- Yui (10/5): 快適な台北旅✨ - 部屋には毎日清掃スタッフの方が入ってくれて、綺麗に保たれた。喘息持ちだが、カーペットの匂いもなく発作が出ることなく快適に過ごせたので良かった。 アクセス面が良く松山空港から行きやすい。またバス停にも近いためどこへ行くにも便利だった。 ワンオペの日もあり、子供とテイクアウトしてきたものをラウンジで食べられたので、ラウンジの存在が地味にありがたかった。朝のバイキングは毎日メニューが変わったりして、子供も大人も飽きることなく楽しめた。日本語を話せるスタッフの方が居たり、翻訳機を使ってコミュニケーションを取ってくれるスタッフの方も居た。

We really liked the combination of Taiwanese & western style provided. The location of the hotel is really convenient. Rate was too high (at high season?). Bath tub set up not suitable for us.

- zosan (7/5): - カフェコーナーで飲みもの、おやつがいただける。 近年の台湾では部屋の清掃がなぜか夕方なのですが、ここのホテルは昼間に短時間で清掃されている。連泊の場合は必要最小限で構わないので、そのほうが助かりました。 客層によって、雰囲気がかなり変わった。某国の団体が多い時は朝食会場で大声で騒いでいたので衛生面が気になりました。 夜のフリードリンク時に、臭いのきついチキン系のものを持ち込んで食べている人達がいて耐えられず早々に退散する羽目になりました。

- Lisa Karoline (9/5): Großes Zimmer und guter Service – kleiner Abzug beim Wäscheservice - Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet, auch Sauberkeit und Zimmerservice waren überzeugend. Das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend und bot für jeden Geschmack etwas. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Wir haben im Hotel Wäsche gewaschen, dabei ist die Waschmaschine mit unserer nassen Wäsche darin kaputtgegangen (nicht durch uns verursacht). Da wir am nächsten Morgen abreisen mussten, hätten wir erwartet, dass das Hotel uns etwas unterstützt, damit die Wäsche noch trocken wird. Stattdessen mussten wir nachts selbst alles in den Trockner umräumen und diesen auch noch bezahlen. Vielleicht sind unsere Erwartungen hier etwas hoch gewesen, aber bei dem Preisniveau hätten wir uns in dieser Situation etwas mehr Service gewünscht. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt aber sehr angenehm und wir können das Hotel unbedingt empfehlen!

- Franz (10/5): Der Aufenthalt in Taipei, speziell im COZZI Hotel war ein bereicherndes Erlebnis. Für Jung und Alt! - Es war außerordentlich sauber, zuvorkommend, überall helfende Hände, sehr freundlich in allen Bereichen wie Rezeption, Zimmerservice, Küchen- und Bedienpersonal. Zimmer sind bestens ausgestattet, Badewanne, Dusche, Toilettebecken mit Bidetaufsatz (wichtig für die Hygiene). Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr günstig. Taxi und Buszufahrt direkt vor dem Hoteleingang, aber auch leicht mit Metro und Bussen des Öffentlichen Verkehrs zu erreichen. Man fühlt sich in diesem Viertel sehr wohl. Das Sicherheitsgefühl in Taipei ist in jedem Stadtteil sehr gut. Die Sitzgelegenheiten, Stühle, Sofas sind sehr niedrig (38 cm habe ich gemessen) für große Menschen (193 cm). Das Aufstehen wird dann zur Trainingseinheit :-)

- 明傑 (10/5): 其他真的都很好，早餐服務流程與人員服務意識要加強，真要加強!! - 早餐很好吃，也多少會有些變化。 早餐但年假住房較滿，短短早餐時間免不了會有離峰尖峰出現，每年都是一樣的問題(每年都入住)，為甚麼想不出一套有創意的解決方法。例如:離峰時間加特色菜，尖峰時間不加特色菜，尖峰加人手，離峰減人手，離峰餐車到房服務.....，一昧地鼓勵客人早點來不然要排隊，出來度假花高額費用為甚麼要給飯店情嘞呢?

- Supak (6/5): Decent stay but I might try other place next time - Spacious room with better cleanliness than the other hotels in Taipei the price though was higher than what they have to offer Not all the staff were friendly. They did offered late check out and let us leave out baggage for hours but still the price is higher than what they have to offer

- katherine (6/5): I will not recommend this place due to its location and lack of nearby surrounding amenities - The room setup are as per expectation cater for business travel. The attitude of the manager. I traveled with my family to taipei and we reserved 3 rooms over 4 nights. Our rooms were not made up when we return back to the hotel ar 330pm on 31 Dec. When ask why it is not done, they then said that it was a busy day and there are many rooms to be cleaned and even said that their standard cleaning time could be up to 5pm because they do not expect the travelers to be back before 5pm. As a frequent business traveler, I am surprise by such remark.
