Caroline (9/5): Dejligt ophold i smukke omgivelser - Serviceminded personale, smuk lokation og lækker morgenmadsbuffet. Det lå lige ned til en tank, hvor alle både lagde til for at tanke. Det lugtede. I september var der primært skygge ved solsengene, hvilket var lidt ærgerligt.

Helene (9/5): Nice and quiet hotel with excellent food and located by the sea. - Very nice rooms and facilities in general. Nice to be able to swim in the sea by the hotel. Very good restaurant with a lot of nice qualitative dishes to choose from. We would love to come back. Limited sun reaching the sun bed area due to hotel laying on the east side. The shower floor was very slippery so I fell and injured my knee badly. I will have to jump on crutches for 6-8 weeks now due to fracture.

Elisabeth (8/5): - Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, was für erholsame Tage sorgt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Servicepersonal im Restaurant – die Kellner waren stets aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war grundsätzlich gut und von ordentlicher Qualität. Leider wiederholte sich das Speisenangebot nach wenigen Tagen, sodass es auf Dauer etwas eintönig wurde. Der Fitnessbereich war enttäuschend – nur sehr spärlich ausgestattet, die Yogamatten alt und beschädigt, zudem funktionierte die Klimaanlage dort nicht. Der Empfang am ersten Tag war alles andere als freundlich, was keinen guten ersten Eindruck hinterließ. Der Pool war extrem kalt, sogar kälter als das Meer, weshalb er kaum genutzt wurde. Außerdem gibt es auf dem Gelände viele Höhenunterschiede, was für Personen mit Gehproblemen ungeeignet ist. Das Leitungswasser hatte einen starken Chlorgeruch, was ebenfalls störend war.

Hans-Petter (10/5): Loved it from the minute we came and until the minute we left. - I loved everything, and can't wait to come back again to enjoy another lovely summer holiday with my girlfriend. Next time we might need to stay even longer, hire a car a couple of days to explore more of the island, but most of all spend every single minute at the resort. I wish the staff could do a little bit more to try to keep kids away from the beach and beach beds. It was the first time in years we had a holiday without kids, and the fact that this was an adults only hotel was a main reason for this booking. Secondly, the gym was way too small. Just one rowing machine, one treadmill and one bike is just not enough.

Hanna (10/5): Love this place! - Amazing hotel and we loved our stay here. The room was clean, big and beds very comfortable! We had food included and I must say we really enjoyed the restaurant at the hotel. The hotel is the perfect size and you can enjoy both the beach or pool, the small city of milna is also within walking distance so everything felt very nice and convenient. We will definitely come back, we had an amazing week and felt well taken care of.

Z2614FHmargaretk (8/5): Anniversary celebrations 🍾 ♥️ 30 years. - Gorgeous location on the harbour at Milna . The hotel is set on many levels, not suitable for anyone who finds stairs an issue, no lift. Waiting staff will kindly carry your cases but going up and down can be an issue. The views, the staff, the food, drinks were fantastic 👌 👏. Nothing was an issue to deal with, friendly and like a banter and a laugh. Half board great option, 3 course meal, great choice and a fraction of what some restaurants around the harbour charge. Good choice at breakfast, not overly hot but restocked every 10 mins as necessary.

Michael (8/5): Nettes und ruhiges Hotel - Sehr ruhiges und abgelegenes Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und ausreichend. Leider fehlen gute Bademöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Für wem Treppensteigen ein Problem ist, sollte das Hotel meiden. Leider hat Kroatien ein Preisniveau erreicht, was uns extrem überrascht hat.

johnnG4091JK (10/5): Wonderful… gem of a hotel. - This is a wonderful adult only hotel in Milna Brac. The hotel is located in a pine forest right on the sea front and with a small stone beach. Superb rooms set in small blocks all well laid out and good AC. The dinning areas are great all having sea views. Great food and really great attentive service. The small town of Milna is 10 minutes walk away. Would suggest using the fast direct catamaran from Split 35 mins away which is the best way to get to the hotel. Taxis can be ordered to the hotel which is then 5 mins taxi or just walk through the edge of the town along the quays….20mins. This was our 2nd. visit. Wonderful and relaxing.
Jason (7/5): Leuke accomodatie maar met wat onderhoudswerk aan. - Prachtige ligging aan de haven van Milna. Ontbijtbuffet was verzorgd en lekker afwisselend. Toen we onze kamer kregen op het vierde verdiep (zonder lift), kwam er direct muffe geur op ons af. Verschillende vochtplekken, losse vloeren en de geur deden ons terug naar de receptie gaan. De receptioniste stond ons precies op te wachten, ze wisten natuurlijk ook dat die geur daar hing. Er werd ons eerst voorgesteld om pas de volgende dag een nieuwe kamer te geven omdat het hotel “volboekt” was. Omdat we wel een mooie prijs betaald hadden voor dit “uitstekende hotel” bleven we bij ons standpunt. Direct kregen we een nieuwe kamer, met hier en daar een vochtplek maar er ging tenminste een frisse geur in de kamer. Het buitenzwembad was niet verwarmd, was zelfs heel koud. Gelukkig was er een deel van de zee afgebakend waar verfrissing mogelijk was.

(7/5): Ikke fullverdig adults only, men veldig fint - Fantastisk liten havneby med krystallklart badevann Selv om det skal være et «adults only» hotel tillater de barnefamilier i restauranten. Også område ved solsengene og badeplassen er med barnefamilier.. De tillater også at gjester reserverer solsenger uten å benytte seg av de i mange timer, nok til at det ble en konflikt med gjestene.. Uheldig..
tamsinb (10/5): Lovely setting for dinner - We were stsying in one of the other hotels in the group and booked to have dinner in the restaurant. We sat on the tree ace and Shaun the writer looked after us. Everyone had a lovely meal It turned cool and we went inside for coffee. Beautiful evening!

Frühstück war vielfältig und schöne aussicht auf bucht Grundsätzlich hätte es eine bessere Bewertung verdient - ABER es war sehr laute Musik bis nach Mitternacht von einem Musiker in der hoteleigenen Bar (keine Info durch Reception) und Pool-Tücher kosteten was.

Denise (10/5): - Großartige Lokation. Ganz toller Service. Frühstück gut, aber jeden Tag das gleiche. Das Abendessen war der Hit. 3 Gänge Menü aus der Karte auswählen. Hat immer hervorragend geschmeckt. Bademöglichkeit wie schon beschrieben etwas eingeschränkt, weil Öl durch die Tankstelle nebenan fließt. Wir sind zum Baden den Waldweg weiter gegangen in die Nachbarsbucht. Für Bootsliebhaber war die Tankstelle nice. Geruchsbelästigung nur, wenn der Wind vom Land kommt. Das Hotel liegt am Hang, es gibt keinen Aufzug. Das Treppensteigen ist wirklich nur für fitte Menschen geeignet.
BigfellaCheshire (10/5): Excellent stay in Milna. - We just had a fantastic few days at the M8 Osam. The hotel is small with excellent service from very attentive staff. The rooms are modern and very clean with excellent A/c. We were only B&B and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and beautiful fresh fruit each day. We ate in the hotel a couple of days for lunch and dinner and all to a high standard. Its a small walk into the marina for bars and restaurants and its great sitting and watching the Yachts etc with a relaxing drink. Previous reviews mentioned steps and yes there are a few and no lift so definitely worth bearing in mind but not an issue for us. Also, depending on the wind direction there is a slight diesel smell from the boat servicing station next door, when you're sitting by the sea area but again, no real issue and we only noted it twice. Sea shoes are a great idea too ! You can jump on a catamaran to the surrounding islands or even hire a boat...so even though its a quiet relaxing hotel there is plenty to do locally...or just sit by the sea and relax and enjoy watching the boats. Overall a very enjoyable holiday and would definitely recommend..thanks to all the staff for a great holiday.

F9517TKjohnl (10/5): Excellent stay at Hotel Milna Osam - Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Milna Osam on the island of Brac. Hotel was very clean in all areas. All staff very friendly and attentive. Both breakfast and dinner (half board) were very good with plenty to choose from. Milna is a small pretty harbour town - you could watch the boats coming and going all day especially with a cold beer served in an ice cold glass (check out the pub Vox). We did an all day tour of Brac island in a vintage army vehicle - highly recommended - Brac is beautiful.

pascale (7/5): Malgré de nombreuses surprises désagréables , le calme de l’endroit et la gentillesse du personnel nous a séduit - Hôtel très calme, avec de jolies ballades à faire Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très agréable, avec une belle vue Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas au rdv pour un hôtel 4 étoiles: il faut prévoir de payer les serviettes et le parking, le ménage n’est pas fait le jour après votre première nuit ( je n’ai jamais eu cette situation)L’hôtel est en hauteur, de nombreux escaliers à prévoir, il n’y a pas de plage mais des transats sur un ponton et la station essence des bateaux à côté

Martina (9/5): Would recommend and come back for sure! - Buildings where amazing, the sun lounges next to the ocean aswell. We didnt use the pool much but it was ok. Breakfast was great (specially salad bar, fruit bar, and hot things like eggs and grilled veggies, not so much the bread and pastries). Restaurant for lunch/dinner was good for salads and pizza, didnt love the burger and the fries. Our bathroom wall had mold in some areas and i always had the feeling the bathroom smelled a bit weird, otherwise everything was incredibly good
Maria (8/5): Fint, men. - Superfint hotell, trevlig personal och god mat. Utsikten är makalös och trevligt med alla båtar som åker förbi. Hotellet ligger i en sluttning, så räkna med många trappor! Hotellet ligger dock på skuggsidan av Milna och bredvid en tankstation, så är du där för sol och bad är där få solstolar i solen och du får stå ut med diesel/bensindoft.

Chantal (7/5): Beautiful location with underwealming value for money due to lack of service - The general location directly at the ocean with a lot of sun beds was very nice. The dining and breakfast areas as well as the room were very good and the distance to Milna for some more restaurants convenient. Over all it really didn’t feel like a four star hotel: - extra charge for beach towels felt ridiculous when paying over 250€ a night - no water in the room, even not when arriving at 21 at night - the premises have a lot of stairs and there was no help to carry the luggage when checking in or out - the service or hospitality was very little. No questions about our stay when leaving or how we liked it and no interaction while we were staying there

Također ima sve što Vam je potrebno tako da ne morate uopće napuštati ga, okolina je vrlo mirna i pravi prostor za odmor i uživanje! Ukoliko želite ipak doći na večeru od hotela do centra Milne, treba vam samo 10 minuta hoda! Stvarno predivno mjesto gdje ćemo se sigurno vratiti! Sve preporuke!

Lena (9/5): Prisvärt - Det låg i utkanten av staden med bara en kort promenad till center kärnan. Naturlig skugga från träden var skönt när det var intensiv värme. Bra mat på hotellet. Badplatsen kunde varit lite större det blev trångt när det var fullbokat på hotellet. Mycket båttrafik dådet låg en tankstation precis vid hotellet. Men inte så det blev jobbigt någon gång, faktiskt rätt underhållande ibland 🙂
Kovacevic (8/5): Nice quite hotel - The location of the hotel is very good. Its in quite part of Milna, walking distance to the center is about 10 minutes. Its surounded with a lot of trees, so you have natural shady places. They have front beach and the sunbeds are for free for hotel guests. The only minus is that the gas station is just next to the hotel, so sometimes you can feel the smell of gasoline. The food is just great! Breakfast is so rich, there is everything you need! The staff is very professional, kind and pleasant! Although I dont like pools at all, I must say I was a bit shocked when I saw the pool. Its very small and not looking very good for a 4 star hotel. Also, the room has no iron included and you cant get it as they dont have it, so you have to pay for ironing (not so cool) Maybe the most shocking thing about this 4star hotel is that they rent you beach towels, so you actually pay for using (first time in my life had this experience)

Peter (10/5): - Uns hat es im Milna8 sehr gut gefallen. Unser Zimmer (Villa) war riesengroß und alles sehr sauber. Wir hatten Halbpension und das Essen war sehr lecker, frisch und eine tolle Auswahl. Die Kellner waren sehr liebenswert und hilfsbereit.. Auch hat uns die Lage mit den verschiedenen Terrassen sehr gut gefallen. Man hat von überall einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Das mit der Hafeneinfahrt hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört, im Gegenteil, wir fanden es spannend due tollen Boote/Yachten zu bewundern. Liegen waren ausreichend vorhanden. Am Zimmer fehlt ein Wäscheständer zum Trocknen. Die Handtuchgebühr von 2,50/Stück/Tag fanden wir befremdlich.

Serverer også et av de beste måltidene på Milna. Absolutt å anbefale. Ønsker du privatliv til badet ville jeg bedt om bad uten skyvedør. Skyvedør på vårt rom hang langt fra veggen og var veldig tung å skyve på.

jenbZ2029TB (8/5): Modern, friendly, attentive - Beautiful hotel, the staff are absolutely wonderful, polite, kind, and attentive. Food is delicious and the morning continental breakfast is well stocked with fresh fruit, proteins, and pastries. Please note- even if you are a super fit person the climb up the stairs to the 4th level or 3rd level rooms can get a little much, especially on hot days. I wouldn't say it is a downfall of the hotel as the stairs help work off the yummydribks and gelato from the town of Milna. I gave 4 stars only due to the proximity to the gas station ... it is not necessarily a fault of the hotel per say but definitely worth noting. I chose to walk along the well worn foot path along the edge of the hotel/water to a more secluded beach away from the beach in front of hotel next to boating gas station. With this all said, i would happily return to this hotel.
W2934EFbeng (10/5): Quiet. Relaxing. Beautiful. - We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Its location would be difficult to beat. The ships coming in and out of the harbour made the view constantly interesting and different. When we checked in we were upgraded to suite 1, which was comfortable, very well presented and maximised the views. We really didn’t want to leave! The pool and sea areas are well looked after and quiet. There was no shortage of sun loungers or places to sit. Food in the restaurant was of a high quality as was the buffet breakfast. I couldn’t recommend this more highly. Wonderful!
Stine (7/5): - Beautiful hotel in a really cute small Croatien island town. Good and calm atmosphere. It was fun to look at the boats coming in to refuel by the gas station right next to the hotel, but you could smell the gas. It’s hard and expensive to get around to other towns without renting your own car or boat.

Ako želite popiti piće na roof top, morate ga sami odnijeti 6. Vanjski bazen radi samo do 20 h, sto znaci da se nakon toga ne možete u njenu okupati, a razlog tome je nepoznat, a unutarnji do 19 h 7. Recepcionarke mlade i neiskusne, ne znaju ništa 8. Konobari neiskusni, ne znaju ništa u vezi hrane i pica koje poslužuju 9. Bračni krevet koji nije bračni Uglavnom, jako loše iskustvo za 422 eur za dvije noći sa doručkom

Fay (4/5): Really disappointing: I couldn’t recommend - The property has a lot of potential but I think in every aspect you could tell how photos had been taken carefully to enhance the truth quite significantly - so everything felt like a bit of a let down. The view across the water is lovely and the way the hotel is built in and around the big pines is very nice. Milna itself is indeed a very cute little town. There’s plenty of space to sit on the terraces even when the hotel is fully booked. Location: Though Milna itself is very pretty, not only is it fairly cut off from the rest of the island (irregular buses or very expensive taxis to get anywhere), but the hotel itself is also cut off from the nice part of Milna. There’s a boat fuelling station directly next to the hotel so there’s a constant stream / queue of boats waiting to fill up, and the smell of petrol is strong. It makes the water uninviting - the beach is also more of an access point, not a beach you can lay on, and there’s no ladder to enter the water off of the jetty (which would be right into the path of the boats anyway) - so the atmosphere is really not very relaxing. You also then have to walk past this petrol station and through the boat yards before you reach any of the nice parts of Milna so it’s not the best walk (though we did have some really lovely dinners in Milna). I’m baffled by the super high location scoring on this hotel because it simply doesn’t make sense to me. General atmosphere: though the description, pictures, and ‘adults only’ status give the impression this will be an exclusive oasis - it’s not the case. There’s no staff service down on the jetty bit over the water, so anyone comes and sits there as they please - including families with children. I know it sounds super moany but as adults only hotels tend to come at a more premium price, I don’t want children running and shouting around me! Food: breakfast was a standard continental breakfast, same food daily. Lunch was fine but again disappointing based on the other hotel in the Osam chain on the island (Supetar) having a Michelin recommended restaurant in it. Super surprised at how different the two could be (and quite wished we’d stayed at the Supetar one!

Bjørn Andreas (8/5): Fint hotell med utsikt til havna - Fint og rent rom, fin beliggenhet i innseilingen til Milna havn. God frokost. Hyggelig personale. Tilrettelagt badeplass rett nedenfor hotellet. Litt utfordrende terassedør, vanskelig å åpne/lukke. For å finne idyllisk badeplass må en påregne ca en halvtimes gange fra hotellet. 15 min å gå fra hotellet til sentrum av byen.
Danilo (9/5): Nice hotel in Milna - A lovely hotel with friendly staff, located in a peaceful area surrounded by greenery. One of the rooms had a musty smell, so we had to change it. Also, the beach is close to a fuel station, and the smell of fuel is often noticeable.

Fearless28048000696 (10/5): A lovely hotel with a beautiful view - My husband and I returned from our holiday earlier in the week. We loved the Milna Osaka hotel. It is an attractive place in a beautiful setting. There are lots of steps (which we knew about when we booked our holiday) Our room was the furthest away so many step to climb . It kept us fit!

Alice (9/5): Vi ville inte lämna hotellet under våra dagar i Milna! - Jättefint hotell, kan inte klaga på något! Jättebra frukostbuffé, fräscha rum, hjälpsam och trevlig personal, jättegod mat och fint badområde. Milna är en jättemysig by som bara ligger några minuter gångprommerad därifrån. Där finns flera restauranger och butiker. Milna är en hamnstad så det finns många fina båtar att spana in :)
Inspire56142446036 (10/5): - What an absolutely beautiful hotel, wonderful location and so peaceful. Stayed here with my hubby a couple of weeks ago. Was fantastic. The views were stunning and so enjoyed yacht watching every day. The setting of the hotel is magnificent and everything is kept so clean and tidy. We were on the 4th floor which was a little challenging but certainly kept us fit. The food at the restaurant was tremendous, enough to choose from and cooked to perfection. We ventured out every other night into town to eat and found some really nice restaurants. Two stood out for us, Bonita & Restaurant Palma. Went there more than once during out trip. One major thing that stood out for us was the staff. They worked so hard and nothing was too much trouble, big shout out to Sean, George, Emiliano, Dusan & Mikelov. They did such a great job looking after our every need. Even made me a cocktail not on the menu which was fab. Would return in a heart beat.

Hashem (10/5): It was great. Would book again. - Private beach, and chairs. Very friendly staff in the bar. Cozy restaurant and bar. Many options at breakfast. The staff do not enforce the rules, such as no swim wear at the bar or resturant. Many people wore trunks and bikinis even if the rules state that it is not allowed for guests to adress staff in ”beach clothes” Also, there were alot of people not staying at the hotel whom took liberties in putting towels on sunbeds!
Jayne (9/5): The breakfast and dinner we had in the hotel was reasonably priced and bar and restaurant staff very polite, especially - The location was lovely and the setting within the hotel was relaxing The long walk from the ferry port. With the amount that we paid for B&B we were then asked to pay €5.00 each day for 2 beach towels. There was no ladder to enter the sea from the platform. You had to manage over the stoney beach.
