• JennnnnG (9/5): Beautiful private location steps from the beach. - Tucked away outside the main part of Todos Santos, but only steps to the most stunning beach, and only 10 minutes' drive into town. Our casita was separate to the host's home and felt very private. Beautiful location and landscaping. The casita itself was minimalist (in a good way - we loved the ambiance.) Great AC when we needed it. Our host was welcoming and informative, but not overbearing - perfect! 🙂 There was a little drip coffee maker setup in the room (bring your own cream) and we had access to a fridge. No complaints whatsoever.

• Tom (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic accomodation in a fantastic location. Quarter mile walk to miles of nearly empty pristine beach in each direction. One evening I counted 50 whales in 5 minutes -- many just 200 feet from the sand. Wonderfully quiet and relaxing, yet only about 1 mile to town. Perfectly maintained and clean in every respect. The host could not be any better
• William (9/5): Great value! - Property itself was beautiful. Alberto was very friendly and helpful. Our unit was quiet, well appointed, and we liked how it was not connected to other units. Location was a bit remote, and roads leading in and out were unpacked.

• Matthew (10/5): Exceptional - I would definitely stay at this place again. It was very comfortable and new. It was a separate little building so very quiet and peaceful. Beach was a short walk and we had it all to ourselves. The owner met us the we arrived and was friendly. There is a Tortuga beach nearby. 35 min walk on beach or 15 minute drive. Every day in Jan. at sunset they release baby turtles. It was a fun experience! We didn't need a kitchen but I don't think the description mentioned it was basically a closet outside that was the little kitchen. Totally fine with us because we aren't picky. We had a car so it was no problem getting around. Im not sure how one would get around without one. Maybe taxi or Uber?
• Joshua (10/5): Gorgeous desert casita near an epic beach. This property is amazing! - This property with its casitas and desert landscaping is beautiful. It is a couple of blocks away from an incredible beach. The rooftop view of the ocean and sunset was spectacular. The room itself was comfortable and had a coffee maker, fresh drinking water, a small fridge, and kingsized bed. The owner, Alberto, was kind and accommodating and easy to communicate with by text. The location is unbeatable! It was easy to get into town, and was within walking distance to an epic non-swimming beach. The size of the waves at that beach was unbelievable! We have been to countless beaches in our travels, and this one beat them all! We also got to participate in releasing baby turtles with a marine biology organization at a nearby beach. Such a fun experience. We had no complaints and loved everything about our time there. We would go back in a heartbeat.
• Tamsin (9/5): Great spot away from the main town and close to the beach - Great host and space, can walk to the beach (although not a swimming beach). Recommend a sturdy 4x4 car for the road to the property (and around Todos Santos). 10 min drive to town centre but Pacifica Fish Market is 5 min drive and best tacos around! Wifi connection didn’t reach some of the room but did work when needed! Was a little bit expensive for the low season.

The owner, Alberto, was extremely helpful in planning activities while we were there and had great reasonably priced restaurant recommendations. nicely landscaped property and very clean rooms. some units have full kitchens but our particular unit only had access to an outside microwave and single plug-in burner with no preparation area. I would recommend a vehicle to access this property as it is probably 1/2 or more walk to town. the beach is nice but not swimmable due to rough surf.

Been in todos 20 years, so knows the place well. We will be back for sure. Hopefully, for a longer time period Nothing, really. Could use some updated utensils in the kitchen, but if that is the worst thing... I can't think of anything. We had been to that area before, soI knew what to expect. We don't travel 5 stars, nor do we want to, so for us, it was perfect.

• Sas (9/5): Hidden gem with easy access to beautiful beach - Sole Caliente is perfect for quiet, to be surrounded by nature and access to a beautiful beach. It's a real hidden gem and we loved the peace, the darkness for star-gazing and Alberto's hospitality. If you're addicted to your mobile phone, maybe this isn't the place for you as the wifi isn't 100% everywhere, but this is an excuse to get away from screens and appreciate nature around you.

• David (10/5): A peaceful clean and quiet little oasis! - Lovely accommodations - we loved the short semi private walk to the beach. Although it's not a "swimming" beach it was perfect for any time of day viewing, sunsets were amazing. Alberto was the perfect host - available and happy to share local suggestions or answer any questions but gave us privacy. We had four adults and one toddler, the space with two bedrooms separated with a shared living space in between was just ideal for us - we spent a lot of time in all the spaces, upstairs deck, front porch with a table, living room inside. Kitchen was nicely stocked with all the kitchen ware we needed for our stay. The location was great for us as we could walk to the beach in 5 min. But we hadn't done much research on Todos Santos in general and didn't realize how many of the roads are bumpy dirt roads - we went into town quite a bit but the road directly out of Sole Caliente is something to be aware of. That being said, we do think it's the way with MOST of the accommodations unless you're staying IN town which you're then not within walking distance to the beach.
