Loc (9/5): Nice stay! - Excellent staff, warm greeting and allowed us to keep two trolleys worth of luggage at the counter before and after check in. Free amenities for collection at the lobby for each night of our stay. Comfortable room with comfortable beds and excellent view out to the castle. Great shower facilities. Only stayed the night, but the lobby looked extensive. Excellent free short term parking nearby, with a park and Hamamatsu Castle all within walking distance. A little far from the JR station with our luggage made getting to and from the hotel a little challenging. The rooms were warm, mainly due to the windows but unable to engage in the air conditioner settings made initial impressions slightly negative.

Svyat (4/5): - Расположение от метро в 5ти минутах пешком. И на этом всё С первого взгляда номер выглядел аккуратно. Даже при своей узкой и маленькой прихожей. Затем мы поняли, что в номере нет НИ ОДНОГО крючка. Даже в ванной некуда повесить полотенце. Кресло в комнате было в странных пятнах. А если оставить что-то на столике, то через несколько часов это будет облеплено муравьями (у друзей в номере вообще оказался огромный таракан). Район очень странный, вроде рядом и станция метро и башня Hitachi, но в районе размещения постоянно тусуются какие-то деды бомжеватого вида и местные сумасшедшие, которые бегают через дорогу и что-то кричат. Вид с балкона второго этажа был на забор с колючей проволокой и вьюнок на земле.
Alexia (9/5): Nice stay in Osaka - The location is 10/10. Close about 400m to the metro station and from Tsutenkaku, which is a nice area of Osaka to visit. I was positively surprised by the room i’ve booked which from the pictures looked a bit small but it wasn’t at all! Definetly recommended and I will coming back for sure on my next trip to Japan!

Salam (8/5): Great value!! - The instructions from the host were very detailed but everything was easy to follow. The property is easy to find when you are coming from the airport. The location is good as it’s close to the metro that takes you to the main areas. The room is spacious and big enough to open a suitcase! It’s great that there is a washing machine too. It’s a good affordable option if you are in Osaka. Whilst the property is well located for sightseeing, the area itself is a little rough and it’s the first time I’ve felt cautious at night in Japan. The layout of the room wasn’t great so during my stay I moved the bed to make more room. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. The clothes rack on the balcony isn’t big enough to hang a load of laundry and whilst there is a washing machine, no detergent was left. Luckily I had sachets to use. Based on the photos, it seems like they offer multiple rooms in this building. However, the room I got was not pictured and looked a lot more basic than what the images would suggest.
