Die Dachterrasse haben wir leider erst zu spät entdeckt. - direkte Lage am See, die zum Hotel gehörige Terrasse kann man vom Frühstück bis zum Abendbrot nutzen. Kleiner Strandbereich gleich in der Nähe. Gute Küche , auch mit Regionalem aus dem See. Angenehmer Service.

U góry taras z jacuzzi z pięknym widokiem na góry i jezioro.na dole sklep spożywczy, można kupić właściwie wszystko. Blisko na Dolomity i właściwie wszędzie. Parking bezpłatny. Cornetto w restauracji na dole - wyborne 🥰 Mozna by było pomyśleć o lodówce ogólnodostępnej lub lodówkach w pokojach. Niestety lodowka-minibar praktycznie nie chłodził. Nie można było schlodzic napoi czy czegoś do jedzenia.

- Ieva (6/5): I probably wouldn’t stay again unless I had no car - The room was lovely and very clean. I liked that the hotel was just a few steps from the lake, so my kids and I could go swimming every day (even evening) in the lake. I didn’t like that hotel is misleading regarding the parking. Their parking is really bad. They have just a few spaces near the hotel itself and most of them are reserved for disabled or pregnant customers (by the way spaces are very narrow, so only very experienced drivers can navigate through). But for all other customers they offer a parking space at someone’s private garden further away. It has super narrow gates and no lighting in the evening, so if you have a bigger car, you are doomed to get a damage to your car. Like it had happened to me. 730 euro to fix the bruising on the side of the rented car. Really bad start of the holiday.

- Reisenbauer (3/5): Ein klares Nie wieder!! - Der Whirlpool und die damit verbundene Aussicht auf den gardasee. So gut wie alles. Wir können wirklich nicht nachvollziehen woher die vielen guten Bewertungen auf dieser Seite kommen. Das Personal war unfreundlich, die Pizzeria gerade mal so + wahnsinnig unfreundliches Personal. Das Zimmer - viele Zimmer mit Seeblick - liegen genau über dem Restaurant und zwischen dem Ufer (was in der Beschreibung als Strand bezeichnet wird aber garantiert keiner ist) und der stark befahrenen Straße - somit kann man sich vorstellen - die Balkontüre braucht man nicht öffnen wenn man die Klimaanlage nicht in Dauergebrquch haben will. Viel zu laut. Fenster - Fehlanzeige - gab keines. Und im Bad schimmelte es plus der Duschkopf war zusätzlich verschimmelt und verkalkt… klares NIE WIEDER.

- Karol (8/5): Bardzo udany pobyt - Hotel ma bardzo ładne położenie, z bardzo ładnym widokiem. Czysty, cichy, z miłą obsługą. Parking pod hotelem lub kilkadziesiąt metrów dalej więc z parkowaniem nie było problemów. W naszych pokojach była klimatyzacja, która wydajnie schładzała pomieszczenia. Na śniadaniach skromny wybór, jedynie kilka warzyw, wędlin,o które trzeba było się upominać (nikt z obsługi nie kontrolował czy są produkty wyłożone). Po zwróceniu uwagi, szybko było uzupełniane. Jak na 3 gwiazdki było ok.

- László (8/5): - The breakfast was buffet style and plentiful. The hotel has a parking lot, which is an advantage in this city. The hotel restaurant has a terrace, right on the beach, where there was live music. The chef can speak Hungarian and cook in Italian :). A reggeli svédasztalos, bőséges volt. A szállodához tartozik parkoló, ami előny ebben a városban. A szálloda étterméhez tartozik terasz, közvetlenül a parton, ahol élőzene szólt. A szakács tud beszélni magyarul és főzni is olaszul :). Upon arrival we were given a 10% coupon for dinner, which they then refused to redeem. Supposedly this should have been stated in advance before ordering - but no one said this... Az érkezéskor kaptunk egy 10%-os kupont a vacsorához, amit aztán nem akartak beváltani. Állítólag ezt előre kellett volna rendelés előtt jelezni - azonban ezt senki sem mondta...

- Dorin (9/5): Hotel Pai in Comune di Torri del Benaco it's a good option to stay at Garda Lake. - The standard room is small, but you can fit inside. Here I would mention the fact that the shower cabin is extremely narrow, but in rest the general conditions of the room are good.The lake view from the balcony is absolutely nice.:-)They do their best to offer a good breakfast every morning.We got a free parking place in the nearby(100 meters faraway from the Hotel). We had dinner at the Hotel for 2 nights and they really serve tasty and delicious dishes. No complains.
- Maciej (9/5): Bardzo ładny hotel, uśmiechnięty i miły personel - Bardzo dobrze położony hotel, czyste, bardzo duże pokoje, bezpłatny parking. Śniadania obfite, bardzo smaczne. Ładny taras na dachu budynku, wygodne leżaki. Dużym plusem jest winda. Restauracja na parterze hotelu otwarta cały dzień, to ogromny plus, bo można zjeść obiad po przyjeździe, nie trzeba czekać na otwarcie kuchni ani też nigdzie jeździć Jacuzzi na dachu jest otwarte tylko do godziny 21. Dziwne rozwiązanie, bo z reguły czas na relaks jest wieczorem, po zwiedzaniu okolicy. W jacuzzi woda była zimna
- Caroline (8/5): Hotell med gammalromantisk känsla. - Rymligt rum med liten balkong. Utsikt över sjön från balkongen. Trevlig restaurang med god mat som tillhörde hotellet. Tillgång till takterass med jacuzzi. Gratis parkering men något trångt att parkera om man har stor bil.

- Karin Koch (8/5): Kurzurlaub - Sehr freundlicher Empfang, ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüfett, genügend Parkplätze vorhanden, schöne Lage. Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung. Die zu dem Hotel gehörende Pizzeria ist nicht besonders zu empfehlen. Der Pizzateig hatte einen eigenartigen Nachgeschmack und einfache Nudeln mit Fleisch Soße waren nicht wirklich lecker. Das Servicepersonal wirkte nicht besonders aufmerksam und die Rückmeldung auf unsere Unzufriedenheit mit dem Essen wurde mit einem Achselzucken beantwortet.
