Os funcionários são todos simpáticos e muito atenciosos. O pequeno almoço é muito bom e numa área bonita, calma e ao ar livre. Eu apenas colocaria um chuveiro com mais pressão, a água não saía suficiente.

The morning breakfast was great as well with a live eggs counter. The pool looked clean and the property was nice. I would recommend booking this place

• Jasneet (10/5): - Neat and clean room with fresh linen and towels. Well maintained property. And all the staff was very courteous and helpful with smiling faces. I called them to request for early check-in while on my way to resort and the lady on reception (Rima) happily obliged and got the room ready by 11:30 am. Housekeeping service was also excellent. Happy with my stay there.

Om du ville ha någon form av ägg tog det oerhört lång tid att få. Dåligt med grönsaker. Otroligt slitna handdukar som inte såg rena ut. Även lakan slitna. Fick be om nya örngott vid incheckningen då de inte var rena. Rostig kapsylöppnare. Detaljer som drar ner helhetssynen tyvärr.

• Vania (10/5): Loved it! Definitely coming back - We loved it! The staff was so friendly, they have room and pool service, prices are good and food and drinks were good. There’s plenty of sun beds in both pools which is a big plus for me because I hate when you go to the pool and there is nowhere to sit and chill. The pool was also surrounded by nature and you can use it until late. The room was clean and spacious, I think there is no Netflix on the TV but it wasn’t a problem since we’re traveling with our fire stick. We’ll definitely come back.

• Tetiana (4/5): - The staff was friendly and polite. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, and there's convenient parking. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked well and without interruption. We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Unfortunately, the room was a bit tired. There were numerous ants near the entrance and inside the room. The bed linens were worn and grayish in color and needed to be replaced. The mattress was very hard, and the pillows were old, hard, and lumpy, making it uncomfortable to sleep. We weren't able to get a full night's rest, so we decided to leave the hotel early in the morning. We weren't refunded for the unused night, but they offered us coffee as an apology. Also, please note that the restaurant is only open for breakfast. Lunch or dinner is not available on the hotel premises, so we had to look for nearby places to eat.

• Adekoyejo (7/5): Pleasant but avoid the spa - Nice spacious bedroom, and attentive cleaning staff, they were on hand to do the refresh the moment you needed it. The pools are beautiful and we’re always clean Being truthful I enjoyed my stay immensely other than the one massage I got at the property, the therapist had long done up nails which is a big no no, she therefore wasn’t able to apply the sort of pressure I needed without scratching and hurting me, I actually think that was one of my worst massages ever and I seriously considered stopping it midway. There also was no foot wash meaning the dust on my feet was just being rubbed all over my body. Shocking from an establishment like this and at the price charged for the massage.

It was not clearly identified that this is the 2nd location(Pertiwi Bisma 2). While quickly corrected, when arriving at 2 AM it was a little challenging at first.

The Monkey Forest is also within walking distance. The hotel itself is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The territory is well maintained, and the breakfasts are very tasty.

• magali (2/5): Horrible une arnaque fuyez - La jeune femme à l’accueil qui a fait son possible pour nous aider La première chambre soit disant supérieure à 38€ ce qui pour ubud en basse saison est plutôt un prix d’un resort La chambre se révèle sans charme elle a un vis avis à 3 mètres Les murs du couloir sont tout abîmés On a l’impression d’arriver dans un hlm de banlieue Je demande une autre chambre En attendant on va à la piscine Vieille salle de la moisissure sur les murs des transat pourris de la musique à fond que les jeunes serveurs chantent à tue tête Pas du tout dans l’esprit zen de Bali On me propose une chambre qui sens la moisissure puis une autre «  premium » Au final il y a de araignées partout sur les murs des dizaines de fournis qui circulent au plafond et qui finissent par tomber sur le Lit La salle de bain rouillée De la poussière partout Je demande un remboursement car je ne voulais pas rester mais en vain La jeune femme m’a expliqué que le manager ne voulait pas Ils nous ont offert le repas que nous pris dans la chambre car nous étions épuisés et nous avons quitté l’établissement Surtout évitez cet établissement Il y en a tellement de plus beaux au même prix voire moins cher sur ubud

Даже в описании отеля не те координаты. Потом когда таксист за нами приезжал - он тоже не мог найти нас долго. пришлось ему доплачивать и дополнительно созваниваться. Ресепшн встретил не очень дружелюбно. и сказал что есть такой же отель с таким же именем рядом и их путают. Так пусть переименуются тогда!))) мы то тут причем? Не удобные тропинки - чемодан невозможно катить до номера. Приходится тащить на руках. Завтрак не супер разнообразный

• RAJAT (10/5): The hotel was indeed in the center of Ubud .What we liked about the hotel is the greenery and peaceful environment and q - Peaceful and lot of greenery. I think the breakfast buffet did not have variety for each day. Nevertheless, I enjoyed every day breakfast.

Close to pamper and shopping areas Amazing hot water and the staff are very friendly Its down a narrow road, like most of Ubud and larger cars have difficulty on the road, traffic was bad but normal for Christmas in Bali. Sights are not far away but traffic makes getting there longer.

• Sebastian Matias (8/5): Cumplio - La atencion del personal es destacada, siempre atentos a que no falte nada. Tuvimos un inconveniente para encontrar el hotel, ya que eatan mal las direcciones de booking y de google maps. La iluminacion del cuarto es muy pobre a pesar que tiene muchas luces.

• Rysel (7/5): Average at best - Location Noise, room has no sound proofing Tons of light flooding into room from outside, no blackout blinds Whilst upgraded, location of room was next to pool and noise from guests Some sort of rodant ate through a bag of cocoa powder I bought. I was refunded the money but hearing a rodant rummaging on the floor was ear curdling.
