- RockyMountain97 (10/5): Excellent Stay! - Hospitality was excellent here. Walked in and was greeted with fruit and private room while we waited for our room to be made. The local cafe was nice as well. AC worked 100% and the free shuttles to local spots was very convenient.
- 584ginnys (10/5): 4 nights enjoyable stay - We enjoyed our stay at Navatara hotel as the staff were helpful and we took advantage of the free shuttle bus to beaches and a sunset viewpoint. Breakfast was a good selection. I loved the fruits and the banana cake. Good coffees and during the day we had snacks and smoothies. There is a 7 /11 next door which is handy. I did a yoga class up the hill and had a massage up that way too. The pool was lovely and we wished we had booked a swim up room as they looked good but were all booked up. There is a little walk down to the seafront but only about 5 minutes. We did not go in the sea down there as lots of boats. Walked to the fish market and that was interesting. Loads of places to eat and drink along the seafront. Room was good size with a balcony and walk in shower and bath, kettle, fridge and tv useful. Would return there as lovely setting with plants around the pool.
- Hit808 (10/5): Wonderful stay at a Gem of a Hotel! - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Navatara. We were lucky enough to have a swim-up pool room, and we absolutely loved it! All the staff at the hotel were super friendly, kind and helpful. Breakfasts and meals at the Tara cafe were all varied and delicious. The shuttles are fantastic, and we took full advantage to explore local beaches and sunsets at Prom Thep. Snorkelling at Yanui Beach was amazing!! This hotel was a very welcome tranquil escape from an otherwise busy multicentre holiday across Thailand. Heartfelt thanks to all the wonderful staff at the hotel; we would definitely stay here again.
- lynnhF4328DB (10/5): Small, but a perfectly lovely hotell - Great short break at this hotel, it is in a great position but also runs a shuttle service to all the local beaches. The staff were warm & welcoming & made the stay even more enjoyable.
- PCASquad (8/5): Best sleep ever - What a cozy gem this is. So quiet and peaceful that all the guests get that you are there to relax and not have a lot of noise or ljud voices around. The breakfast is basic... you get what you need. But try their banana pancake. So good! The beds and pillows are probably one of the best we've had in Thailand (and we been here 10 times). We slept So good! The pool is nice, not too big and not too small. You can walk 10 min to Rawai beach from the hotel and also a 7 Eleven is right beside. Don't expect an awesome view but a very pleasent stay! Worth a visit.
- CornwallDolly (10/5): Lovely hotel close to the beach front promenade - We stayed at the Navarro for 3 nights. The room was fabulous, bath & shower, good aircon, big comfy beds. No complaints at all. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious especially the pineapple & banana pancakes. Staff are exceptional and cannot do enough to help. Would highly recommend a stay here. There is a free shuttle to all nearby beaches and the fish market. Short walk to all the bars and restaurants along the beach front.
- vickiturnbull (10/5): The best ever hotel in Rawai - We stayed again at this wonderful small hotel in Rawai for approx 4 months. We stayed so long because we just loved it so much and actually didn’t want to leave when we had to come home to New Zealand. Our room was perfect as was the pool - many happy hours swimming and just splashing about!! But the best part of our stay is the absolutely amazing staff who make everyday just wonderful - very special thanks to Benz, Anita and Nan on reception - their kindness to us two oldies was so special - Moo in the kitchen and garden - such an amazingly thoughtful kind man! Lek also in the dining room/restaurant made each morning a happy one😊 The 3 ladies who cleaned our room were very special - always happy and full of fun and laughter. The other gardener and the man who drove us in the shuttle were always kind and happy to assist us! All in all the very best hotel we have ever stayed in! My husband and I cannot wait till we return next year - until then we will just have to dream🩷

The location is great, with stunning grounds, clean and spacious rooms, a beautiful pool, and solid breakfast buffet! The staff here are truly exceptional! They added much to our experience. Be sure to take advantage of the free hotel shuttle to two local beaches (Nai Harn has chairs for rent, the other does not). Also be sure to check out the great food options just steps away (Archee Food to the left about 100m and Baan Klang Nam about 500m to the right out the driveway of the hotel - both serve excellent, affordable, authentic Thai dishes). Truly a great hotel at reasonable rates. Outshines the affordability!
- scalliedog (10/5): Fabulous - Stayed here for 3 nights in November. Location was great for us just a short walk into town. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a superior room which was a good size and good facilities. We couldn’t fault it air con was amazing. Breakfasts were delicious buffet and a la carte. Service was superb lovely staff. A bonus was a 7 eleven right next door to hotel which was very convenient. They also offer free bus to different beaches at allocated times which was so good. Would definitely recommend .

- L5873ZQwendye (10/5): Really relaxing place - We thoroughly enjoyed 6nts here at this hotel. The experience was lovely. Clean and spacious rooms, great pool and the nicest staff. Breakfast had a decent choice and most of it cooked fresh to order. The courtesy transport to the nearby beaches was really great too. We checked out in the morning but our flight wasn't until nearly midnight, but they kindly looked after all our luggage, whilst we went out for the day and provided a quiet and comfy lounge for us to chill and rest up before leaving. I'd highly recommend the hotel to others.

- DeirdraAhier (10/5): - We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel. The room was huge, luxurious and had lovely finishes and a bespoke feel. The gardens were beautifully maintained and the pool, with jacuzzi, were large and felt spacious. The staff were the best and couldn't do enough to make our stay fantastic. The food in the restaurant was great and we ate there several times. There's a free shuttle bus to the two best beaches and Promthep Cape, where the sunset was incredible . We can't wait to go back.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Super comfortable stay in a small hotel - The hotel is not big. It's a few small buildings around a beautiful pool. And it is a beautiful pool that looks amazing at sunset. Almost surreal. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. They will help you rent a motorbike to get around as well. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

- Scott (10/5): - First off it is tucked away from Rawai beach rd, yet on a nice road and easily found. Yup with 7-11 next door and money exchange a block away. I checked into simple room but found iut the MGR gave me an upgrade to large nice delux suite with a bathtub. Room attendents were nice and help with any request. So much my 4 night stay was extended to a 7 night stay. Only draw back, and is not really that bad, is the pool was a little algae oround edges. Understandably as there has been so much rain this 1st half of June. I endorse this property for a quiet place to relax, yet close to all the fun of Rawai.
- Fiona (10/5): Lovely boutique hotel, friendly staff - This boutique hotel was clean, well kept and staff were very friendly and helpful. They organised my airport transfer at no extra cost than standard, upgraded my room and had free shuttles to beaches and sunset spots which I took full advantage of. Pool and spa were nice to finish off the hot day. I opted for breakfast included and enjoyed every day, when I had an early day trip, the staff at Tara cafe helped me with takeaway breakfast to take with me. A short walk to restaurants along Rawai beach and a 7-eleven right next door to grab any bits you need
- Irene (8/5): Overall good - Overall my stay was good.facilities and location were good. The staff were generally helpful, but when I checked in (late in the evening) my check in was unbelievably rushed. They spoke at 100 miles an hour and didn’t even let me take a seat. They brought me a tea but I didn’t get to drink it and when I did they said “we need the cup back” and I downed some and handed it back. Perhaps their shifts were finishing but it was quite a weird jarring welcome. Facilities at the hotel were good except the gym which needs air con. Illegally hot for a gym in a tropical country. And very small.

- juliakE632UN (10/5): Wonderfull stay - Lovely hotel close to Rawai Beach but in the quieter end. Also close to everything you might need - shops, bars, restaurents and the lovely Ya Nui Beach. The rooms very spacious and clean with a small balkony to the garden and the pool. Bathtub, shower, safe, beach bag and fresh towels everyday. Breakfast was delicious with options of freshly prepared meals both thai and western dishes. The staff was super friendly and helpfull and made our stay such a pleasure! - I2393HLlouises (10/5): Fantastic hotel! - I cannot praise this hotel enough!! All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was cleaned each day to a high standard and the breakfast each morning was great. My husband and I booked a pool room and it was just perfect. The hotel is directly next to a Severn eleven and 5 mins walk from rawai beach where you will find great restaurants, bars and massage shops. We will definitely be returning next year!

We had a wonderful room overlooking the beautiful pool - the room itself was lovely with a gorgeous enormous bed. The bathroom was a great size (also with a bath) and the shower was perfect. Delightful restaurant serving daily breakfasts which were delicious and wonderful for a relaxed lunch. All the staff were so friendly and kind and in particular Benz with her beautiful smile! We can't wait to come back in 2025

The pool is good and has a nice Jacuzzi , there is a nice gym and an excellent motorcycle rental agency at a good price. The location is good between Nai Haran and Rawai and there are cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. 7/11 is adjacent to the hotel and next to it is an exchange at a good rate. I highly recommend this hotel and hopefully will come back soon.

My advise would be to provide more hospitality training for the front desk and the cafe attendants to really turn this hotel as a great option. I sensed emotions in some of the interactions which is very different from some of the other hotels we stayed during our stay. Nothing that can’t be fixed with some customer service training.
- playfulw (10/5): An Amazing Jewel at the Southern End of Phuket Island - My Stay at the Magical and Serene Navatara All the staff were super friendly and helpful, particularly Jay. Jay's cheerful and encouraging persona was a factor in me deciding to extend my stay another week! She asked me, "If you're liking being here why don't you stay longer?" Such a simple question, such a relaxing time. My original stay was from 16 April 2024 to 12 May 2024. I added another 5 nights. THEN, I decided to come back! My second stay was from 19 July 2024 to 24 July 2024. The pool is AMAZING! So relaxing and huge, open 24 hours a day. The nighttime lighting is ecstatic. The resort is in a relatively secluded area so it tended to be MUCH QUIETER than many other parts of Phuket. LOVED THAT. Room service was fast and yummy. I like the burger, as well as the chicken pad Thai. The outside patio overlooking the pool and the courtyard was so serene to sit at and just relax, drinking a soda. It was extra special the few nights when we had thunderstorms. The air conditioner worked wonderfully and cooled the room great. Internet speed is super fast, since the entire place is networked wonderfully, and there are two cell towers nearby. I had amazing service whether I was in my room on the third floor or chilling by the pool. The free shuttle to the beaches was PERFECT! The rides were to both Yanui Beach (the small one) and to Nai Harn Beach (the big one). I also used to go to PromThep Cape to watch the sunset and do hiking there. There's a secret path that takes you all the way from the top to the rocky beach side. Make sure to take water with you. It's about 1 hour to trek down there. Yanui Beach is a small beach but very friendly: many families and their kids go there. There are two sides: one with waves, and the other one is a lot calmer. There is also an area of big rocks in the middle that you can climb. Nai Harn Beach is much bigger with a long sandy beach. It takes about 8 minutes to get there by the resort shuttle. The waves can get big and you'll see people surfing in designated areas. The sand is amazing with plenty of public areas to lay out your towel. There are lifeguards at both beaches. They are very safe. There are also restaurants and food/drink stalls at both beaches. In the hotel room, there's a little tote bag that you can use and it was super helpful for the beach trips, especially since it already had two beach towels in it. I just put in water, sunscreen, snacks and went! Beach mats and umbrellas are also available to check out for free. Daily housekeeping is amazing: the room was always super clean and plenty of complementary bottled water. Walking around RaWai: there are many restaurants and several coffee shops. The beauty of Navatara Resort at RaWai is that is far from the noisy tourist areas. RaWai Beach has tourist spots: restaurants, establishments, etc., but without the massive crowds of other areas. Oh and I also took the Phuket Smart Bus (Blue Bus) when I wanted to visit other areas/beachs on the island. It was slightly tricky figuring it out but the bus stops and routes are reasonably located on Google Maps. They do sometimes run behind on schedule but the great thing is that the route starts and ends at RaWai beach, about 0.8 km from the resort, and the resort can give you a free ride in their shuttle! I do want to say thank you again to the staff, Jay in particular, for making my stay awesome. Anita also helped me print out some things I needed. I was always provided a great amount of bottled water every day! My room was always cleaned spotless! Also, the cleanliness of the pool was always maintained. At one point someone went in after they had come back from the beach. There now was sand at the bottom of the pool, in such a large amount that it was visible, and it was near the suction pumps. Within minutes the staff brought out a wet vacuum/pump and sucked up all that sand.
- Andrew (10/5): - We went here for our honeymoon. The pool was great! The staff members were very friendly, polite, professional, and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. The receptionist let me print an important document from the front desk computer without charging me. Also, they can help book tours and transportation. Furthermore, they provided us with four bottles of water every day - no charge. The only negative aspect was that there were some mosquitoes, and when the room attendants would clean the room, they would leave the door to our room open, which allowed mosquitoes to come in. The cafe is nice for breakfast and lunch, but it closes around dinner time. The price is affordable, too. Overall, this was a great hotel for our honeymoon, and we definitely recommend it.
- O6913CEmelaniea (10/5): Navatara Fabulous place to relax - We are just home from a 3 week trip around Thailand and the Navatara hotel Phuket was best hotel we stayed in! - The staff are so attentive, so friendly . - This is small boutique hotel ,all centred around the pool, we had a swim up room, it was stunning! - Everything in the room you need, massive bed, smart TV, fridge which is restocked every day, towels for the pool and towels for the bathroom. The bathroom has bath and shower cubicle. There is Aircon. - There is a restaurant, which provides a lovely buffet breakfast. - it is a 15min walk from the beach, restaurants, shops and the local fish markets . - I would highly recommend this hotel, it's not in the hussle and bussle, but that's only a short taxi ride away.

We booked for our family of 6 and after staying at a large resort the intimacy of this boutique hotel was a bit of a culture shock. However our teenage/young adult kids loved having the pool often to themselves and always being able to find a sunbed to use.

Only recommendation is for the staff to be more accurate about timing to closing the kitchen. When we arrived we were informed room service was available and as soon as we got to the room we called to learn that the kitchen closed an hour early, after even checking with the hotel receptionist. Was a bit disappointed after a very long travel day. Other than that would highly recommend!!

Everyone was helpful and kind. The best place to start recouperating! Stay in the pool Access rooms. Quiet and Thai style. Clean. They offer free rides to certain places around Rawai and because of my situation they dropped us off and picked us up every day from around Rawai free of charge. I will definately return - 5 star service for a lot less $ - not that this is all that matters. More importantly you are treated with respect and kindness.

It might show some wear and tear but it doesn’t matter since everything was very clean and worked well. Helpful staff. Good wifi and decent breakfast. The shuttle took us to a few local places we wanted to visit (for free). The food from their restaurant was pretty but disappointing. So, we only ate there twice. From this location, it is easy to get to nearby islands by longboat. Just go down to the beach and yell “boat!” Best bed I’ve slept in, in Thailand. We would definitely stay here again.

I have been many places in the world but never felt so "cared about".... it's not the right word to describe it, but I'm not sure there is one. If you stay here, you'll "get it" too. Everyone was friendly and accommodating at every single level!

The food at the restaurant was delicious and the staffvery accommodating and helpful. The room was super beautiful and clean. We used the swimming pool and it was refreshing and perfect, including a Jacuzzi style jets! At the end they arranged our driver to take us to a ferry to Phi Phi and even we received a cute gift from the hotel which was adorable.

- C (10/5): - Love this property! It’s a nice, quiet place, far from the horrendous crowds at Patong and Karon/Kata. It’s a 1hr 20+mins drive from the airport, which is much further than one might expect, but for this tranquility it’s totally worth it. I stayed 3 nights as a solo female traveller. I’d been to Phuket many times before, but wanted a different experience of it. I was not disappointed. The room was clean, bright and very well appointed. Those sheets! The bathroom featured a huge shower stall and a big bathtub. Kudos on reducing plastic waste, by having proper shower gel and shampoo dispensers, making it feel like home. Despite being far from the big beaches, the hotel runs regular (free!) shuttle services to nearby beaches, Ya Nui and Nai Harn. The hotel pool is also an oasis of calm and peace - heaven! Across the road is a CrossFit gym, and a well stocked Family Mart is a 2 minute walk away. There are several restaurants on nearby Rawai beach, but i never bothered with them as the in-house restaurant (and room service) meals were just delicious - and very affordable too! The staff here are what really make the experience. They were endlessly accommodating. They arranged all my shuttles, booked me spa appointments and were always ready with a friendly smile for any questions I had. The server at the restaurant remembered me and my breakfast by name, and the Drivers as well. A great experience, and I’d stay again anytime. Don’t think twice, book now!

From what I could see every room had a pool view and the pool had nice relaxed rules, drinks were allowed poolside and it didn’t close. There was a free local shuttle service and the staff could organise everything else for you at a reasonable price. I would happily stay here again.
