• Alexander Haupt (10/5): Perfekte Lage und super Service in der Nähe des Colosseum - WRooms liegt wirklich hervorragend, in der Via Baccia, direkt in der Nähe des Colosseum (5-8 Min. Fußweg) in einer malerischen Gasse. Der Empfang durch Cecilia und Enrico war überaus freundlich, ebenso der Kontakt für Fragen, der durch Whatsapp problemlos erfolgte, auf diesem Wege herzlichen Dank dafür an die beiden! Wir hatten die WSuite gebucht, mit separatem Schlafzimmer, und großem Bad. Es gibt einen Getränkekühlschrank, der immer wieder befüllt wird. Die Suite war etwas kleiner als erwartet und auf den Fotos zu sehen, aber trotzdem ordentlich und genau richtig für unsere Ansprüche. Das Frühstück nebst Rührei wurde sehr liebevoll von Enrico zubereitet, auf unsere Wünsche wurde individuell eingegangen. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig, in guter Lage zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten. In der Nähe gibt´s eine Menge kleine Bars, Bistros und Restaurants. Fazit: klare Empfehlung! Es war alles gut organisiert, kein Grund zur Kritik.

• Cabassi (10/5): SUPER POSITIVO - Appena arrivati in struttura lo staff ad accoglierci è stato veramente gentile e sempre sorridente. In ogni momento del soggiorno se bisogno lui era disponibile. La stanza era pulita e ordinata. Sicuramente anche la vicinanza del Colosseo (5m a piedi aiuta). È stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole, mi spiace essere rimasta così poco perché ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Super consigliata. Ancora complimenti allo staff, grazie di tutto.

Men alltså personalen, framförallt Enrique- vilka stjärnor. Som dom tog hand om oss och gjorde varje frukost och möte till något alldeles extra. Vi kände oss båda så himla nöjda och kan varmt rekommendera detta boende till alla som besöker Rom. En riktig pärla. När/om vi kommer tillbaka är det enbart detta ställe som gäller! La professionalità del personale e l’eccellente livello di pulizia hanno reso il soggiorno estremamente piacevole. Un ringraziamento speciale va ad Enrico, che ogni mattina accoglie gli ospiti con un sorriso autentico e un caloroso buongiorno, preparando una deliziosa colazione in stile americano 🤤. La struttura gode inoltre di una posizione davvero strategica, a pochi passi dal Colosseo, e circondata da un’ampia e variegata offerta di ristoranti. • Alexandru (10/5): Raport calitate preț excelent - Curățenie, personal foarte amabil, mic dejun gustos, camera confortabila cu TV smart, aer condiționat și frigider tip mini bar cu câteva băuturi incluse, locația poziționată aproape de principale atracții și potrivită ca distanța pentru mers pe jos. În cazul nostru am efectuat un check in tarziu, dar am primit prompt toate datele necesare pentru a ajunge la cazare, pentru orientate dar și acces. Deși zona este foarte aglomerata din cauza multitudinii de turiști, cazarea este foarte liniștită fiind într-o curte interioara. Mulțumim Enrico pentru șederea plăcută.

• iona (3/5): Terrible smell - Location and staff were both exceptional. There was a plumbing issue on the first night which was 'fixed' the next day, but in the middle of the night we woke up to a flooded room from the bathroomto half of yhe bedroom and out the door into the hallway. The staff were available via messaging and promised to reimburse that night's cost (not yet forthcoming) and moved us to another hotel at 1am. But the problems from the sewage leak meant that, although the room was cleaned and the staff were very sorry and doing everything thry could to make it better, under the floor remaining unclean water kept seeping back up between the floorboards (laminate) and the smell was appalling. We spent most nights with the window wide open (which diminished privacy as people walked past -not general public, but others in the various apartments connected etc- and felt uncomfortable and exposing at best, if not, unsafe) just to bresth fresh air. We put more towels down on the floor and the dirty water was still soaking into it in areas. The room was cleaned again (we felt sorry for the staff who were trying to improve the situation) each day, and, on the 3rd day, a dehumidifier was put in the room. It got a little better as it dried out, but the bathroom smell was still disgusting and would prevent us having a comfortable night's sleep or being able to recommend this (otherwise clean) accommodation to anyone. Our stay in Rome was wonderful by day, but dreadful by night. By the last night, I was dreading returning to the room, and then we were both ill all night which was not helped by the terrible smell. I'm sure, without the plumbing issue, this would have been a lovely stay. They needed to take up the floor to fix the problem properly. From the look of some of the flooring, skirting and bottom of the bathroom door, this isn't the first flooding issue in the room. I am torn about writing this as I want to be honest and fair but really feel like the staff tried their best and were lovely.

• steen (8/5): - Personalet var alle meget søde, smilende og hjælpsomme. Beliggenheden er helt i top. Lejligheden var som sådan rigtig fine. Der blev gjort rent hver eneste dag i de 4 dage vi var der og det er super, men på toilettet lugtede der fælt af kloak, da noget var utæt. Personalet kan vel lugte det samme som jeg, men der blev intet gjort ved det. Det er det der trækker ned.

Tijdens het ontbijt zorgde Enrico voor heerlijk eten en lekkere koffie. De lokatie van de accommodatie is fantastisch. Op 5 minuten lopen van het Colosseum en op steenworp afstand van een gezellig plein.

• Joanna (8/5): Room for improvement - Room was comfortable, clean and tidy. Location - superb, in walking distance to most of places you want to see in Rome. Few nice restaurants just over the road. Worst experience we actually had before arrival - originally we've been advised that check in is after 3pm, a day before we have received a text message that reception will be closed on arrival day at 1:30pm , which was still okay as our flight was early morning. On the day, we've received another text that reception will be closed at 11:30am and we have to send photos of our passports via watsapp for registration. We were a bit anxious about it, but had no choice as we couldn't get to the hotel that early and didn't want to be left without a room for a night. We did as asked, then arrived there just before 12noon and guess what - room wasn't ready🤷🏻‍♀️ anyway ,we went to eat something and came back later... Also, breakfast could contain more local stuff i.e. tomatos, olive etc, instead of american style egg and bacon stuff.

Yeme içme yerleri için seçenek çok. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve anlayışlı. Her gün temizlik yapıldı, havlular değiştirildi. Wsuit odasında 3 kişi konakladık ve yeterliydi. Duş alışılmışın dışındaydı. Elle tutulabilen duş olması da iyi olurdu. Kapı arkalarında askı düşünülebilirdi.

• Stefanie (10/5): Definitiv einen Besuch wert! - Enrico war ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Er war jeden Tag bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Es gab jeden Morgen frisches Rührei, Bacon und Cappuccino. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir hatten das Movie Zimmer und konnten jeden Abend über den Beamer Filme schauen. Die Pension ist mitten im Zentrum gelegen und liegt nur knapp 10 Gehminuten vom Kolloseum entfernt. Dennoch befindet sich die Pension in einem Innenhof und ist daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Man hört die Geräusche aus der Küche. Hat man allerdings einen festen Schlaf, sollte das ganze kein Problem sein.

• Giulia (9/5): Una chicca a due passi dal Colosseo - Struttura a Roma in posizione eccezionale, a due passi dal Colosseo e comodissima sia alla metro che alle fermate degli autobus. Colazione favolosa, curata nei minimi dettagli. L’host e il cuoco sono davvero simpatici, accoglienti e super disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. Consigliatissima! Unica nota: i led in camera non funzionavano, ma per il resto è stato tutto super.

A doua zi, dupa check-out ne am putut lasa bagajele la cazare ca sa mai explorăm orasul. Un mare plus, pentru ca nu ne-am mai carat cu ele dupa noi. Multumim mult pentru amabilitate! • Kevin (10/5): One of the best place to stay ! - The property was great. Nice safe area with a great location 500 feet towards the coliseum. But the greatest part about it was the host Enrico. The place is close to perfect but if I was being picky I’d say the smell of the spa was a little strong.

Budynek jest odizolowany od ulicy, dzięki czemu noce są spokojne. Właściciel, Enrico jest bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny, w każdym aspekcie. Codziennie przygotowuje pyszne śniadanie, w którym każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pokój czysty i schludny. Miejsce godne polecenia.

It closed to everything . You do not need to schedule a your bis because all the attractions are walking distance

Nos aconsejaron que rutas hacer, donde comer, nos preparaban el desayuno cada mañana, sin duda volvería! Muy familiar Creo que habría que reformarlo un poco, nos alojamos en WSpa y la ducha de chorros no funcionaba estaba taponada, como no tenía presión tardabas mucho en ducharte

Servicio de 10, super atent@s, con todas las indicaciones y comodidades por parte de Anthoni, adelantándose a las posibles dudas. Tiene una zona común para los huéspedes, donde puedes desayunar cómodamente, buffet e incluso te preparan el café si lo quieres. Habitaciones limpias (al menos en la que yo estoy WMovie) que además tiene una pantalla de cine por si quieres ponerte una película antes de ir a dormir Muy cerca del Coliseo, de hecho si giras una calle lo ves de fondo.
