- Pamela (6/5): Could be nice if the customer service improved - Reception were poor. We were asked to email arrival time, we did that for 3pm check in time. When we arrived we were told the room wasnt ready and would be 20 to 30 minutes, in fact it was over 90 minutes sitting in reception waiting. When youve been travelling all day it is the last thing you want. Apartment was fine, but the list of stripping the beds, etc,etc when you leave was not very pleasant. Would not return.

Posizione eccezionale, con il centro a meno di 10 minuti a piedi. Facile parcheggiare nelle vicinanze, anche gratuitamente. Qualora dovessimo fare un nuovo viaggio a Vannes, di sicuro lo prenderemmo in considerazione

Lit confortable Semble bien insonorisé mais difficile de bien évaluer car nous y étions hors saison Cuisinette avec les fonctionnalités essentiels. Ils vous fournissent un kit très de base pour débuter votre séjour mais vous devrez acheter savon à vaisselle, papier de toilette et autres pour continuer au delà de 4-5 jours Garage très pratique

Le chauffe-eau situé dans la chambre fait du bruit la nuit, penser à prendre des boules quies. Pas de digicode pour accéder au parking mais un interphone, du coup, il faut que la personne de la réception soit disponible pour ouvrir la porte.

Dessous de douche pourri, poignée de porte chambre cassé...Alors oui proche de vieux Vannes donc top ..mais pour le reste non je ne recommande pas.

- Anne (8/5): Very comfortable. - The appartments adjoin the Best Western Hotel. This houses the Cote Patio restaurant which gives a discount to appartment residents. The location is excellent, a very short walk from the town centre and the medieval area. Our recent stay was very comfortable. We were happy to get an apartment with a balcony at the back of the property overlooking the garden. It was very quiet apart from the barking of a couple of little dogs in a nearby apartment.We understood that this was something that could not be avoided by the management which was always very pleasant and helpful. We found the restaurant menus, although limited, to be excellent. We appreciate that they made provision for my husband's allergy to gluten. This is not something very common in French hotels. Although there was major building work going on right across the road, this finished each evening at 5pm. Our failure to give full marks is mainly due to the very very poor reception from the ONLY English speaking TV channel, CNN. However, we would certainly stay here again.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Reasonably priced solution for a family - The hotel was practical for our family of four -- once we found it! Indeed, we had to go to the Best Western hotel to check in. We stayed for 2 nights, and it was not very clear whether we were supposed to do the cleaning ourselves, pay extra for the cleaning or if the cleaning was included. It would be helpful if that were clearer on the site and on location. Indeed, these seem to be weekly rentals that are sometimes rented out like hotel rooms...but the practicalities are not clear. Anyway, the apartment had two bedrooms, good bedding and a nice bathroom (though small shower). It would be especially practical for longer term stays.

- Estelle (8/5): Perfect base for the family to discover Vannes - Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed here for the October Half Term Week and used it as a base from which to discover Vannes and the Gulf de Morbihan area. It did the job perfectly as we had room enough for the 4 of us: 2 bedrooms, a good size bathroom and kitchen/living area. Facilities in the kitchen were limited to a microwave and hob (no oven) but that suited us fine as we had our main meal out (week off for the cook!). The hotel really is just a short easy walk (10 mins) from the lovely old streets of Vannes and located in a quiet area with free parking opposite.

The apartments are very central and because they are attached to the hotel you get the advantage of a reception for ordering taxis, using the facilities, etc. the apartment was a great size and spotlessly clean with fresh bedding available weekly and loads of towels, not just for the counted number of guests but extras

En realidad era un sofá-cama y una cama doble, algo que no queríamos nosotros. Y la que supuestamente habíamos reservado no existía en realidad.

Hotel staff were very helpful and apartment was well equipped and clean. The furnishings in the flat were a bit spartan.....no pictures or cushions, but this was a minor point.

- ANTOINE (10/5): Excellent appartement hôtel - Nous avons juste passé une nuit dans cet appartement-hôtel. Il est très bien agencé. suffisamment spacieux. Il y avait tout le nécessaire de base pour la cuisine. Les lits étaient confortable. Le nécessaire de toilette était mis à disposition ( gel cheveux et corps, sèche cheveux,serviettes tapis de bain). Juste un soucis de fermeture de cabine de douche que nous avons signalé et qui sera surement vite réparé.

Situé au porte de la ville piétonne (idéale pour les visites touristiques). Seul tout petit bémol : l'insonorisation des chambres supérieures (mais nous sommes tombés sous des gens qui rentraient très tard et de façon bruyante !). Globalement nous recommandons cet hôtel : c'était super !

Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons certainement.
