- brian (10/5): - Everyone was so welcoming. Met John upon arrival and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Joyce who greet you in the morning and takes your breakfast order is the sweetest, nicest woman I could’ve stayed and talked with her for quite a while. Ping, The cook and baker is unsurpassed as far as other B&B chefs and I’ve had some good ones. The bed was comfortable, had an independent air conditioning unit on top of the Central air, which we only needed at night. The location is ideal. The first day we walked to the Falls and all of its sites. The second day we drove up by Queenston and to Niagara on the lake Ontario for the peach festival. Got to experience the town in a nice way. Then we drove over to Avondale Dairy Bar for the best ice cream I’ve ever had highly recommend. We had a wonderful two day adventure.

Our room was spacious, beautiful and amazingly clean. Breakfasts were generous and delicious. The property is conveniently located about a mile mile from the falls along the Niagara River on a bus line with easy access to the falls or to wine country. We could not ask for a better stay.

- Paul (10/5): Great B&B in Niagara Falls - Joyce and Ping made our stay in Bedham Hall and Niagara Falls a really relaxing stay, very attentive, great cooking, and very comfortable stay (the bed was great after long hard days being a tourist). Joyce and Ping hosted us and were very enthusiastic about looking after us, keeping us fed and letting us share our stories from the previous day and our plans for the day ahead, at the same time guiding us with useful tips and hints for the local area, brilliant hosts. Bedham Hall is also very convenient for those travellers coming into the Bus Terminal and also the WEGO local tourist hop on hop off bus.

This was the perfect place for our family gathering at Niagara Falls.

Cute historic building on northside of Niagara Falls away from the hub bub by the falls but convenient to that area as well as Niagara-on-the-Lake and Shaw festival. Walking distance to bus-station and train station. Large personal refrigerator in room with freezer section. Bed area very cute with firm bed. Bathroom is small, but worked quite well for us. Breakfast was cooked to order, which was good but not blow your socks off-- which is what we wanted. PRICE was fantastic in comparison to what we saw for simple hotel rooms as well as other Bnbs.

The room was absolutely gorgeous - spacious with a lovely bathroom, huge bed (though note - it's a climb to get into it!), wonderful breakfast and great views across the gorge. I can't recommend this enough for anyone who wants to be in striking distance of the falls but in a quiet spot in a lovely old house that has been carefully updated to retain it's style. Everything was first rate!

The bathroom in our room was great a surprise, while the inn retained it's old world charm the bathroom was modern and beautiful. Joyce's breakfasts were delicious and the fruits and pastries only added to the spendor. I would not hesitate to stay at Bedham Hall again or recommend it to others.

- Daniel (8/5): Very Nice Place, Make sure you specify the room - Hotels.com totally misrepresented the type and size of the room. They showed a much larger room with a standup shower. The room we got was much smaller and only had a hot tub with a hand held shower head. The hosts were very nice and the breakfast was exceptional. The room was very clean and had everything we needed.
