. Esperienza decisamente positiva, consigliatissimo!
Corrado (10/5): Hotel fantastico con un ristorante annesso di ottimo livello. - Ottima colazione, ben fornita, ottimo servizio. La luce del ristorante sotto filtrava nella stanza e le tende non chiudevano perfettamente , mi piace il buio completo... ma ho dormito bene lo stesso.

Silvia (6/5): - La cordialità dello staff Letto e cuscini davvero scomodi, non si avvicinano minimamente ad un servizio di hotel 4 stelle. Il bagno nel pomeriggio era freddo non vi era possibilità di accendere il riscaldamento che era programmato in automatico. La Stanza però era pulita e con ampia spazi

Gianvito (8/5): Gradevole sorpresa - Ottima la posizione e lo staff. Punto di forza imbattibile il ristorante. Buona la colazione, sia dolce che salata. Stanza che avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione. La spina dell'asciugacapelli deve passare sul lavandino per entrare nella presa elettrica e non è certamente un sistema di sicurezza. Il garage ha una discesa/salita ripidissima che non consente una visuale adeguata.

Stefanella (9/5): Ottima posizione e staff molto gentile - Ho trovato di mio gradimento sia la colazione che la cena. Posizione perfetta per visita Reggia di Caserta. Parcheggio comodo Ho trovato un pò difficoltosa la pedana in camera su cui poggiava il letto.... rischio inciampo
Carla Maria (9/5): Un'oasi nel deserto - È un'oasi sorprendente, tanto più apprezzabile, in mezzo ad un quartiere davvero squallido; però a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Reggia. Solo la mancanza di insegne e cartelli con il nome dell'albergo adeguatamente visibili sulla strada di accesso; abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà per arrivare.
Mario (8/5): Ottimo Hotel a due passi dalla Reggia - Ottima posizione, camere ampie e dotate di ogni confort, personale cortese, una buona colazione con salato e dolce. Ci siamo trovati molto bene . Nella nostra camera la doccia aveva problemi di orientamento, ma basta poco.

Cosetta (8/5): Gita alla reggia - Personale gentile e disponibile ci hanno permesso di parcheggiare prima del check in , camera pulita e accogliente ,a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Reggia. Buona la colazione. All'esterno della struttura la zona non è delle migliori

Eefje (6/5): Ok als overnachtingshotel om paleis te bezoeken - De ligging niet ver van het paleis. Parkeren bij het hotel. Wij hadden in het restaurant een slechte ervaring. Er werd veel te veel gerekend voor de simpele salade die wij vroegen. Het personeel in het restaurant is bovendien arrogant en niet vriendelijk. Bij het ontbijt was er overigens wel een heel vriendelijke bediening.

orane (2/5): - Good location Poor customer service: asked for an iron I was told it will be given in 30 minutes and never had it; informed reception the shower was blocked and they seemed aware but didn’t do anything, didn’t offer to change rooms. We booked the hotel to enjoy the pool (we checked before booking and should have been opened) and we were told we couldn’t as there were product in it, we were not told wether we could use it later. Breakfast not fresh. Staff took sugar from our table to give to other guests without asking if we needed it. Room was very dark, and dirty. Restaurant was expensive. Definitely not worth a 4* Very disappointed.
Michael (8/5): Wir würden bei einem weiteren Besuch wieder wählen. - Wir konnten sogar für unseren Kastenwagen einen Platz in der Hotelanlage finden. Zufahrt war sportlich eng - hat aber alles geklappt - gerne wieder. Lage super - Frühstück sehr gut - Abendessen sehr lecker - Personal freundlich - Schwimmbad für eine Abkühlung ausreichend.
