The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location is very convenient, close to the beach and shopping areas. Everything was great overall. There were only minor areas that could be improved, but nothing that affected my stay. I truly enjoyed my experience here.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax after a busy day. I would especially like to thank Surya Cahyadi at the reception, whose level of professionalism, efficiency, and dedication truly stood out. His service was exceptional and noticeably above the standard — even compared to other staff members. He consistently went the extra mile to help, always with a positive attitude and great attention to detail. The rest of the team was friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was clean, quiet, and very well organized. My stay was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I would happily return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and truly excellent service. Some aspects of housekeeping could be improved. On a few occasions, food waste (such as pizza leftovers) was left in the corridors for up to two days, which did not feel professional and affected the overall impression.
DC in Korea (9/5): Great stay... - The staff members were all very helpful trying to meet my request.. when I added an extra night, they made sure i stayed the same room. Sunny balcony was spacious as well as the room itself. The location is just right that it is not too far from the beach but still 5 min. walk away so you can be away from the noise. They only had a wall attached shower and wrong tilt on the shower booth floor, it was a bit uncomfortable in the shower.. and noise from the repair of the pool side... And they didn't provide the face towel in the room, only bath towel.

Puteri Norazlina (10/5): Room review - The Royal Family 2 suite room is big.We had 1 king size bed and 2 Single bed another room.Room facilities is good.It's water dispenser in the room so u don't hv to request or boiling hot water.There is small kids tent.Every room there is a Tv.Privacy area n quiet place.Walking distance to kuta beach n beach walk.it's a 24 hours mart.If u love to massange, u can get cheaper price n great massage compare to hotel quite pricy n i can 'say' i don't feel anything n not even 1 hour. The staff is friendly.I had a problem staying there on the 5th - 9th Jan 2026.3 time black out. The food is good.Only for breakfast, there is no ala carte. Overall is recommendation👍🏻 No ala carte food for breakfast, the massage girl,black out during our vacation and no movie in my room.we only watched Youtube.

Paola (7/5): Hotel céntrico, cerca de la playa - La habitación tenía buen espacio y la cama era cómoda, aunque las almohadas eran demasiado altas; sería mejor ofrecer también almohadas más planas. El baño estaba bien, pero creo que deberían mejorar la limpieza, especialmente detrás del váter, donde el suelo siempre estaba sucio. También el cambio de sábanas podría mejorar, ya que tuve que pedir expresamente que las cambiaran. El desayuno buffet estaba bien, aunque eché en falta aceite de oliva y un poco más de variedad de fruta. En general, es un hotel bien ubicado, con buena relación calidad-precio. Mi niño disfrutó mucho de la piscina, y desde Kuta es fácil contratar tours diarios o un conductor a buen precio. Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad de las chicas de recepción y la amabilidad del camarero de sala, Estefan, que fue muy atento. Saludos, Paola (Estancia del 23 de diciembre al 6 de enero) mejorar la limpieza del baño y suelo atrás de váter.

hammouche (4/5): - Le pire hôtel de mon séjour, et j’ai fait 4 hôtel plus ou moins du même standing. Alors sachez qu’il y a des marché pour arriver à la réception et que visiblement selon votre tête on vous aidera ou non, j’ai pas eu de chance 3 personne à réception donc deux qui ne faisait rien et un rien. On prend ensuite mon passeport pour le plier n’importe comment pour gagner un quart de page sur une photocopie. Ensuite pour aller à votre chambre vous allez vous débrouiller ( il y a un porte valise à l’accueil qui visiblement ne sert à rien) enfin j’arrive dans ma chambre avec un porte de balcon qui a vécu la guerre et qui ne s’ouvre pas. Enfin cerise il est mentionné nul part mais l’hôtel et non fumeur sur les balcon il fait donc sortir au bout du couloir

rion (8/5): Cozy retreat in the heart of Kuta - Room itself was clean and comfortable. Staff were really nice. Restaurant downstairs was really good. Overall it was a comfortable stay. Wifi worked good. Nearby beach was very dirty and littered with trash, far from picturesque. Loud people outside drinking in the early hours. The bathroom drain was very slow, and the shower was slippery. Also, the shampoo and conditioner had a terrible smell. I think it was designed that way but we just didn't like it.

منذر (10/5): فندق جميل موقعه جميل سعر رائع - كل شيء جميل ما عدا لا يوجد شطاف ولكن الموقع جيد بالقرب من الشاطيء والكوفيهات خاصة see you ايضا لديه افطار جيد بجانبك جميع الخدمات لا يوجد شطاف وبطاقة الغرف فقط واحده احذر ان تفقدها

Mastrangelo (8/5): Perfect beachside location in Kuta - Location. Super close to the beach and in easy reach of everything in Kuta and close to Seminyak. There was no spa centre with a sauna or spa.

Ann (9/5): I would stay again bring less clothes - Love the bed was so big and comfortable staff friendly pool great Rooms are small and no cupboard space or drawers to put stuff in so lived out of our suitcase, shower not much pressure and not very hot

Leeann (8/5): Would stay again, they are currently painting the rooms, nice to have a coffee pod machine in room and also you get yo - Staff at front counter were very pleasant and nice . Pool was nice big and clean . Good location . Room size ok Property was nice but needs some maintenance like around the pool with the boards, rooms with working lights , still a nice place to stay .

ディア (8/5): 早朝便前乗り - ・部屋やベッドが広くて綺麗・部屋から見えるホテルの景色がオシャレ！部屋からプールが見えてそれを囲むように部屋がある。・アメニティが揃ってる・電源タップが多いので便利・シャワーの温度がぬるい、シャンプーやボディソープの匂いが変な匂いがした。・エレベーターのタッチ式ボタンが中々反応してくれなくてコツが必要だった。

Julia (7/5): Günstige zentrale Übernachtungsmöglichkeit ohne viel Schnickschnack - Sehr zentrale Lage - man ist in 5 Gehminuten am Strand von Kuta, ausreichend großer Pool mit Schwimmringen Das Bett war leider extrem hart, als würde man auf einer Holzplatte liegen, das Frühstück war minimal und nicht vielfältig

Kirk (9/5): Amazing little hidden gem - Even though it’s tucked away it’s still only one street to the beach and most things are walking distance We had water come through the roof on our last day but staff were very prompt in resolving the issue and accommodating for us
Wijnand (8/5): Geweldig en zeker een aanrader! - ontbijt was erg goed, personeel heel klantgericht en het zwembad is geweldig. Ook een heerlijke massage gehad. De kamers waren ook zeer prettig. misschien als enige dat de kamers zo dichtbij elkaar waren. Je kan zo bij elkaar naar binnen kijken.
