• Yu Min (2/5): 糟糕透頂 - 離大巨蛋很近是唯一的優點了。 一、房間整晚有煙味。 二、樓下是聲色場所，晚上隔音差聽得到吵鬧聲。 三、安全疑慮： 房間這層樓沒有任何門禁或櫃檯，任何人都能走到房間門口；我的房間正對著電梯出來的走廊，半夜房門被敲不只一次。 四、燈在無人操作之下會自行開關： 睡前故意不關燈，半夜醒來發現燈被全關了，早上不到八點突然啪一聲，燈又全開了，我馬上嚇醒。後來九點多想再睡一下，我把燈全關了，不到十分鐘，房門旁吊衣桿上面的投射燈突然被打開了。真的嚇到不敢再睡。 五、給了顧客錯誤停車資訊卻先質疑客人，最終只獲得一句輕飄飄的道歉： 入住前兩天特地打電話詢問有無配合的停車場、哪裡可以停車？接電話的男士說沒有配合的停車場，但「華新大樓」的地下室有停車場，全部都可以停；他還強調車道口在大樓的後方，要繞一下才能抵達。入住當天到了車道口，直接被警衛擋下，說不開放外車停放，我們解釋是樓上凡登旅館的住客，且此資訊是詢問飯店人員而得到的，警衛依然叫我們停到隔壁「統領大樓」的停車場。我們轉向「統領大樓」的停車場後，被非警衛的人員告知此處為私人停車場，不是隨便都能停的，口氣很差地趕我們走。於是我們立刻致電詢問，卻得到飯店人員用質疑的語氣回：「本來就沒有特約停車場，要自己找外面的收費停車場，誰跟你說的？」當下我們趕時間，便沒有多爭執，趕快自己找停車場。隔天退房時，向櫃台人員反應停車資訊錯誤問題，櫃台人員聽完露出疑惑的表情，馬上打給經理再解釋一遍；然而經理第一時間是先否認，說不可能會有人員提供錯得離譜的資訊，確認我是否聽錯了；聽我反覆敘述的說詞都一致後，經理轉向懷疑我真的有打電話嗎、是否打錯電話，當我出示通話紀錄給櫃檯人員，並唸出時間與撥出號碼給經理後，經理才態度軟化道歉，但同時再三強調她也不知道是誰這麼做、當天值班無男性正職人員等推託之詞。最後留了我的電話和姓名，說會再調查清楚。只有隔著電話口頭道歉，沒有任何補償措施，至今也沒通知調查結果。 整體來說是我住過最差的飯店，但地理位置好，相信依舊會有源源不絕的客人。祝福貴店與未來的住客。

• 姵伶 (4/5): - 就在捷運站旁很方便，員工很友善，而且也很熱情，只是硬體狀況跟整體衛生不太好.... 樓下是商務會館，半夜常常會有吵鬧的聲音，空調的風速只能最小，中大風的風扇聲音大到可以會覺得冷氣似乎要解體了，第三天晚上睡覺到一半甚至能聞到煙味從中央空調處傳來，最後一天睡覺醒來發現有一隻德國大蟑螂死在我的床上...（非常崩潰）

• Roger (5/5): Convenient location. Cocktail bars included. - On this trip, our adult kids needed a room to stay in because grandma's apartment didn't have enough space for them. We selected this nearby hotel as it was next to the MRT station, inexpensive and we thought there would be lots of places to eat in the surrounding area. It was a value-priced room right in the heart of Taipei. Uniqlo was right across the street! Unfortunately, there were very few eating options within walking distance, nor were they open during the day time hours. It's a night life area so that means most of the business cater to night crowds. The beds in the room were too hard. The carpets and rooms were humid even though there is a dehumidifier installed. The hotel rooms are located on the upper floors of the building, so that means you often pass the cocktail bars and night club areas on the lower floors. Not a big deal, but I wish I had known that fact beforehand.

• rainbl (2/5): “Severe Mold Problem – Misleading Photos, Unlivable Conditions” - The experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible. The entire room was extremely damp, with visible mold on the walls and furniture. The air was filled with a strong, pungent moldy smell that made it nearly impossible to breathe. The reality was completely different from the photos online — it was like night and day, totally misleading and unacceptable. Staying in such an environment was not only extremely uncomfortable but also raised serious concerns about our health. Prolonged exposure to humidity and mold can lead to a variety of health issues, such as: • Allergic reactions: nasal congestion, runny nose, itchy eyes, coughing • Respiratory problems: asthma attacks, difficulty breathing — especially dangerous for those with existing conditions • Skin issues: eczema, itching • Lowered immunity: poor sleep quality and constant exposure to mold spores can weaken the immune system Conditions like these don’t just ruin the stay — they seriously threaten your well-being and fall far below any acceptable standard for accommodation. Honestly, I regretted staying here the moment I walked in. It felt like stepping into a mold-infested nightmare. I was furious — this was beyond disgusting and absolutely outrageous!

The location is excellent, surrounded by many restaurants and close to popular tourist spots. (MRT station footsteps away) The interior design is modern and appealing. The room smelled fresh and inviting. The beddings, including the pillow covers, duvet, and bed cover, were clean and smelled great, likely due to thorough washing. The bed was comfortable, enhanced by the warm glow of the bedside lamp shades. Honest review: The price felt too high for just an overnight stay, making it seem a bit overpriced. Dust in the room was noticeable and became airborne when moving around, likely due to unclean exhaust fans, air conditioning units, or dehumidifiers. Additionally, using rags to cover the floor might have contributed to the issue. The towels appeared old and worn, giving the impression they were past their usable lifespan, so I chose not to use them and relied on disposable items I brought. The provided caps were slimy, which was unpleasant, and I avoided using them. The kettle had visible dirt inside, which was unhygienic and disappointing. I didn’t use it. While there were several aspects I genuinely enjoyed, like the staff, location, and room aesthetics, the lack of cleanliness in certain areas and the relatively high cost detracted from the experience. With improvements in maintenance and hygiene, this could be a much better place to stay.

• Christopher (1/5): A real health risk, run away! - Literally nothing. I only spent one night on the five I had booked in this hotel as the room was dirty, decrepit and there was so much mold on the AC and in the shower that I kept coughing while inside, a serious health issue! The furniture and the wallpapers were in similar shape and even the bath towels were torn! The pictures on booking couldn't be further from reality. They refused to refund and were supposed to call me back to change rooms the next day but never did. Run away from that hotel, I lost 360€ and feel totally scammed.

• S1331IImm (4/5): Dark, smoky, windowless and fire trap-y - From the moment you step from the sidewalk into the building, you're breathing in smoke. Although the rooms are supposedly non-smoking, but the smell is inescapable even with the air filter running around the clock. The property feels a little fire trap-y. The rooms are windowless and run down with stained carpets and peeling wallpaper. Even worse, there were a TON of cobwebs on the corners of the walls and all along the exposed (decorative?) pipe. Paper and plastic packaging trash left behind by the last guest was not cleared away in three days. For those with mobility issues, the high step to the bathroom may be a problem. There is a bright red light in the corner of the room that can't be turned off. The shower pressure is AMAZING. Maybe the best hotel shower I've ever had. The location of the building is very convenient, but the location of the hotel inside a building with the chain-smoking valets, nightclubs etc. is not ideal. The hotel staff didn't tell me about the common pantry, so I didn't even know it existed until reading about it in other people's reviews.
