WARWICK (9/5): Mt Gambier stay - Manager put us in a 2 bedroom apartment rather than the two separate motels rooms we booked as he could not get the door key to work on one of the rooms. As we didn't book an apartment we didn't know if we were ripped off or not. He charged us two times the $420 each we had booked for. It just seemed that the total we paid of $840 for 3 nights was a little excessive....but we were not shown a scale of charges for the apartments?

Alison (10/5): Perfect place to rest your head or stay in Mount Gambier - Very clean room, great owners that were kind and friendly. Lots of clean towels and a heated pool to use. Bed was extremely comfortable! TV worked perfect. Centrally located and great parking I’m definitely going to rebook and stay here again in a couple of months time. You won’t regret staying here! Aya (10/5): A refreshing stay that exceeded all expectations. - Perfect family getaway! The hotel pool area is very clean, making it a fantastic playground for the kids while being relaxing for us. They had a dedicated shallow area and the water temperature was perfect for hours of fun. Bonus - spa. Room was spacious and very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Sandra (4/5): It would be okay for a one night stay if you are passing through for a stop over but no longer. - The laundry and bathroom were spacious. The mattresses were quite uncomfortable and woke up sore the next morning, the kitchen sink was leaking, there were no instruction manuals for the appliances, no water pressure in the shower, bedside lamp switch in main bedroom didn't stay on and there was no broom or vacuum to clean, there was just a hand broom. The dryer was full of tissues and had an abundance of lint.

Alan Matthews (6/5): It served its purpose and the staff were friendly, The pool was a nice treat after a long day. - Staff were pleasant enough, had to ask for a plug for the sink, but I did not get back in time to collect it before they closed. I slept OK but the bed was uncomfortable for my wife. It would have been great if they had just placed a mud map in the room. So many good things were within walking distance, as we learned from tourist information centre as we were departing the town. Shower and room was a bit dated but reasonably clean, OK for one night stay on a trip to great ocean road.

Bridger (8/5): Comfortable nice. - The location was very good. Pub for food 200 m down road. Quick to highway. 24 hour petrol station short drive. Price for clean room was good. Bathroom just a little small. But nice. Rubble driveway was a little noisy. That about it

Hazel (6/5): - Reasonably comfortable. Beds were clean and towels etc. The apartment was a good size with twi bedrooms. Kettle, toaster and enough cutlery and crockery etc. Pool available but we never used it. Convenient for shopping area to buy food etc.had washing machine and dryer in the bathroom which was useful Could of been cleaner. Behind the bedside tables was a couple of inches of dust. The bathroom on the surface looked clean but was grubby in places. Second bedroom only had one light working above the bed. Had to use one of the lamps out of the other room

Josie (5/5): It was a bed to sleep in I guess - The best were comfy and the aircon worked perfectly for the extremely humid weather It wasn’t very clean. Black mould in the bathroom, even a spot on a pillowcase. This might be because all the dirty laundry was piled up in bags outside the entire stay. Stray hairs in the shower. No dishwashing liquid or cloths to clean the dishes we used.
