The management last time had spoken to me in detail about the horrible experience I had and asked for another chance which is fair. This time round most of the things were up to the mark barring a few anomalies. Overall decent experience, wouldn't mind coming here again Rooms are spacious and the best part is 2 litres of water is complimentary which most hotels don't offer. Food is okay, can definitely be better in terms of quality but the spread is really good, especially the breakfast. The in room dining menu is obviously over priced. Staff was really supportive this time round so no complaints there except for when I asked for some ice cubes for an ice pack. It took 4 people to ask the restaurant not to charge for a medical condition Apart from that the staff is courteous and will make sure you have a comfortable stay.

Had been other hotels in same area where facilities were too good compared to this with reasonable rate. Not value for money at all.
