We enjoyed the fact that there was a raised area with cushions for sitting as well as floor seats as arthritis makes constant getting up and down off the floor a trial. The onsen were amazing and the extras provided in the private hotel one like skin cream, brushes etc made it extra special. The traditional evening meal was fantastic and there was plenty of choice at breakfast. It was a pity that the hotel receptionists spoke so little English.

- HIROMI (8/5): 夕食のお料理の会席はどれもおいしい。ホテル内から太閤の湯に行ける。 - 部屋が広くて綺麗、部屋風呂は使っていませんがユニットバスではなく丸い湯船で素敵でした。ロケーションも良かったです。ホテル内のエレベーターを使えば太閤の湯に入れたことが大変良かったです。 空気清浄器がコンセントに挿さっていましたが、水タンクが空で水が溜まるところがかなり汚れていて使えませんでした。フロントに連絡するとすぐにスタッフさんが対応してくださいました。ありがとうございました。

- Irina.chsh (4/5): - Персонал очень доброжелателен Старый очень, шумный, многолюдный, номера устаравшие потрепаные. Окна в номере грязные. В онсен постоянно приезжает огромное количество посетителей, которые не живут в отеле и могут посещать онсен за доп плату. Поэтому здесь очень много людей. Это сказывается и на чистоте онсена,везде волосы, что-то валяется, шум-гам. Цена качество не соответствует совершенно. Я не рекомендую здесь останавливаться.

- Yoshie (8/5): - とても清潔で、太閤の湯も楽しめて、さらに金泉銀泉のどちらもひとつのホテルで楽しめたので、想像以上に快適でした。 また、私は背が高く、大抵のホテルでは女性用浴衣が小さく、少し寂しかったのですが、こちらでは女性用の選択肢が、5柄、サイズも3種類あり、とても嬉しかったです！ チェックインの時、女性の方だったのですが、説明が少し早口だったので、年配者にはもう少しゆっくり話していただけるといいと思います。

- Ira (10/5): - It was a great stay at Arima Kirari. Getting there was easy as there was a regular shuttle bus right from the train station to take us there. The hotel is attached to Taiko no Yu Onsen which is free for hotel guests and you can access it directly from the hotel. The onsen was lovely and has both indoor and open air hot springs. The hotel itself has its own onsen which was great for when you want to get an extra dip in. We had a lovely dinner and breakfast here. The room was also very comfortable and clean. No complaints.

- 松葉 (9/5): お湯も食事もスタッフの方もとても良かったです。ありがとうございました。 - 太閤の湯もホテル側の温泉も快適でしたしお部屋がとても綺麗でした。 特に太閤の湯につきましては車椅子や足の不自由なものにはチェックイン後、チェックアウト前までの間は良かったと思います。 こういうお客の時にはそれ以外の時間に使わせていただくのはとても難しいと感じました。 特に2日目は雨が降っており外側から回っていくのは断念しました。 健常者との違いが私も勉強になりました。

- SEONKYUNG (5/5): - 프론트직원과 석식을 서빙해주는 직원 다 친절하여 기분이 좋았습니다. 프론트 직원, 석식 서빙 해 주신 직원 모두 다 친절했습니다만, 아침 조식 안내해주는 남자 직원 응대가 너무 불친절하였습니다. 인원이 많아 테이블을 나눠서 앉고 싶다고 요청하자 짜증난다는 표정으로 사람을 세워놓고 결국에는 자리를 나눠서 앉게 해주었지만, 자리 표시 해주는 판을 테이블 위에 던지듯 소리내어 올려놓았습니다. 식사를 마치고 나갈때에도 출입구 정중앙에 직원이 서있어 비켜주지도 않아 부딪히는 일이 생겼습니다. 다른 모든 직원이 친절하였지만 조식 때 저 남자 직원 한 명 때문에 좋았던 기억이 반감되어 유감입니다.

- Lemongrab (10/5): Comfortable stay. Great place for celebrating staff accomodating with diet requirements. - Comfortable and clean, staff were very accommodating. The Taiko no yu was very relaxing. The hotel onsen was a little small but i guess Taiko no yu makes up for it. Water fountain were not on all floors. Had to go down a floor to get drinking water. Bathroom for one of the rooms were not clean when we checked in, hair in the bath tub.

- Chi Ching (9/5): The facilities is great and the staff is helpful. - The onsen The second night’s dinner is less favorable than the first night. If we can choose our own menu among a few choices. The stay will be more enjoyable.
- DONG GEON (8/5): 기억에 남을만한 정월 료칸 - 일본 시골여행 좋아하시는편이면 찾아가는 재미가 있음, 정월에 예약해서 저녁식사 가이세키가 최고급 코스였습니다. 도시외곽 시골이라 찾아가는길이 어려울 수 있음, 일본어로 대화가 가능하면 달라지는 태도가 좀 걸렸습니다.

- Nami (10/5): 美味！ - 綺麗で食事がとても美味しかったです。 シャトルバスサービスがあるものの、坂の上に施設があるので、子供がいるとちょっと店まで買い物に行くのが大変でした。

- Panpratana (9/5): Wonderful. Highly recommend - The hotel is old but very well maintained. The staff is mostly friendly friendly and helpful. I have not so pleasant check-in with one of the male staff but the rest are so nice. They have a public spa Taikonoyu that hotel guest can access for free which is really great (on top of smaller hotel ones in the basement) Getting there : If you travel by a train, there's a shuttle bus service with a time table signage in front of the station. If you travel by a bus, you can shortly walk to tourist information center and ask them to call the hotel. They will send a van to pick you up there. Very convenient. You have to book breakfast and dinner time during the check in and they're not flexible about it. You can't just go early if you're done with your day.

- Mika (3/5): つらい - ホテル専用の大浴場は空いていて快適でした。 お料理が美味しかったです。 宿泊が中国の国慶節と重なってしまい、併設されている日帰り温泉が人で溢れ、リラックスできる状態ではありませんでした。お風呂はたくさんの種類がありましたが、どの浴槽も人がぎゅうぎゅう詰めに入っている状態。露天風呂に行く階段も長く、異臭がして不快でした。 部屋は窓が開けられず、狭くて圧迫感がありました。 立地が急坂の上なので、公共機関を使って行かれる方は脚が良くないと厳しいと思います。
