• JUNICHIRO (10/5): - 1Fの入り口は分かりやすいが、他の入り口はかなり分かりにくいがそれ以外は問題なく非常に良い。 洗濯機がすごく便利。 喫煙所は1Fの入り口出たところにある。 朝食は品数は少ないが毎日工夫されていた。 地下にはイオン（ここはクレジットカードが使える）、逆にそれ以外にクレジットカードが使える店には 滞在中出会えなかったので、Alipay使えるようにしないと何も出来ないので要注意です。

• Verified traveler (10/5): Wuhan Wonder - Excellent apartment hotel which was clean, spacious and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, with the metro station (Wusheng Road) entrance is literally outside the hotel. It is also connected to a neighbouring mall (level 7, hotel reception level) which has many food options and a basement Aeon supermarket. There is a cinema and spa options too in the mall. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel!
• Paul (10/5): Excellent value! - Amazing value! Very contemporary property with units being very stylish and well furnished. My unit was a 1300 sq ft 2 bedroom apartment with huge bedrooms each with a king size bed, and 2 large bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is full sized, and well outfitted, with an invaluable combination washer/dryer. From the 25 floor there was a good view of the city. The property is perfectly located-its connected to a modern large shopping center but with a separate street entrance. From the lobby on the 7th floor, there’s a side door directly into the mall. There’s a subway entrance literally in front of the hotel entrance-so convenient-use it! The best part is the amazing price-lower than higher end hotels in the area, and breakfast is included, too! TIP: there’s several good restaurants on the 6th and 7th floors of the mall, literally steps from the lobby, and a huge Aeon grocery store in the basement of the mall, very handy, and there are numerous eateries on that lower level also. Overalll, I was very pleased with my experience!

The breakfast was a good selection, both Chinese and Western. The fitness centre and children's playground were also impressive. The location above a mall and the metro is unbeatable! The staff spoke very good English, which is not usual in China. We would love to come back! All in all a very good performance, please keep up the good work!

There is also a shopping mall next door with plenty of local food options within a very short walking distance. Spacious and clean rooms, bathrooms and well equip kitchen. Quite a bit of security protocol at checkin but would recommend. Hotel provides all the small things that makes it a great hotel like slippers, toiletries and bathrobes. Very friendly staff.

• me2youdesigns (10/5): Great Stay! - I enjoyed my stay at Somerset. The staff was great. They had staff to help with communication which was a plus. The rooms were clean, location was great, clean gym, lobby and sauna/whirlpool area. There is a Starbucks right next door which was wonderful. The breakfast was great, a mix of Chinese and American. It is very convenient to metro (stop right in front) and lots of local shops!

• Connector61811544475 (2/5): The staff issued a wrong room card - I was assigned a room with the number 19XX but the staff issued me two room cards only could let me go to the 15th floor and the 16th floor. I checked the 15th floor and the 16th floor but found there was no room 19XX on that floors. The manger told me it was a mistake and it was made by a new emplyee. That is totally unacceptable to me. This is not what I expected from Ascott.

• hocking156 (6/5): less than expected - We just spend one night at Somerset Wusheng Wuhan last week due to the flight transfer. The location is very good for subways from and to airport. and it close to many local food attractions. But the interior of rooms and qualities are very low standard. Not that clean. Ask hotel to provide 2 heaters (the central heating was set very low in winter), but we only got 1 unit, and 1 blanket instead. The breakfast was serviced through 7 floor restaurant, but it is not that good. I would recommend Not taking the package including the breakfast. You can easily to eat outside restaurant /or even street food nearby with much better qualify and cheaper.

Centrally located next to a mall, that makes it easier for lunches and dinners. The price per night was very good too. If in Wuhan this is the place to stay.

• Verified traveler (10/5): 大致上挺滿意，下次還會入住 - 酒店位置極佳，就在地鐵站正上方，隔壁又有凱德廣場與家樂福，替旅人帶來極大便利。酒店大致上還算乾淨，整體來說該酒店少數缺點是公用電腦網速很慢而且滑鼠接觸不良，此外早餐也稍嫌單一與油膩。

Subway station is right downstairs. Hotel service is not bad, staff is willing to help. Breakfast here is not bad. Room is spacious and clean. There’s kitchen and washing machine within the apt which is very convenient. Price is affordable. After all, I recommend this place to others.

The breakfast of theirs were just fine, but you can find foods around the area.

The two receptionist sean and darwin has showed a friendly and high quality service during my stay. Darwin has given me a great help in arranging a great surprise for my friend during the birthday. • Henri (6/5): Great location and really nice rooms - The location is great. It is right next to a metro station, so that makes it easy to get around. It connects straight in to a mall with several decent restaurants. The rooms are really comfortable and nice for the price. Because my flight was delayed, I checked in a day later than I had reserved. They did not offer to shift the dates, and I thought that was poor customer service. They even charged me for a breakfast I did not consume. Thus the 3 stars.
• Akio (10/5): 地下鉄駅近い - 一番よかったのは駅からすぐでとても便利なところ。地下鉄6号線武胜路駅のA出口からほぼすぐ前にホテルの入口がある。但しロビーは7階にあるのですがエレベーターに乗っても何階にロビーがあるのか表示が分かりにくかった。ホテル自体は高級感があり部屋も大変満足でした。ホテルは凯德广场というショッピングモールと同じビルにあり宿泊者は7階ロビー横の出入口から出入りできます。7階には映画館もあります。 地下鉄で一駅隣の汉正街駅には武汉服装批发市场という有名な服飾関係の一大卸の市場があり大盛況。ちなみに今冬のはやりの色は茶色。余談でした。

• weilanw (8/5): Great location and Good Value - One of the best location in Wuhan, metro line 6 right across, the service apartment is adjacent to the Capital Land shopping mall, tons of restaurants and also many food counters, bakery, etc in the basement of the Mall. We love HaiDiLao Hotpot, and The Green Tea restaurant especially. There is a movie theatre in the Mall on the 7th floor, with several sweet treats places nearby. This is our 2nd time staying at the hotel. We stayed at a two bedroom suites last time in Dec 2015. We booked a studio room this time. The room is still very bright and clean, but the bathroom is showing some age. There isn't a kitchen in the Studio room we stayed. That was a surprise for us we assumed there should at least be an microwave. I asked the front desk and they informed me that only 2 studio rooms have microwave in the room. The in room Washer/Dryer is still very convenient to use especially when you travel with small kids.

• vionng (10/5): Clean, Spacious, Convenient - Clean- no carpets on the floor Spacious- the sitting area and open kitchen is very nice, but there's no mini bar. Convenient- MTR station is just in front of the hotel Jacuzzi (men and women separated) is provided but you need to bring a swimming suit. They also have a gym room and table-tennis. highly recommneded
• yjf89 (10/5): highly recommended - I am a long stay guest at Somerst, it never failed to impress me. Even this property is very old, its in a great location, with high ceiling. It has very large rooms, good value for money. And I was upgraded. So thank you again Somerset, I am a very loyal customer. The breakfast was terrible as its out sauced to a restaurant, but that doesn’t matter, there is Starbucks downstairs
• 870sweet (10/5): Somerset Wusheng Wuhan - The Wusheng Metro station is just next to the Serviced apartment. Getting from both the Airport and Wuhan Railway Station on the Metro is very convenient. There are plenty of restaurant within walking distance.
• Seokjun (8/5): - Room was comfortable, and front desk were very helpful.
• Anastasia_Zyryanova (8/5): Enjoyed my stay - Very professional and friendly stuff, the rooms are also clean and comfortable. Had no complaints about those two points. But don't expect to have a proper breakfast at the restaurant. That place is actually out of a hotel property, doesn't have much choice and quality (as for me) is quite low.
• Verified traveler (6/5): They do construction from morning to night - Had a terrible experience with drilling and construction without letting guests know. Could not work well during the day with the constant drilling. A real hotel would not let that happen.

• Fraser (10/5): 2 Nights in Wuhan - Room was very comfortable. Excellent bathroom. Room had washing machine/dryer so could catch up on some much needed washing. Good gym facility too. Would stay here again.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent Service Apartment - It was a very pleasant experience for my family and I. Breakfast was a nice touch despite the rather small variety of food. All the facilities you would expect and much more. Very clean gymnasium, pool, locker changing rooms and sauna. Very convenient too as the hotel lobby is linked to the shopping mall next door. Very clean overall. Will definitely come back here again. Only one small issue was that the air is quite dry especially when the aircon has been running for awhile.
• Ye (8/5): good value hotel closed to shopping mall - Good hotel for price in quite a central location. Kitchen and washing machine are particular good if you are traveling for long time.
• James (6/5): Nice hotel. No communication within staff - Hotel accused us of not using towels correctly. Girlfriend washed hair after dyeing and towle was lightly marked. Told the housekeeper the morning we went out. Came back and towel was still in the bathroom. Around half 8 that night a lady brought a letter asking to to use the towels properly as they are hard to clean now. Also told us we would be charged if again. 1, I washed the towl myself that night and was cleaned to normal after one wash. 2, they handnt taken the towl to even try to clean so they lie when they said it was hard to clean. Also shows the staff don't report anything guest tell them or it wouldn't of happened at all. Also they don't give you a do not disturb sign only a clean apartment sign they ask you to put on the door as going out so the cleaners know when to clean. Fair enough. So why was I woken 3 times at 9 am with 3 rings of my doorbell when the sign wasn't out and the lock button was pressed? Won't return
