I did call earlier in the afternoon to let them know I would be arriving later but after driving 5 hours, I wasn't very happy to be greeted in the manner I was. I have stayed here once before and had a very enjoyable experience

- Ashley (8/5): - Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in a little early with a call ahead. Hotel was clean as was the room. The hotel seems to have gone through some recent renovations and/or upgrades and provided a peaceful and relaxing space. Stayed on the fourth floor where windows are in line with highway above so some highway noise in the background. It wasn’t an issue for me but it may be for some others. Was delighted to find out the windows were able to be slid open a crack to let some fresh breeze through. Air conditioner worked well. Simple breakfast bar with fruit, cereals, and bagels. Apple and orange juice with coffee and tea as well as a machine that dispenses yogurt with various topping options on the side. Hotel noise was minimal even with quite a few guests being booked. Clean pool with hot tub that seemed to be a hot attraction. Would recommend in the future.

- Sham (8/5): - The staff was friendly, the facilities were spotless, and every detail of the stay felt well taken care of. From check-in to our last night, everything was close to perfect. The only downside came on the day of checkout. Room service kept knocking and checking in multiple times before our scheduled departure, which felt a bit intrusive and disrupted what should have been a relaxed end to an otherwise flawless stay. That being said, I would still highly recommend this hotel. If they could improve the checkout experience by giving guests a bit more space and time, it would truly be a five-star experience.

Everything was spotless — the rooms and common areas were kept very clean, which I really appreciated. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Their friendliness made the stay feel even more relaxing. I’d definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

However, the pool was awesome - warm and clean, plus the hot tub was wonderful to relax in. The overall hotel was clean and the staff friendly.

The facilities were spotless and the breakfast employee always went beyond the call of duty when requested with a smile despite several mishaps from children present. Housekeeping staff dedicated to supplying a quality stay. Dog and pet friendly which is a plus for people that consider their pets as family. What I didn't like - There should be a sign for gratuities for the breakfast host. She works hard notice is deserved and recognized as I observed not a one person even gave a gracious thank you to this person. Housekeeping traditionally receives some tipping from those that care so should the hostess. Only bad thing was the hard boiled eggs could not be peeled without eating shells . We tried four eggs to no avail and notified manager who took the time to answer our text and welcome us by text as well. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone wanting a class stay. Pool was nicely heated and the warm Jacuzzi was a plus. Thank you for a great stay and our dog thanks you as well for allowing him to be present

Was a little nervous considering the area, but this newly renovated hotel met my expectations.The woman checking me in was kind, thorough and pleasant. The one downside was hearing the TV next door, late at night and early morning. Otherwise, no complaints. Would book here again in the future.

The room are clean and spacious. The bed was just like home very comfortable, the right temperature and very clean. Love the soap refreshing and smells so fresh. The one thing I would change is the ice bucket - it was plastic and leaked so I placed it in the bathroom, so it didn't ruin the cabinet... I will probably be using these hotels in the future when I travel - Thank you for a great night of sound sleeping... The morning breakfast bar was very nice - I would ask for a sugar free creamer and a more natural sugar substitute like stevia - the others have aspartame or sucralose in them... Great job Hilton

People in an adjacent room were having extremely loud sex to the point where I was concerned for the woman. Then at about 3 in the morning they started playing extremely loud music I called the front desk and they were going to check. Shortly later it stopped. After that I could hear the man talking loudly. Then their door was slammed frequently for a couple hours. Worst stay I have ever had

- Joseph (10/5): - This was our first time staying at SPARKS, the workers were nice and friendly. The rooms were also spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable so we got our needed rest. Breakfast was ok, very simple the basic coffee, orange juice, cereals, oatmeals and bagels take your pick. HEY BETTER THAN NOTHING ; ). Pool was a nice size with a standard jacuzzi. All in all I rate them a 5 STAR 🌟 I will most definitely come back!

- John (8/5): - We stayed at this hotel when it was Microhtel. The interior of the hotel looks great, new carpeting, new furniture in rooms. Our disappointment was in the breakfast. The only hot items were toasted bread and bagels. I was surprised there were no waffles or scrambled eggs. No big deal for us, we went to a local diner for breakfast. There should be some nontification that you do not serve a hot breakfast.

I went down early Sunday morning and asked about late check out the told me no cause the room already got booked and mind you hotel check in isn’t till three but answer was no .
