- john (6/5): - I am not sure why this hotel gets such high ratings. It is outside the city of vannes and is in a large big box store parking area. The hotel istelf is nice but basic. Rooms small with a few scuff marks on the paint. So it is an ok hotel but nothing great and quite out of the way

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par un personnel souriant et attentionné. COM ou la direction de cet hôtel qui manque totalement de sens commercial mais ce que je sais c'est que suite à la modification de date de ma réservation j'ai dû payer la chambre deux fois son prix. Sinon cette hôtel est situé dan une zone d'activité très moche, en revanche pas de souci pour stationner à proximité. Le personnel est courtois et peu chaleureux. Belle chambre très propre et buffet de petit déjeuner tres complet.

L'hôtel applique des pénalités equivalentes au prix de la chambre pour une modification... J'ai demandé a L'hôtel de me permettre de modifier la date du sejour ce qui m'a été refusé. La motivation était que cela ne correspond pas aux conditions du tarif annexées mais que je nai jamais reçues ! J'ai perdu le prix d'une nuit et l'hotel un client

Le seul point négatif était la piscine qui était annoncée à 29 degrés mais qui ne l’était pas du tout le second jour. Et l’accès limité à l’espace bien être et sur réservation. - Laura (10/5): - Excellent hotel in a very unusual suburban/industrial area, 4 km from the centre of Vannes. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and the bar in the hotel was terrific. I would love to know why this neighborhood even exists, but as a visitor only staying 24 hours in the area it was worth staying here to save the hassle of driving into the city centre at night. We went into the city the next day and all worked out fine.

- Marte (4/5): Terrible area and disappointing spa - We liked that there were vegan options in the restaurant! And the beds were comfortable! Our mistake was booking this without checking the location properly. I saw the good reviews and got excited about the sauna in the spa. Unfortunately the hotel is located far from the city center, but not in a nice green area, it’s in a parking lot/shopping area with huge stores and nothing nice to look at. The bus to the city center is a nice option, but stops really early in the evening, so you can’t take the bus back after dinner. The spa was a joke 😅 you get one hour in the “spa”. You are not allowed to pour any water on the sauna and there isn’t any way to cool down after being in the sauna. The pool was nice, but small. I guess one hour in the spa makes sense given how small it is and the quality of the spa. The bed was nice! Tho one of the pillows was missing a pillowcase. The bathroom was fine, but the toilet room didn’t have a sink, so you had to go to the bathroom to wash your hands. Touching the handles with dirty hands :/ We appreciated the possibility to fill up bottles with sparkeling water!! The hotel claims to care about sustainability, but use paper cups for the coffee in the room in stead of reusable cups.

Did have alot of trouble finding hotel because of road works having closed direct access to hotel and sat navigation couldn't find away. Rang hotel told them the problem and one of the staff came and met us and we followed their diversion to hotel. Woud never have found them. Not their fault.That was fantastic of them. I think meny hotels wouldn't have done that. Top marks for the staff.

- SABRINA (10/5): Je recommande - Hôtel est très confortable et bien décoré. L'accueil est chaleureux. Parking de l'hôtel fermé la nuit. Spa très agréable. Nombre de personnes au même créneau limité ce qui évite d'être trop nombreux au même moment. Je recommande et reviendrai avec grand plaisir

- Jean-Louis (8/5): au milieu d'une zone commerciale - ni balcon ni patiot, avec le compte rewards silver je pensais avoir un petit plus!!!, j'ai même l'impression que l'ors des dernières rervations par ce biais nous ne sommes pas très appréciés. concernant le spa réserver un créneau horaire pour en profiter je trouve cela dommage.
