• hyejung (10/5): - 편안하고 좋은 숙박. . 바로 앞에 칭다오해변이 연결되어 천천히 걸으며 휴양하기 좋았답나다.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - The bathroom is too small, and the shower would get the floor all wet. The rooms are a little bit too small and there was a weird smell. The furnitures can be seen as old. However, the breakfast was pretty okay and the view from the dining area was beautiful.
• Rick (8/5): Seaside Villa - Quite nice and unique hotel experience. A little difficult to find as others have mentioned it is in a gated residential area. Maybe not for the business traveler unless you are looking for something different. Can see this would be great for the solo traveler or a couple looking to get away. Just steps away from the seaside boardwalk. You can walk in either direction and just take in the view. We enjoyed our stay here and the staff was very helpful in giving suggestions for meals or day trips. Qingdao is such a beautiful city!
• Yuen Ling (4/5): Not up to international standard. - We paid extra for a Seaview room, but was told no room available in the front building. We had a glimpse of the sea between two buildings! Not exactly a SEAVIEW ROOM one should charge. The sheets are clean, but the room was never cleaned or serviced. The aircon duct is filthy. If one showers, one get the bathroom wet. There is no shower area! The breakfast area is very nice with Seaview and large glass window overlooking the garden, then the sea.

All the staff were very kind! My room did not have an ocean view, but was comfortable and clean.

• junghang (8/5): 한적하게 쉬기에는 좋다. 돌아다니실 분들은 비추 - 오션뷰가 맘에들었고, 직원들도 친절해서 좋았습니다. 중국에서 영어 안되는건 어쩔수 없다고 생각하면 나름 괜찮았구요. 다만..장소가 외져서..주변에 아무것도 없습니다. 주택가에 있어서, 편의점이라도 이용하려면 무조건 택시를 타야하구요..접근성은 상당히 떨어지는것 같습니다. 내부시설 등은 특이사항없구요..5.4광장까지 걸어서 약 20분 걸리는것 같습니다. 걸어다니는거 상관없고, 그냥 휴양하실분이라면 추천..번화가 원하시면 비추입니다.

• YOUNG MIN (2/5): 방 배정에 문제가 있는 정직하지 못한 호텔. 그러나 위치는 좋은곳 - 바다가 보이는 방으로 예약했음에도 불구하고, 정원이 보이는 방이 배정되어서 확인을 요청하니 그제서야 바다가 보이는 방이 없다는 말을 한다. check-in 이전에 미리 양해를 구하거나 방이 없으면 예약이 안되도록 해야지, 강력히 投诉하여 방 가격 차액은 돌려받았으나, 그게 정말 차액의 전부인지도 알수 없거니와 미리 양해를 구하지 않는것 자체가, 언어 문제로 이의제기를 못하는 사람들을 속이려는 심산으로밖에 안보인다. 참으로 맘에 안드는 곳이다. 방은 퀸침대 사이즈에 좌우하측으로 50cm~1m 정도의 공간만이 있는.. 무슨 고시원보다도 더 좁은듯 하다. 복도의 소리가 바로 다 들리는 방음 역시 문제, 6개월째 중국을 돌아다니고 있지만 이런 호텔은 최악의 수준에 속한다고 본다. 그나마 방 안의 시설은 비교적 깨끗한 편이다. 그리고 위치 또한 바로 앞에 바다가 있어 나쁘지 않다. 방 예약 문제만 아니라면 가격대비 괜찮을 듯 하다. 그리고 가격도 다른 호텔에 비해 그리 저렴한 편은 아니다. 지도가 잘못되어 있어, 초행길에 찾기에 만만치 않다. 바이두 지도앱을 사용하는게 비교적 정확하다. 빌라 단지 내부에 위치한.. 酒店같지 않은 곳이다. 몇십분 동쪽으로 걸어서 5.4공원, 올림픽 공원을 갈수 있다. 위치는 좋지만, 그게 고의든 아니든 이렇게 관광객을 속이는 곳이라면 다시 오고 싶지는 않은 곳이다.그리고 청도에는 생각보다 호텔이 많고, 시설이나 가격도 여기보다 나은 곳이 많았다.
• Wendy L (10/5): Perfect! - The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us, the position was fantastic and nice views, walks and close to the brewery, the German quarter and the city as well as on the ocean... I wouldn't stay anywhere else!
• Andre (8/5): Cute German inspired Guesthouse with cosy interior - This is a nice boutique style guest house close to the Qingdao CBD and within close walking distance to the seashore boardwalk. The interiors are very nice with comfortable beds and European style furnishings. Getting there can be a little tricky for taxi drivers if they don't go into the actual residential compound, but uber didi drivers are very good value and seem to be available when required.

• Daniel (10/5): - Die Hotel Angestellten sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, auch bei ausergewöhnlichen Anfragen. Das Badezimmer hat eine nette Regendusche, aber warum das Waschbecken im Schlafzimmer ist bleibt mir ein Rätsel. Und wohl das BESTE BETT in dem ich jemals schlafen durfte. Hotel ist direkt am Meer und in wenigen Gehminuten gibt es große Shopping-Mals und Restaurants. Preisleistung = Top :)
• Verified traveler (6/5): 訂房時說有露台，入住時卻沒有！就在海邊！小區治安很好！ - 由於深夜到涉，本來訂下的房間向海有露台，卻被安排到沒有露台的房！住了兩晚後被要求轉房，原因是方便團體整座包房！本來想說行個方便人家也沒有所謂！一早放下行李就出門，回來時卻發現被換到更小的房間也沒有露台！要求換房卻說已滿房！付了大房露台房價錢卻住小房間，感覺被騙！
• GYURYOUNG (8/5): 친절왕 - 부촌에 있어서 귀빈대접을 받는 듯한 서비스를 제공받았다. 경치 또한 너무 좋았다. 그러나 맵에 위치정보가 잘못되어 시민들의 도움이 없었으면 영영 찾아갈 수 없었다. 또한 난방이 되긴했으나 만족할 정도는 아니였다.

• WAI YI (8/5): - 整體不錯，就是性價比低一些，近似民宿的模式，廁所實在太狹窄了，還要只安裝了淋雨式的花灑，出水極慢，超不爽的。 還好是床及被都非常舒適，睡得很甜。
• Michael (8/5): Unusual style and installtions quality but... - What I didn't like is that I paid for seaview but actually you need to stand a corner of the room to see some water waving at the beach. sea view for me means I look towards the sea. It does not only mean I can see some water. Second the room is pretty tiny especially for that price but the god thing is that our room was a very rare example of good workmanship. People living in China for long time may appreciate the good materials (real wood, not plastic) and the the quality of all the installations etc.

• lily kwok (2/5): Don't stay this hotel (my personal experienc) - Toilet Door is broken. Staff refused to repair or change room. We insist and complained, even we request to get the deposit back. Finally, the staff gave a normal room to us. TV is broken, asked the staff to fix again... Toilet is very small, bed is small, room is small...it's not worth staying, staff not friendly..takes more than 30 minutes during check out! I definitely will not stay there again and will not recommend people stay in this hotel. It is a total awful experience!
• KENLEE (4/5): Cheap and clean room..but that's all.. - It was quite chip and room was clean.. But the location was not easy to access.. Taxi driver didn't know the name of the hotel..and the hotel was not a hotel.. it was just a apartment building which has been modified to accommodation from a apartment recently.. There was no elevator.. so, I had to lift my baggage by myself to 3rd floor.. And the room was too small.. There was no space except for a bed. I would like to say "Cheap one has its own reason.."
• Andrea (8/5): small hotel right on the beach - The people at the front desk do not speak much English and so there were some challenges with understanding one another. I had booked the room through the internet and when I arrived they showed me 2 rooms - one small and one large and asked which one I wanted. Naturally I chose the larger one, but then was told I had to pay more. So they seemed to be up-selling any room that was not reserved. In the end I took the smaller room, which was what I had paid for. The size was about 6'X9' - there was a comfortable bed, a small desk, no closet, and a small bathroom with shower stall. This room would not be large enough for 2 people - as you would have no place to put 2 suitcases and would not be able to walk around one another. Right across the laneway there was an access to the boardwalk that goes all along the water; it was wonderful to walk along the water any time of day. It is a 10 minute walk to May 1 square on the boardwalk, and about a 25 minute walk to the marina and mall that was created during the Olympics in 2008. There is some food provided for breakfast, but you have to pay extra for it, and so it is easier to purchase something from a coffee shop 10 minutes away.
• David (10/5): Nice hotel in a quiet location - On my first trip to China I found the staff polite and wanting to help me. Their English was better than my Chinese, and we found with the help of google we could communicate. I travelled for business and was seldom at the motel, so I can't comment on all that it had to offer, and I also think that the proprietors had better English, but it was fun trying to ask for an extra blanket. As an overall rating I would happily say that I would feel welcome and would stay at the motel again without hesitation.
• Peter (10/5): Great location with friendly staff. - I had first booked a single room but when I arrived I found it to be So small that there was no place to even set and open my suitcase except on the bed. I upgraded to a double room with a queen bed, which was still small, but very tastefully decorated. It was a bit more than I wanted to pay, but in the end it was worth it. I stayed for four days and was very comfortable. The neighborhood was close to downtown, but very quiet, and the staff were immensely helpful and exceptionally polite. The only one drawback was that it was a little hard to find and some taxi drivers were a little confused.
• Verified traveler (8/5): 깔끔했습니다. - 얼마 전 크리스마스여행으로 중국 청도에 가느라 머물렀습니다. 처음엔 보증금이 조금 비싸서 당황했지만 주인아주머니도 친절하시고 직원분들 모두 친절하세요. 고급호텔이 아니라 기대를 안하고 갔는데 방이 깔끔했어요. 양인형도 선물로 받아서 좋았습니다. 다시 청도에 가게 된다면 또 머물고 싶네요.
• Christian (10/5): Herzliches Hotel in guter Lage - Wir (2 Personen) waren für eine Wochenende in Qingdao. Bereits Stunden bevor wir überhaupt angekommen sind haben wir einen Anruf vom VillaInn erhalten. Der Mitarbeiter am Telefon hat uns gefragt wie wir nach Qingdao kommen und falls wir Hilfe bei der Wegbeschreibung (Taxifahrer) benötigen, die Villa Inn gerne jederzeit kontaktieren dürfen. Servicepersonal vor Ort Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend. Auch wenn es zeitlich sprachliche Barrieren gab, war das Servicepersonal sehr bemüht und ist allen unseren Wünschen und Fragen zur unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit nachgegangen. Zimmer Das Zimmer war eher klein aber fein und sauber. Lage Die Lage der Villa Inn ist recht zentral. Von dort aus kann man innerhalb wenige Gehminuten die Buslinien erreichen. In der Nähe befindet sich auch ein kleines Einkaufszentrum mit einem Supermarkt und einen Coffee Shop, was ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht und empfehlen diesen kleinen Familienbetrieb herzlichst weiter.
• Anne (10/5): Excellent place - We were very possitively surprised. Beautiful room, quiet, seaview, excellent service. We will certainly come back and recommend VillaInn21 to friends, family and collegues. Long boardwalks in both directions from VillaInn21 made the stay Even more tempting.

• Andrew (10/5): Service 2nd to none - I have never experienced service of the level I received during my stay at Qingdao Villa Inn No 21, it is an extremely warm and welcoming environment. The staff here are absolutely wonderful and can not do enough to ensure you are comfortable and relaxed, and there is always a lovely aroma of ground coffee in the air, which the lovely staff share around the foyer, the whole place just has a really warm feel . The rooms are modern, homely and extremely comfortable, with wireless internet included. The rooms are spotless and cleaned thoroughly everyday. It is located right on the water, a few minutes walk to the city centre. If your coming to Qingdao you want to stay here.
• Malcolm (8/5): seaside stay - The hotel has only been recently renovated less than a year and in very good condition. The neighbourhood is catching up. The seaside is a few steps from the door and spectacular. It's a big City but it's only a short walk and you are in it. The owners and staff are fantastic, going out of their way to make your stay pleasant and easy. The price is very competitive and I hope they stay that way, I would love to go back. Make sure you take their telephone number so the cab driver can phone them, it's easy to miss off the main road.
• Shar00 (10/5): Firendly services - The hotel is one of the villas in a private housing estate. It is located near the beach. The staff there are very friendly and they will provide advices on places to eat and visit. Room is clean but it is a bit on the smaller side. Bed is comfortable. Will stay in this hotel when we next visit Qingdao.
• 單國倡 (6/5): 位置在住宅小區21幢, 能介紹旅遊點, 清潔一般, 預層雙人房才有海景, 近海景步行區, 環境壯麗。 - 不`嫌洗臉盆安在浴室外, 室內空間狹窄; 頂層望海環境是可以的。地區在西部,近化德國區。打的去不會過15元。
• ＭＩＳＡ (8/5): 海から近いホテル - 海から近くて景色が良さそうだと思い、このホテルを予約しました。ホテルの部屋からは残念ながら海は見えませんが、海まで本当にすぐで、朝も夜も海を楽しめました。そして、ホテルのスタッフのおじさんもおばさんもとても親切！！部屋が寒いと言ったらすぐに部屋に来てくれたり、観光地やレストランのことも聞いたらすぐ調べてくれたりと本当に親切にしてくださり、部屋も綺麗に掃除されていたのでとても気持ちよく過ごすことができました。
