Hola hize un reserva por Booking, de una habitacion con cama doble, por medio de la app, solicite adicionales almohadas y toallas, y lo que me dieron fue una habitacion y cama sencilla pequeña con en donde no cupimos con mi pareja, pasamos lo que quedaba de noche, pero no quedamos conforme, las imagenes de lo que ofrecen en habotacion estandar en nada se parecen a lo que realmente es.

- Angie marlady (5/5): - Super bien cerca a todo Lo único que no me gustó es que entraron a mi habitación sin permiso y habíamos dejado las tarjetas y dinero a la vista quedamos con un mal sin sabor por esto ya que no habíamos pedido servicio de nada y entraron sin avisar ni nada de igual manera pusimos la Queja pero no sabemos si cogieron algo si nos revisaron los documentos o algo sólo por entrar a un lugar privado sin pedirlo nosotros !

El aire acondicionado no funciona, hace demasiado calor. La ducha salpica hacia todos lados y moja todo el baño. Las toallas también son muy antiguas y no se ven en buen estado. Literalmente, no vuelvo a quedarme en este hotel.

En algunos momentos se siente como si uno estuviera pagando tarifas de hoteles en ciudades como Bogotá o Medellín, o incluso fuera del país. En mi opinión, resulta un poco costoso
