Very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Quiet location and nice amenities - pool, firepit. Lots of free parking too! Would definitely recommend.

Within 2hours of arriving , the toilet clogged and the deadbolt in the door kept getting stuck so we could not close the door easily. We were informed that this was the way it was with many rooms. Additionally both TVs seemed to work inconsistently. The rooms are spacious and clean but without the needed repairs , this hotel falls short of the expectations I had from the published rating

• Demond (10/5): - I stayed at this property with my 8 year old son and we enjoyed it. The staff were friendly, it was clean and we overall liked our room. The issue is that the AC unit was a bit loud in the room. I suggest bringing some ear plugs if you're to get the best sleep while using the AC.
• C (2/5): Wish it was better! - The room was spacious and clean. The pull-out bed was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! One of the rooms was extremely hot while the other room was cold. KIDS RUNNING AND JUMPING OVER OUR HEADS! That was the MOSTA ANNOYING PART OF THE STAY!!!!!! Kids should be on the lower levels…..young kids at that.

• Rachelle (10/5): - I ENJOYED THE NEW ROOMS. EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. I WAS APPRECIATIVE THAT SECURITY WAS IN THE PARKING LOT BUT IT DID BRING A LITTLE CONCERN AS TO WHY THEY HAD TO BE THERE.

• shijuana (2/5): - Carpet looks old and dirty. Why don’t the cleaning crew wipe doors down these days? There were smudges on the bathroom door and front entry door. Let’s talk about the breakfast area…OMG! I was there on Memorial Day, Monday. Was told breakfast ended @ 9:30 when i got down there at 9 the place was FILTHY I MEAN DISGUSTING!! Whoever was in charge of the area really shouldve been written up! There was nothing left except 4 dried out sausage links. The egg dish was dried completely up with a few remnants of egg (if you know you’re not going to refill-why not take the filthy dishes away from there?? There was another dirty serving dish of dried, crusty some sort of egg with cheese- that too was crusty with remnants of whatever was there. And the area to make your own waffles….OMG DISGUSTING, FILTHY, DIRTY!!!! The counter was strewn with egg particles, sticky& with other undefinable particles. There were scrambled eggs all over the floor, the batter to make waffles was empty! Not to mention ALL of the tables were FILTHY!! Someone asked the front desk for plates & the manager seemed EXTREMELY annoyed saying breakfast is over at 9:30AM, meanwhile there’s still like 25 min left sooo??!! Finally I get bk to the room with no food just a cup of lukewarm tea. I called the front desk to ask for later checkout the lady said I needed to be a Bonvoy member then flipped it saying I must be platinum tier to offer late check out ive stayed at MANY Residence end &was NEVER denied bc of “status”

• Shannon (2/5): - When I arrived at 4:05 pm to check in room was not ready. It took nearly an hour for the room to be ready. The front desk agent helping stated that the other 2 bedroom suite AC was broken in that room. Used the lobby bathroom and it was so unkept and nasty. Toilet looked stopped up and just not what I am use to experiencing. Finally room is ready...get to room. In my inspection the bedroom with king bed toilet was stopped up with someone elses urine and toilet paper in toilet. Toilet paper was on the sink and with further inspection realized toilet paper roll was very loose. Could not support the toilet paper. Towel rack broken. Shower not clean. No complimentary soap except the soap already used on sink. Bed comforter had stains of something on it. When I go to the phone to call the front desk to voice my concerns. None of the telephones work in room 407. I called from my personal phone and the front desk agent stated he would come ro inspect. He never came to inspect. We go dowstairs to address the concern and was given a plunger and new comforter. I said so you want me as a get to plunge someone elses urine, tissue and feces? He looked like you dont expect me to do it. My daughter took the plunger and comforter from the front desk agent. Yes, I had to plunge and get cleaning products to clean the room. The front desk agent stated our phones in the room is an IT problem and he called them to address th issue. Pool was broken & dirty, if u wanted to swim use pool next door.
• Sederick (4/5): The service wasn’t good. - I loved the suite, but the bathroom sink was clogged up. I called the front desk in the am before I left out for the day. When I returned late in the evening it was still clogged with nasty water. I called again and was told maintenance and management was gone for the day…. Also, the desk was unattended when I arrived at this hotel and I had to wait an extended time for someone to come check me in. When I went to check out no one was there and didn’t come… I loved the suite, but the bathroom sink was clogged up. I called the front desk in the am before I left out for the day. • Lynne (6/5): - It was a very busy weekend. There were at least two parties being held at the property for graduations. This made for it being a little noisier than it probably is normally. Staff was very tied up with all the extras going on.

• M611XRjasminew (2/5): Horrible Customer Service - Horrible place Kenny a “manager” will lie, will make roll his eyes the second you you say something he doesn’t agrees with. They won’t clean your room but 1 per week when you have 5 people and sometimes a dog occupying it. Refer to the pictures I’ve been a Marriott member for yrs and so have other moments in my family and friends of mine no one has ever dealt with issues to this magnitude from this property. I’ve contacted corporate concerns Kenny’s threats and verbiage and attitude and the dirty ways along with considering contacting companies I know who spend thousands per yr paying Marriott this horrible experience almost made me want to NEVER use Marriott again. However I’m please to report that after staying with 4 other Marriott hotels after this hotel I’ve come to the realization it’s the gross misconduct of this location only and unfortunately it’s a hotel that’s primarily African American which I like to see business as such thrive but if they don’t get training or staff who have respect and care for customers they stand to loose business!
• KEYANA (10/5): - Very nice place but there were kids playing in the hall late at night
• Rory (8/5): - A bit out of the way for most destinations. Very clean property, staff was friendly, and parking was very convenient. Check-In was quite slow and room was delayed 1.5 hours after check-in time due to being cleaned. Breakfast was good and area kept well maintained. Would stay again.
• Jordan (7/5): The room was really nice and spacious. It was pretty clean. The stink bugs took the rating down a couple of notches. - They gave us a two-room apartment when we booked a one-bedroom apartment, free of charge. There were 4 stink bugs found in our room. Two were even in our bedroom. One was on the head rest, almost by our head. Also some water stains on the glasses and the dishes seemed half-washed.
• Glenda (8/5): - I enjoyed my 2 night stay. Room was spacious and clean. The service people were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. My only complaints were that upon arrival I had to wait several minutes to check in, there were no luggage carts available, and it was difficult to get the room warm. I would stay there again.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great visit to Maryland - I traveled to visit family for an event. Check in was smooth and front desk was very polite. Room was very toasty and bed was comfy. King bed and blankets put me right to sleep. Kitchen was cleaned and fridge was a great size if you are staying long or short term. Would definitely recommend this location.
• Curtis (8/5): Good place to stay but front desk workers (Kenneth) are malicious in their job duties. Wrongfully charged me $150. And I - It’s relaxing, comfortable I was wrongfully charged during my stay

• Edwina (8/5): Very good - The rooms were amazing! Clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed. The dining experience was not good at all. The breakfast food was horrible. The tables were left dirty after guests finished eating. No staff was available to clean up. Upon arrival, no one was at the desk to check us in. I had to ring them out of the office to come to the front the desk.
