- Colette O Sullivan (10/5): Communion - Everything, had a great night. Beautiful room, great shower. Staff were lovely. Special thank you to Oleksandre for the amazing cocktails đž đčwill definitely have to return for more. Had lovely carvery the next day.

- Trish (8/5): Central mallow location with lovely staff. - Staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful throughout. The location is very central in Mallow town, parking is conveniently located just behind the hotel.
There was a wide selection of breakfast items, they were good and plentiful. There is a good carvery at lunchtime and a decent bar menu throughout the day/evening. The temperature in the bar area, where we had reserved seating in the evening was quite cold, we had a few oaps in the group however when we asked one of the staff they adjusted the heat setting which helped a bit.
We ordered dinner for 7 people, the meals arrived quite promptly & tasted good but were not very hot. We had lunch in the same area the next day and the temperature of the room and meals were much better, so perhaps it was a one off.
- Omar (8/5): - Cosy, clean rooms.
Nice staff. On a busy street. Parking is a nightmare.
- Deborah (8/5): The hotel was very cosy with a bar and restaurant inside - The food was very good The car parking could have been closer but not that far away
- Erik Vloeberghs (9/5): Goed hotel in centrum van Mallow - Goed hotel. Mooie, ruime kamer met koffie- en theefaciliteiten. Uitstekend bed.
- Patricia (10/5): Great family stay in quiet, central hotel with swimming pool - Nice sized rooms in a quiet central location. Food, swimming pool, jacuzzi & steam room all lovely
- Gavin (8/5): Excellent - Excellent hotel in a great location

Colazione imbarazzante. Scelta dolce inesistente, abbastanza buona lâirish breakfast come scelta salata.

- Mary (6/5): We appreciated the staff members and clean room, but some quality beds are in order. - It was close to restaurants and shops in the village. The room was spotless and newly updated. Breakfast was delicious and offered many option, all good! The parking lot was behind the hotel, which has no entry except the front. This required hauling our luggage a good distance. When we reached our room it was an oven! The radiator had been on high heat all day, and required help to turn it off. We had to leave the stifling heat until it cooled off. Our chief complaint was that the beds were very basic and uncomfortable. Neither of us slept well.
- David (8/5): -
- Michael (7/5): -
- Paul Cullen (5/5): - The location The room was in need of maintenance grout and silicone in the bathroom was old and black the mirror was starting to brake down. The toilet was held in place with tek screws and washers. The radiators was rusty. They have an out door area and the music was very loud and went on till late at night which is not good if you are staying there with young children.

- Margaret (5/5): Located near restaurants, shops, and grocery store, but needs updating. - The location was very good within walking distance of shops, restaurants, pubs, and a grocery store. Hot shower. Good flushing toilet. Elevator works reliably. The parking was a longer walk from the hotel than I expected, like a walk around the block. No shortcut through the hotel to the parking lot. The room was very small and hot. No air conditioning. Had to use a provided fan. The shower was small, but adequate. The place needs updating.
- denis (8/5): - Location and staff Room only ok
- Ann (4/5): -
- Bernie (3/5): the hotel needs a make over and it - s

- Mr (5/5): Terrible - Location Noisy government sponsored residents
- Olszynski (9/5): - Jskisc i cena Lokalizacja i czystosc
- Mike Shinnors (8/5): great location - briliant staff - top notch value for money - great location in town centre - and staff made the tripe from reservation to front desk to restauant bar and housekeeping they were brilliant nothing that come to mind - just bear in mind it is 3* family run establishment - and it fulfills its brief impecably.
- Avril (8/5): - Room was clean, good location, pool was nice. Staff were efficient.
- Uncle Festa (9/5): Mallow Moments - Great friendly staff, good location, clean rooms daily More choices in the breakfast, as there was more selection in the non quest buffets, and I didn't like cheese in the mash, not to my taste.
- Mary (10/5): -
- Barrett (10/5): Over all experience excellent - Food was lovely and staff lovely
- Alison (7/5): Comfortable stay. - Great location Bit grubby but in saying that it is an old hotel and it was charming in a 1980s style.
- Elizabeth (4/5): In need of a make over and some older experienced staff donât leave the children in charge - Unfortunately we experienced a lot of noise on our stay as our room was over the bar area ⊠the first night was ok music was off at 12pm and we slept ok but on the second night the staff decided to have a lock in with their friends and the music was blasting until gone 4am, we didnât complain until after 2am and all requests to turn the music off were ignored! I complained via email to hotel management and a full refund was issued
Breakfast is below standard and I would not recommend best off eating in one of the many coffee shops on offer in the town Breakfast donât bother
Noise levels
- Anne (10/5): -
- Martin (6/5): - Front of house, was a lovely south African lady, she couldn't have been nicer. Its lovely to get someone that's very genuine and sincere when you arrive for your stay.đ.
Food was good a very reasonably priced.
Bar staff very nice also.
They also have a bar to the left of the hotel down a flight of stairs, very nice pizza đ , a little bit like'" if an irish pub and an Italian cafe had a baby.đ The town of mallow itself felt a bit lost, to be honest. Looks like its best days are behind it. The hotel itself feels like it's the best thing in the town. Hope iam not being too hard on the town and I probably didn't get to see enough of it.
- John (10/5): -
- FRUMO (8/5): -
- Mc Cabe (6/5): - Location Bedroom was very small and outdated, the house from an outside generator or fan at night time was annoying
- Martin (1/5): Would not recommend to anyone - Bad smell within the whole building from the reception to the rooms. Bad fishy smell throughout and grease.
Toilet area Iâm the room was beyond disgusting. Toilet not cleaned hair and grime around shower. Rooms did not smell fresh and very dusty although sheets and bedding were clean.
- Coffey (8/5): -
- Claudia (5/5): -
- Eliana (7/5): Albergo centrale adatto a brevi soggiorni - La camera era abbastanza grande, pulita e silenziosa. Posizione molto centrale. Staff cordiale. Il bagno un poâ vecchiotto. I letti non particolarmente comodi.
- Billy (7/5): - Location No smoking room
- Forsyth (8/5): Very good - Yes good
- Rebecca (8/5): Delighted with location, cleanliness and hotel staff - Excellent location Bag storage before check in, was left a bit confused where to put them
- Jarlath (1/5): - Staff were nice No light in bathroom, no water in the room. Bed was very uncomfortable. It felt like the floor above my room was going to come down on top of me. It was the worst ever
- Sarah (9/5): Excellent, good value - Location for event we attended. Easy access N/A
- Megan (10/5): -
- Tim (7/5): It was OK, if a little expensive - Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Room was clean and tidy. The room was dated and in need of some love and attention and a lick of paint.
- Grace (9/5): Everything was as expected or above, great price and the staff were fantastic to deal with. -
- Bernie (8/5): -
- Keenan (10/5): -
- Dragon (7/5): -
- Paul (4/5): If your expecting a professional friendly stay don't book here sorry this is my first negative - The breakfast waitress was like a female version of Manuel in faulty towers ran around like a headless chicken achieving nothing with a n unnerving sile The cooked breakfast items were freezing when I complained a member of staff lifted the lids of the bain Marie's and said oh yes closed them and walked off as if it was all OK now when I said they are switched off he said I know but still did nothing about it if you like faulty towers please have breakfast here we had to go to the hotels public restaurant to get food and they wanted to charge us for it omg
- david (8/5): - Great location and overall nice place. The only thing that wasn't great....wifi too weak in my room for the whole stay. Same thing happened last time different room. Management need to sort this out.
- Jane (8/5): - location ,convenient car parking. staff, facilities evening food abd service fantastic. breakfast food was very tasty but could be a better flow to the breakfast room.
- Deborah (8/5): Ideal location and great value - Great value for money, staff were friendly and room was good
- Karen (8/5): Mar 28 - Staff at reception, very helpful The bar
- Jane (4/5): -
- Stephen (6/5): Mallow stay - Staff were friendly The fact that we were with a group of family members and I paid ÂŁ567 pounds yet everyone else paid around ÂŁ420. There was nothing special about our room compared to all the others

- Teresa (1/5): Worst accommodation I have ever encountered - Absolutely nothing good to say about this hotel. The hotel was dirty with a stale smell in the whole building. The carpets and restaurant/ dining area was dated, old and very grubby. The âPantry Gardenâ breakfast dining area was like a canteen, dirty floor, tables not set correctly, no teabags and no facilities to fill a teapot even if there were teabags, no staff member serving in the area. Very limited choice of breakfast items and rashers were grey in colour.
The room was small and like a sauna because the thermostat was broken. I was told it was fixed after i reported it but in fact it wasnât fixed AND they put a fan in the room. I couldnât open the window because there was a flat roof outside of my room and it was a security risk. The heat in the room was the least of my worries though as there were multiple anti social incidents on my corridor during the night. One man fell down a small stairs outside my door. It took another man 30 mins to get him up. Another group were knocking on doors looking for someone who apparently did something to one of their daughters. Then a woman hammered on doors looking for another woman and when she found her, there was a very aggressive argument with threats being made and choice language. I was surprised that the police werenât called. Needless to say when I tried contacting reception there was no reply.
