• HeaveNEarth (8/5): Nice comfortable Adana Hotel with Huge Shopping Mall Across the Street - Let me start the review saying this is not a five star hotel. It looks modern enough, but a bit little old. Maybe 3 and a half star hotel in US standard. But we enjoyed staying one night in Adana. Will revisit again. A room was comfortable and clean. Only complaint I had for the hotel while we stayed was noise coming from outdoor wedding or engagement receptions or events. The huge Mi Adana AVM shopping mall is just across the street in front of the hotel. We strolled across to the shopping mall in the evening hours. It was very nice walk.
• Alain (4/5): Disappointing and dodgy experience, people trying to corrupt your cc. - Closest (read only) hotel available within 1/2h drive to COV airport. Easy parking. Booked the room without commitment to pay in advance after which somebody from the hotel management start sending me whatsap messages asking for the CVV code of my credit card, threatening to cancel the reservation. Upon check in and when I asked to speak to the management, suddenly nobody spoke English. Didn't get the room I booked and payed for (inferior). Room was very noise and expensive but there was no alternative.
• Taher (5/5): Passable - Location close to town and a huge shopping mall We stayed for two nights, but the room was not made up for the second night. I informed the reception but they did not respond. We were short of bathroom gel and clean towels. The bed covering in the room is disgraceful, not fitting a five star hotel like Anemon. I stayed T Anemon hotels before but this experience at Adana is terrible. Also the breakfast wS not so good.

• Panagiotis (1/5): ATTENTION: the hotel does not provide commercial invoices. - A room was booked through booking.com and after the stay was completed in the hustle and bustle of work we forgot to ask for a commercial invoice from the hotel. After repeatedly trying to receive an invoice via messages, email and phone there is no response. This is unacceptable and apparently booking.com does not properly control its partners.

The breakfast is average but definitely less than three stars... The air conditioners are very weak in the rooms and inside the hotel, I don't know if the goal is to save money... The air conditioners inside the rooms face the bed... There is no room service, it's like renting a room only... The employees are respectful but their number is small... There are two elevators for everyone present... The hotel is luxurious but certainly the management is a failure and it doesn't deserve more than three stars

• 16trudiea (4/5): A disappointing experience all round. No wonder the restaurant was empty. - On recommendation my husband and I booked a table at the hotel’s restaurant for our wedding anniversary. Despite it looking like a nice restaurant, the food on offer was just the same as that on offer in any ocakbaşı in Adana. The room was disapointingly empty but for us and another couple (and a big black fly that wouldn’t leave our table). A bottle of sweet dessert white wine was produced and shown to my husband (who doesn’t really drink wine) and served served in huge glasses. While we were still obviously eating our mezes, they were cleared away for our main course …mine chicken breast. With the first bite I started to burn up as it was overly spicy. The waiter removed it and a loud argument started in the kitchen with the chef saying that the guest should ask for the meal to not be spicy. After 20 minutes, the replacement chicken came back but unbelievably salty. We paid 735tl and left. PS..We sat by the window to the terrace where, apparently, the staff go to have a cigarette. PPS…this place obviously thinks that the actual room, decor and having a waiter pull out the lady’s chair is all that is required to charge a fortune for the experience. PPPS…during our time there, I used the restroom….it was difficult to find as it was in a dark hallway. I had to enter a room to turn on the light after guessing it could be the ladies’ which it thankfully was.

• Saman Salar (10/5): Highly Recomended - I booked Anymon as a transit hotel while traveling from Istanbul to Iraq, so I was prepared for anything, but I was pleasantly pleased by the hotel's outstanding services, setting, and overall quality. If I end up in Adana again, I'll absolutely recommend it and visit again.

• Ebru (10/5): Reasonable priced, clean hotel - When I saw the reviews of others, I was a little concerned about staying at this hotel. Regarding place of hotel, it is not in city center, it is near to the highway which is helpful if you have to travel surrounding places rather than visiting inside the city. There is a shopping mall just across the hotel. Regarding rooms, I stayed in a double bed room, which was quite spacious. The bathroom was spacious as well with a duche not with a tube. The water was hot so no problem regarding using the bath. The windows were not easy to open, a little force was required. The air-conditioning was working but it is without any noise, so you may think it is not working. The room was clean. The television was rather small but there was DVD player as an asset. There is no carpet in the room which is good for allergic people. There is enough space to put your bags and luggage. There is a study corner with desk, internet connection and a desk lamp. The breakfast was good and hygienic. For restaurant I would say, there could be more choices. The menu was weak. In short it is a good choice for staying with a compatible price. I have stayed several times in Hilton in Adana and I can say that with a lower price you miss nothing. One thing I did not like was, there was no connecting room for families. Also double bed rooms and twin bed rooms were on different floors. Consider this when you stay in more than one rooms as a family.
• Riikka (6/5): - The room was clean, but felt more like a meeting room than a hotel room. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was not special and some of the vegetables seemed to be from the previous day.
• Andrea (2/5): Disappointing and dirty - Save your money and pay a little extra for somewhere late like Divan hotel. Hotel looks nice on the outside but inside the room floor was dirty and there is no carpet. The picture when we booked the hotel must be old. It was not as it seemed (really small tv), only heat worked and hotel said they would not turn on air conditioner (I think this is a lie) and I think it’s broken. It’s also extremely loud outside. We heard dogs barking all night and cars honking. Also, when I booked the room it said no smoking but I could smell smoke in the room from past residents. The bathroom felt filthy and the flimsy slippers were useless. The refrigerator also didn’t keep anything cold. The bed only had 2 pillows, 2 for each person 😐. The hotel also seems really dead…like a ghost town maybe and this is a bad sign. Too bad my reservation was non-refundable, now I know why! Pro tip, ladies if you plan to do makeup you’re out of luck. The bathroom light is so dim you can’t see much. Hotel is listed as “5 stars” but it’s a joke. I regret staying here so badly. 😩
• Xmalfan13 (4/5): Trash hotel - 5 star rating is a joke! - Normally Anemon in Turkey is really good…Adana location deserves a hard pass! Room was filthy, a/c not working and we were told all the other residents wanted the heat on (lies!) room smelled of smoke and it was supposed to be non-smoking. Bathroom was nasty and dim lighting, hot water barely worked. There is no carpet in the room and my feet were black on the bottom so the cleanliness level is very bad. Please save your money and pay a little extra for a hotel like Divan or Ibis. This place needs to either get their sh*t together or close down.

Yerde halı bile yok iki kişilik oda da tek kişilik koltuk, duş başlıkları kırık vücudunuzdan başka her yere su gidiyor ve giderler o kadar kötü ki banyoyu su bastı. Kesinlikle değerinde bir otel değil.

• Ugur (4/5): Pek memnun kalamadım üzgünüm - Rez yaparken üst katlardan ve sigara içilmemiş bir oda istemiştim ve bu isteğimi resepsiyonda tekrar etmiştim. Tam tersine bana en alt kattan ve sigara içilen bir oda verdiler. Penceremin hemen önünde havalandırma fanları vardı ve odada kül tablası vardı. Nispeten geniş bir oda olmasına rağmen küçücük bir pencere var. Odada ikram olarak sadece 1 adet 33cc lik su vardı. Minibarda 4 adet 50cc lik su vardı ve tanesi 8 TL. Duş benim sevmediğim tip. Tavanda sabit duş ve su kafamın tepesinden akıyor. Ayrıca duş gideri tıkalı. En büyük sorun: gece boyunca üşüdüm. Klima en yüksek derecede olmasına rağmen ısıtıyor. Kahvaltı eh işte.

• FredDee87 (8/5): Nice clean and spacious stay - I had a very nice clean room with good view on the fron side of the hotel. Breakfast was too good but they didnt have real cappuccino and I was disappointed that they offered me the machine artificial powder cappuccino when I asked for it. Given the class of this hotel I assumed they would have it, anyways its just my personal observation. The staff was very polite and they spoke tiny bit of English. The staff defintely needs to have more English skills. I tried to complain to reception about loud noises of music coming from room above me all throughout night but it was impossible to explain to them and also after explaining there was no result. If I had a quiet room, everything else was so good including the staff and prices. I would stay here again if I visit again.

• SemihK954 (8/5): Good enough - As first, it is little bit away from the city center. It is new, clean and comfortable hotel. The rooms and the bathrooms in the rooms are pretty big. They have water, tea and coffee in the room as free of charge. The staff are very helpful and smiley. The best thing was the price for this time. I paid 41 euro including breakfast for this 5 stars hotel.

Comfortable bed, excellent toiletries, slippers, good choice of towels. Excellent room service with nice choice of food for moderate prices. Marvelous breakfast buffet. The only mistake is lack of fresh orange juice in the morning table. It is strange that in the country of orange is available only artificial juice from sachet. Staff was very polite and friends. Hotel has everything we can expect in 5* hotel except indoor pool.
• 26na (8/5): One good Anemon experience at last - İt was my first good with experience with anemon hotels. İ had stayed in izmir and konya anemons before but none of them is good as adana anemon. The employee is kind and very helpful in reception. İ recommend you to book a junior suite. İt deserves your payment.
• lastottoman1969 (8/5): Perfect Hotel, Bad WIFI - It’s a classic city hotel with a 5 star brand. Rooms are huge and very clean. The decoration is ordinary, nothing speacial about it. I stayed in a suite room. It was over 100 m2. Two bathrooms and a dressing room with a wardrobe. Everything was fine about the hotel, parking is easy and free, there is a big shopping mall nezt to the hotel with a walking distance. The only thing I didn’t like was the wife. They said the WIFI is fast but I used my telephone to connect to internet which was 3 times faster than the WIFI. For a business hotel, this is not acceptable.
• Adam (8/5): Nice modern hotel. - The overall service and comfort is great in this hotel, staff need to know how to speak english as I have found it extremely difficult to communicate with staff apart from that I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.
• andy (6/5): nice new hotel, good access from motorway and town - nice clean hotel. could be 5/5 quite easily with some management tweaks. fridge in suite never worked, despite calls to reception after 12 hours and 3 calls nobody came. room service delivery, needs covers to keep hot food hot,whilst eating starter. main was lukewarm on arrival, cold after starter. A Chicken Curry dish, needs served with more than 1 Table spoon of rice for a whole plate of curry. a mini bowl of lettuce doesn't go with curry. attention to detail is needed. nightclub is permanently closed, but no explanation. rooms good size. clean.
