- Michael (6/5): Stay here as the last resort. - The location was nice close to downtown close to Lake Michigan and close to skips steakhouse. I paid $250 for a one night stay in an off-season hotel the original room the TV didn’t work. The hot tub was filthy behind. The TV was absolutely disgusting with dirt dust grind the property manager had to come to our room to try to fix the TV which she couldn’t so they had to move our room to a different room. It did have a bigger bathroom but we just use the shower. The toilet was coming off the floor. In the new room totally not worth $250 and it was non refundable because I would’ve went somewhere else

The kitchen was well appointed. Lisa responded immediately the one time we reached out and responded within minutes. Our suite was right on the main road and the road noise was significant. It didn’t keep us awake however. No closet or dresser and only one suitcase valet - a bit limiting for our longer stay.

Cute theme, PostBoy room. Never met staff, but very responsive by phone for linen needs. Not there but to sleep, as family had VRBO nearby for large group. Quiet area. Sliding glass door without a lock and with just a pole to try to make secure. Door could slide open an inch or two with pole in place. Heard laundry facility at 8a through bedroom floor vent, and saw light. Laundry must've been directly below our unit. Bathroom window crank wouldn't open window. Place is for sale.... May explain maintenance issues.

It took hours for someone to come salt because they weren’t even at the property. There needs to be some touch ups, the bed frame wasn’t attached to the bed, the mattress was extremely firm and unpleasant to sleep on. We couldn’t use the patio because they didn’t remove the snow

No. The blue couch in our room was the most uncomfortable couch I've ever sat on. Not exaggerating. I wish there was a TV in the bedroom because then we could of actually relaxed & watched a movie or something.

- Alwayswrite1981 (7/5): Ok maybe for the summer - The location and the heated bathroom The thermostat only went to 74 and it was blowing cold air so I ended up with a cold. To light the fireplace is a hazard and to adjust the flame as the knob is hot and there is nothing other than paper towels to use which could catch fire from the flames. The deck wasn't swept like the others appeared to be. The bed was really high especially for someone like me with a bad knee. The bed also was unstable and the mattress was hard. The tub leaks as well and is difficult to get into as the plastic handle is not secured to the tub and moves. There was only 1 TV in the living room but there is enough space in the bedroom to place one on a stand or mount to the wall. There was no housekeeping for the 4 days I stayed yet they had an envelope to leave a tip.

Lovely backyard garden area. Just what I was seeking! Occasional noise from traffic on main road. While feeling safe on 2nd floor, getting my things up the stairs was a lot for my age. I will seek a first floor next time!

Bed was comfortable and room was clean and had everything we needed for the night. Lots of lighting options were great, as well as the fireplace. Got a little loud when trucks went by since room was close to road. Bathroom didnt heat up as well as other room. Sliding door to outside porch did not lock, the screen door did luckily. There was a stop bar to prevent entry, but still a bit concerning. Otherwise would definitely book here again. Didnt have time to try any spa services, hopefully next time.

But for some reason the sheets were polyester/nylon instead of cotton, and they were so hot/sticky it felt almost like sleeping in plastic! Please please get cotton sheets! Also worth noting the inn is on a road with a lot of traffic noise.
- Massie (9/5): Beautiful- calm and priced perfectly - The inn is perfect- we stayed in the Stag Harbor room and it was wonderful. Everything was clean and worked well. The spa tub was very nice and never ran out of hot water. The only downside for us- were the pillows- they were not good at all. Even with several on the bed- you needed to use all of them plus some. Overall is was a nice getaway. The tv was a huge plus with Netflix available and other streaming services. Just the pillows.
