• Michael (9/5): Angenehmes Innenstadthotel mit Blick auf die Festung - Sehr gute Lage in der Innenstadt von Kufstein. Außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit vielen Bio-Produkten (Bio-Milch, Bio-Eier). Das Hotel verfügt über eine Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Festung Kufstein sowie nüber ein gutes Reastaurant.
• Robert (8/5): - Za nás výborná kuchyně-večeře. Snídaně v pohodě, dobrý výběr. Objedávali jsme o vikend cestou do Itálie a vyšel na nás pokoj směrem na silnici. Okny pronikal celkem dost hluk od aut.
• Dino (4/5): Werde wohl nicht mehr buchen - Lage im Zentrum Betten "durchgelegen", unbequem. Sonntagabend Restaurant/Bar geschlossen. OK, kein Problem, aber Minibar bis auf 2 Flaschen Wasser auch leer. Der Getränkeautomat außer Betrieb!!! Sollte in einem 4* Hotel nicht vorkommen.

• Bernd (10/5): Ein heimisch-professionell Stadthotel im Herzen von Kufstein - Das ist ein sehr elegant, aber auch sehr heimisch Hotel, die Ausstattung ist wunderschön, gleichzeitig modern und auch traditionell. Professionell und freundlich. Die Dame konnte allein beim Frühstück den Dienst nicht gut leisten, der Nachschub war nicht genug (schnell). Abgesehen davon ist der Raum für Frühstück wunderschön!

• Specht (6/5): Für einen nicht allzulangen Aufenthalt ist es zu empfehlen. - Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum. Man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Unser Doppelzimmer war sauber aber ziemlich klein. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Sehr gut. Das Bad ist sehr eng.

Aamiainen monipuolinen paikallisine herkkuineen. Lyhyt matka vanhaan kaupunkiin ja lähistöllä runsaasti kahviloita ja ravintoloita. Kokolattiamatto tuntui vanhanaikaiselta, ei kuitenkaan häirinnyt oleskelua. Aamiaisen kahvi ei ollut kovin herkullista, baarista kyllä sai täydellisen cappucinon. Hotellin ravintola oli suljettu 3 iltana. onneksi aivan vieressä oli runsaasti vaihtoehtoja tarjolla.

• Paul (10/5): - Excellent location; 15 minute walk from the train station. The castle and town centre are basically on your doorstep. The staff are very attentive and knowledgeable. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection to choose from.
• Annabel (9/5): Parfait. - nous étions un groupe scolaire et avons particulièrement apprécié que vous nous ayez attribué pour notre groupe de garçons (et aussi pour les filles ) l'espèce d'appart hotel avec 3 chambres différentes et un salon. Cela a permis aux élèves de se retrouver le soir sans déranger les voisins. les filles ont adoré la chambre avec les fenêtres bay avec vue sur la montagne. Petit déjeuner copieux et bon. En arrivant, l'hôtesse d'accueil nous a dit que vous n'aviez pas de réservations à notre nom. Or la réservation a été effectuée avec Booking et elle ne la trouvait pas. Elle aurait pu davantage se renseigner avant, ceci nous aurait évité de stresser pendant 5 min.

• Christoph (8/5): - Gut geführtes Hotel. Gutes Frühstück. Die Tiefgarage des Hotels hätte besser beschildert sein müssen, da ein anderes Hotel direkt daneben liegt und ich natürlich zuerst in das falsche Parkhaus gefahren bin.

Same (extra) cost (12 euro), but hotel advertises parking available on booking.com and it does not mention this parking fee! So, as a guest you expect free hotel parking…

• Dirk (8/5): - Es ist im großen und ganzen ein sehr schönes Hotel. Es liegt innerstädtisch, sodass man gleich km Zentrum ist. Das Zimmer war sehr schön gewesen und modern. Jedoch waren die Matratzen für unsere Verhältnisse sehr ausgelegen. Weiterhin war nicht alles gründlich gereinigt. Hier war der Spiegel im Bad noch beschmiert. Das Frühstücksbufet war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich gewesen. Lediglich die Brötchen haben gefehlt. Diese wurden, nachdem wir mit dem Frühstück fertig waren, auf Anfrage von anderen Gästen nachgereicht. Es ist bereits alles zusammengefasst worden.

• Corinna (9/5): Ich komme gern wieder. - Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer optimal eingerichtet und sauber. Die Lage ist zentral und somit ideal, um die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen. Für mich war die Frühstückszeit um 7 Uhr etwas zu spät, da mein Bus (täglich zur Firma) bereits um 7.30 Uhr ging. In der Winterzeit hatte ich mir auf dem Fußweg die Hosenbeine verschmutzt und eine Kleiderbürste nachgefragt. Es wäre schön, wenn eine solche verfügbar gewesen wäre.

Poderia ser sem custo na parte de fora pq não tinha nenhum carro e uma funcionária abriu a porta do meu quarto as 07.45h e me acordou sendo que iria acordar as 09h. Foi desagradável.

• Peter (8/5): - Das Frühstück war gut, die Auswahl am Buffet reichlich. Der Preis mit ungefähr € 30.- aber halt trotzdem recht saftig. Hätte unser Aufenthalt länger gedauert, hätte ich das Hotelfrühstück sicher nicht mehr in Anspruch genommen. Auch weil es in dem Raum kein Tageslicht gibt.
