- 886antoniof (10/5): Splendid Mykonos - I had an amazing weekend at Mykonos Hotel Beach in low season time. Weather was lovely ,not too crowded. The place is located 10 minutes walking from the old town and in front, you also have the beach. Breakfast is included and was good for me. The best are the staff who are lovely. Also I really liked the feature of the room like small apartment. I would definetely not hesitate to book again once in Mykonos.

The hotel reception and dining area needs a little upgrade. It’s a bit outdated. Overall, the hotel was nice. Walking distance from the main town of Mykonos.
- Le (8/5): - The BEST room views of our whole trip was from this hotel. Literally felt like a dream opening up the balcony doors and seeing the beach/ocean from our room and the gorgeous white and blue architecture structures of Greece especially at night with the lights. Downfall is that we had to climb up 5 different set of stairs to get the views on top of the fact that the hotel is located literally on a hill. Room was a bit outdated too with cracked floors, barely cold refrigerator, bare minimum bedding, and a bathroom with an odd shaped bathtub (also note that they only provide body wash that looks like a hand soap dispenser)…hotel is also located away from town but is about a 10-15 inclined walk (again you’re on a hill) to the Windmills/Little Venice area. Just be careful walking on the streets too cause drivers do be making sharp turns on those curves (sometimes a little too close). Despite the outdated room and uphill battle the views, pool area, and proximity to town/beach were worth it for the price. Maybe just ask for help with luggage up to your room lol

- claresZ611WD (10/5): Perfect hotel, friendly caring staff, great location - Amazing hotel and staff, the location is perfect just a 10 minute walk into town. Spectacular sun sets from our balcony enjoying a glass of wine. The room was kept spotless, clean sheets and towels every day, air conditioning and a fridge. Breakfast was plentiful all fresh and presented with love and care. The infinity pool was so relaxing and towels provided. Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were extremely helpful and kind. A big shout out to Niko for helping us sort our sons diabetic medication out, and advising us on where to visit around the island. From start to finish our family holiday at this wonderful hotel was perfect. We will definitely return thank you.

- Danny (2/5): - We wanted a place close to town and to the beach. We paid close to $900 Canadian dollars per night. The room was terrible. The facilities were run down. The pool loungers were ripped and moldy. There was a hot tub beside the pool that had the lid on it the whole time and the lid looked destroyed. We complained to the front desk people who were extremely kind They said they had no other options and insisted that the pictures in the ads were the same as what we were experiencing. We were adamant that we wanted a room change. They finally moved us to a room that had a separate bedroom but they put two tiny roll out beds as you walked in the door. You could barely move in the room. Also, there were people partying from 11pm until about 2am and then again from 5am-7am right next to us. We complained all three night about this and when management told them to stop they simply ignored them. All in all, it was the worst hotel we stayed at. If you are there to party and don’t mind sleeping in an old, run down place, then this is for you.

The location is perfect: just a short, easy walk into the charm of Mykonos Town, yet peaceful enough to feel like a true seaside escape. But what really sets this place apart is the warmth and genuine care of the people who run it. From the very first “welcome,” I felt seen, celebrated, and cared for — especially since I was there for my birthday! Their excitement and thoughtful suggestions made every day of my trip feel like a true adventure. My room was spectacular. I had a veranda that overlooked the gorgeous Aegean Sea — I could watch the sun set right outside my door. The room itself was spotless, cozy, and stocked with everything I could possibly need. And the breakfast! It was fresh, delicious, and made with love — I don’t usually eat breakfast, but I made sure to every morning here. It was that good! Every day when I headed out to explore, the front desk staff would light up with excitement, always eager to hear about my adventures when I returned. Their warmth was genuine and made me feel like I truly belonged. When it came time to leave, sweet Nikos told me, “We are family now, please hurry back. We will have your room waiting.” My heart could have burst. 💙 Thank you, Mykonos Beach Hotel, for making my birthday trip so memorable and for reminding me how beautiful it feels to be treated like family. I can’t wait to come back.

- jonopoulson73 (10/5): Great stay in Mykonos - Had 2 weeks there in May. Amazing hotel with great sea views and just a 10 min walk into Mykonos Room was big and the bed was so comfy. Staff where Amazing special mention to reception staff Nickos and George who looked after us. Room was cleaned daily to a high standard. Breakfast was continental but a good choice and fresh daily. Amazing stay and would definitely return.
- mollyk12345 (6/5): Nice hotel - Just got back from staying here for 5 nights. We went to Mykonos to celebrate my sisters 30th birthday. The hotel very kindly upgraded our room to the junior suite and gave us a bottle of Prosecco on arrival! The room - it was very modern and clean. The view from our room was nothing short of amazing. (See in photos). Rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bedding. Breakfast- the breakfast was very very basic. Same each day. Variety of cereals, pastries, bread and boiled eggs. There was also a coffee machine. Hotel Amenities- the pool area was very clean and had an amazing view. The infinity pool was great. The pool had a bar however, it was completely empty and was not in service. This was very disappointing as we were not aware that this hotel DOES NOT have a pool bar. They are really missing a trick here!? You could order some basic drinks but from reception and not the pool bar. Ideally if we would have known this was the case we probably wouldn’t have booked to stay here. Overall, we had a lovely enjoyable, relaxing stay. However, the pool bar needs to be put back in action to keep people in the hotel during the day and night.
- Jacebow (10/5): Great Hotel , lovely Staff, - Stayed 1 week in sea view room and small balcony, there was free air conditioning ,as well as a fridge The room was absolutely spotless sheets changed twice ,towels daily Very good bathroom decent shower ( cleaning lady was lovely) Breakfast although same daily very fresh and staff so friendly You can get a great lunch by the pool for less than 10E George on reception was great as well as the other guy , who just sounded like Costas from the Movie Shirley Valentine !! - dominict795 (10/5): Great staff, great location and a great holiday - We had a great time staying at the Mykonos Beach Hotel from 17-21 May. The room is no suite by any means but it was nice and clean, the maid came in every day, beds were comfy. Small TV, safe and an amazing balcony view of the sea and sunset. Staff at the hotel are great. Especially George, he couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast is the same each day but all made fresh. We had lunch there a couple of times too and the prices were much cheaper than in town, food was really good with large portions. The pool is cold but it was great to cool off in, in the afternoon, as the pool area is a sun trap after 1pm. Only a ten minute walk into the town square, plenty of scooter and quad rentals on your way up there. Beach is just across the road and there is a shop about 2 minutes away, which is fairly priced . considering the prices in Mykonos overall. Would 100% stay here again.

Premièrement à notre arrivée ils ont accepté de nous changer de chambre pour nous offrir une chambre rénovée avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Dès la 1ere journée je me suis blessée en marchant près des moulins à vent. Ils nous ont conseillé sur le choix d’une clinique et nous ont rassuré en attendant l’ambulance. Le lendemeain ils nous ont préparé une excellente soupe qu’ils sont venu porter à notre chambre et nous ont commander d’un resto à l’extérieur des pâtes pour le souper. Je tiens vraiment à les remercier et je ne peux que recommander chaleureusement cet établissement pour leur bienvaillance et leur soutient. Merci

- SquidGirl303 (2/5): DISGUSTING HOTEL “MOTEL” - DON’T LET THE PICTURES FOOL YOU! They are very misleading and looks NOTHING like them! It is a VERY old place and our room was disgusting! Bed comforter and decor pillows a were filthy, like something that had never been washed out of goodwill. The fuzzy blanket in the closet looked like a used college fraternity blanket that you wouldn’t touch with a ten foot pole! Tete was a space heater that smelled like something was on fire. The wall outlet didn’t work. The door to the cabana was broken and the wind kept knocking it and it made constant noise. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough and they wouldn’t refund us which was paid in full and already drafted from my account almost a year prior. Don’t waste your time!!!

- aby9584 (10/5): Lovely hotel and staff - This hotel was amazing! The staff are super friendly and helpful, the location is good with just a short walk into the town. We had the room with the terrace that is above the reception area. The room if very well equipped and decorated beautifully. The beds were super comfortable. Having the terrace was an additional bonus and a great spot to soak up the sun. There was a good selection at the continental style breakfast. Couldn’t really ask for more and would recommend!
- 725rosiem (10/5): The best girls holiday! - Loved this hotel so much. Gorgeous pool and views. Lovely staff. The cutest rooms that had a traditional feel to them with beautiful balconies. Rooms are basic but I actually really liked this because it felt more authentic. Everything was clean, food and drinks were good. Only a short walk to and from the town so great for going out eating, for drinks ans dancing! Lots of beautiful resident cats and lizards! Close to a lovely beach as well! Loved it so much, it was perfect for a girls trip.

We were taken to the left, up stairs to the rooms with the green trim - I was not happy when I walked in. This accommodation was terrible. There was hair around the room, the shower had mould, no hairdryers (even though on their website they state there is), not cleaned properly. We asked for an upgrade and we were given, for an extra $35E per night, the front rooms with the blue trim. They were much better. Still there were issues. * No hairdryer * No toilet roll holder * No hooks * No tea/coffee making facilities * No glasses in room * Bar fridge does not work * Breakfast - toaster does not work * Pineapple tasted like it had been cut with a fish knife * Tea bags were terrible - tasted like they had chemicals when made * Walk to Mykonos about 10 minutes - there is no street lighting once it is dark * Windy - I could not believe how windy Mykonos is If you are thinking of staying here at Mykonos Beach Hotel, please read the reviews. We travelled Italy, Croatia and Greece for 6 weeks and this place made me want to leave Mykonos as soon as I arrived. The upgraded room was better, but they still need to finish the rooms with the extras they need.

Room was very clean and had a balcony with stunning views. Location was great just a 10 minute walk into Mykonos town. Hosts were amazing both George and Niko couldn’t do enough for us and really made our stay extra special. Thank you both!

Towels were a little threadbare. No hairdryer . Breakfast was okay , help yourself buffet. Just across the road there is a beach , but it was dirty with lots of rubbish on the sand.

- dylanpL4073XY (10/5): Amazing 6 night stay! - My partner and I had a lovely 6 night stay. The hotel is in a lovely location 3 mins from a supermarket, 10 mins from Mykonos town and bus stops. The hotel should advertise this more as those buses were so useful and we used them plenty of times. Return ticket to around 6 different popular beach locations with bars and restaurants cost €4. Check in was very quick and the 24hr reception staff are very friendly offering great service. You can buy drinks from them and order food where they would then get food delivered to you for fairly cheap. They also give beach towels and offer to hold your keys when you leave for the day. The rooms were amazing for the price. We had room 24, it was very modern with a beautiful view of the sea. The air conditioning was also great and had no issues whatsoever. The cleaning around the hotel and the room was outstanding. They were amazing at cleaning the room and were very attentive. The room was always cleaned perfectly by them and the hotel was never dirty or smelly. The pool and jacuzzi was also great offering an amazing view. Will definitely be visiting here again.

- J (4/5): - The location is great and it is the primary reason I consider before booking a hotel.Stayed overnight with a family of 3 to relax before our flight to UK after coming back from Naxos . The room was in a poor condition , light fixture hanging from its fitting , warped wood on fixtures , loose drain cover in bathroom. There was even no safe in the room . I was looking forward to their nice pool to relax. .it was not the most relaxing environment . Not enough sunbeds , and the bar / pool attendant was incredibly rude .She told off several people for the heinous crimes of putting up a parasol , wanting a cushion from the seating area etc ....She must have been previously employed by Karen's Diner or its Greek equivalent.There are much better 2 star hotels in Mykonos than this with better rates .Disappointing finish to our holiday and to top it all my husband got bug bites..we suspect it's bedbugs.

Two negatives being firstly the breakfast, not a bad selection of food. However the hot food was never hot. The scrambled egg was like it came from the fridge. Coffee was poor too. Second one due to the wind the shutters bang all night so you wake up constantly. Didn't use the pool as it was windy the whole time we were here but it looked nice.

- Lisaashcroft81 (8/5): Great location - Recent stay at hotel was lovely. Absolutely perfect location 10 min walk to town. Shop 2 minutes down the road. Infinity Pool area is beautiful. Comfy sunbeds. Bar open 12 till 7-8pm. Price of beer €5. G&T €8 the measures are good. Food menu round pool was nice. Breakfast very basic with a few meats, cheeses, fruits. It’s very windy which I was thankful for as it was hot. Kept you cool. (Don’t know how women cope with their hair down though 🤣). We stayed in one of the old rooms which were up a good set of steps. The views of the sunset were spectacular from room. Bathroom was very small. Safe didn’t work. I took my own iron and hair dryer as I believe there is one you can share with others from reception. My sister and her husband stayed in one of the lower rooms. These were much bigger and very modern. Their bathroom was 5 times the size of ours with a wet room style shower. Ours my husband could barely move his arms in there. But I suppose the view from our room compensated on how small the rest of it was. The view from my sisters was ok but they had large plants which blocked some of it. We didn’t spend much time in there other than to sleep and get ready. It was great value for money and very close to town compared to the more modern hotels I looked at. Cost double and 30 min walks to town. I would stay here again.

We loved that the property had a porch overlooking the beach but didn't realize there is a road to cross to get to the beach. The breakfast was fresh (they should consider getting a conveyor toaster - coffee or hot water makers in the rooms and microwave available to guests 24/7). We rented a car which was safely parked on the property. The hot water and water pressure were amazing and the highlight of our stay. Lol. We would stay here again. The worst part was there are no safe sidewalks for people to walk to the town and so you put your life into the drivers' hands when you walk anywhere in Mykonos. Parking was inexpensive for the day as well. We went in May and it was surprisingly busy.

- Rachael (8/5): - Really lovely place to stay. It’s not too fancy but you really feel you’re staying in a perfect place for Mykonos. It’s a 5 minute walk into the main town and the people there are lovely. The cleaning isn’t the best and the pillows are a little uncomfortable but it doesn’t take away from how good it is overall!

Walkable to Mykonos town where all the picturesque streets and eateries are there but just be cautious as you will be walking with the incoming traffic riding fast.

- Anitza (8/5): - The property location is awesome and the pool area with bar and breakfast is good. The jacuzzi was a nice surprise . My feedback to the hotel will be to improve the small details such as key holder in room, the room safebox (mine did not work) and water pipes exposed in balcony area. As well, the room photos are very different from the look inside the actual room, this can be frustating. At least all included amenities were available. After traveling so long and finally arriving to the property findings exposed pipes areas, broken or missing section details it takes away the value of what was paid. Hotel staff provides good service but can improve their greetings manners.
- Maria (8/5): - Lovely location for Mykonos town exploring the area is very easy from this hotel bartender was awesome hotel was not as beautiful as the pictures, the staff was friendly the breakfast was average. The lady taking care of the breakfast area was always in a bad mood and pouring the juice out of cartons in front of the guests. Other than that price was worth the stay and the beautiful beach front location property needs some upkeep.

- Carl (10/5): - We were welcomed very warmly, discretely and respectfully. The property is well situated and quiet and the staff were absolutely great. We were in room 6 with an awesome and unrestrictive view of the sunset. Breakfast was good and included in the price. Snacks and drinks were priced affordablely by the pool until about 4 pm. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
- Brittany (4/5): - Bugs, bugs and more bugs in the room. Zero space to get around the room. Uncomfortable beds pushed together to make one bed, pillows were useless and awful. Had a baby crib that was a suffocation hazard due to the thick blankets that substituted as a mattress. Balcony had a great view but it is never cleaned and it desperately needs it. Lots of mosquitoes come out at night. The condition of the bathroom was frightening, especially the shower. The pool was great but there are limited pool loungers. The whole resort needs a major upgrade, it almost felt like a hostel. Some of the staff are very rude. We tried to organize a taxi to get back to the ferry port and were told we don’t need to book in advance and that it would be easy to call a cab as we are leaving. After waiting 30 minutes for a taxi we were forced to use a more expensive private service. I would not recommend staying here. Would strongly suggest organizing transportation from the ferry port to anywhere you stay in Mykonos or you could be waiting for hours in a long line with no shade.

- Morgan (4/5): - Unwelcoming vibe from staff. They charge 4€ for water and will not accommodate extra requests such as giving you an extra jam from breakfast if it’s outside breakfast hours. The property itself is nice. Let’s be honest-people book this hotel for its location and balcony view. The balcony was huge! And beautiful. But the room was extremely outdated, taking a shower wet the whole bathroom, and you can constantly hear doors slamming against the buildings from the constant wind. Good for a short cheap stay but I wouldn’t ever stay here again.

This place needs to be refurbished because the pictures don’t look anything like the actual rooms listed online. Front desk lady was wonderful and beachfront location is nice. Otherwise I would never come back here again.

- Robert (6/5): - Property is well located right across the beach which is really nice , also easy access to Mykonos town, nice staff , ok breakfast, but the hotel itself is very old , it needs a major upgrade, don’t expect nothing fancy, it is showing a 3 star hotel but it more like a 2 star hotel, although they charge a lot but the reason is because their proximity to the beach and the main town, beds were uncomfortable, very uncomfortable to shower bc you have to climb to enter the shower not very smart design, I will only recommend if you want to stay close to the beach.
