- Kristena (6/5): It was okay but definitely not worth $430. - The rooms were nice and clean when we arrived We had a 2 night stay and never received new towels the second day, the internet was pretty bad and we couldn’t watch anything on our Netflix account due to “connection issues” the entire time, I was never accommodated a bathtub even though they approved my request for one, there were no plugs in the bathroom to plug in my hairdryer and the only other mirror (outside of bathroom) had dark lighting so it was hard to see

The bed was great and slept well in it. Service was good. Front desk staff was courteous and professional. I prefer this hotel over the Hilton Garden Inn next door. I would stay at this location again!

- Taylor (10/5): - This property was PHENOMENAL. I couldn’t say enough how much I loved it. The rooms were perfect for a family of 5. My kids are 2, 5,13yo and it had a pull out bed. Most amazing property. Great snack options as well. The best part was the pool. If you have tiny Littles, it’s perfect. 1/2 of the pool is 1-2ft deep. All in all, best property and I will book in the future.

- Jenna (6/5): - Our second time this month staying here. The hotel itself is clean and quiet, the staff is courteous and honestly the bar had some of the best French fries I’ve ever had. However my car was hit in the parking lot resulting in significant damage. No note was left. I know this isn’t the hotels fault but I find it odd that this big of a chain doesn’t have cameras covering the parking lot. Unfortunately the damage is something that has to be fixed and I’m left with covering it. Would have been helpful to be able to find the responsible party.

The wall in the bathroom was cracking, our room did not get cleaned until the third day. They need more help in the cafe area and more kitchen staff. They do not offer any free breakfast nor social activities. The shuttle driver took us to the airport and drove off with our luggage and did not give good service

The room was comfortable and the heating system worked fine. The location is very good for flying out of Dallas. Overall we had a very comfortable stay at the Courtyard.
