- Valerio (10/5): Nonostante il brevissimo soggiorno, è stata una piacevolissima scoperta. - La stanza era davvero bella, spaziosa, pulita e ricca di confort. Colazione molto buona, ottima la cena (la pizza mi ha colpito molto), parcheggio disponibile sia internamente che nelle strisce comunali. Ci tornerei! Onestamente nulla.

L'unica pecca l'ho riscontrata nel box doccia; grande ed accogliente senza dubbio nel quale però ho rischiato di cadere a causa del sapone che rende oltremodo scivoloso il piatto doccia; pertanto sarebbe opportuno applicare ad esso dei listelli antiscivolo ed anche, possibilmente, una maniglia di appiglio alla parete.

Ho avuto qualche difficoltà a salire tutte quelle scale per presentarmi alla reception. Dovrebbero contemplare un sistema che superi l’inconveniente di tante scale.

- Paola (8/5): - Hotel completamente rinnovato, confortevole, pulito. Comodo avere bar e ristorante nello stesso stabile. La struttura ha anche un garage ma occorre prenotare per poter trovare posto. E' comunque abbastanza vicino un parcheggio pubblico grande. L'hotel è a poca distanza dal teatro Gesualdo. Personale gentile Un caldo eccessivo nella stanza, nonostante avessimo spento i riscaldamenti. abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra semiaperta perché l'aria era soffocante. La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata con qualche specialità in più, è abbastanza scarna. Basterebbe poter aggiungere qualche prodotto da forno del bar della stessa struttura

- Deborah (5/5): Soggiorno deludente - La posizione centrale Stanza surriscaldata nonostante avessimo spento il riscaldamento con necessità di lasciare aperta la finestra per non sentirsi soffocare (all'esterno facevano -2 gradi). Sala della colazione al contrario gelida. Colazione non a livello di un 4 stelle, con parte salata scarsa e scadente e bevande calde da macchinetta nonostante all'albergo sia associato un bar/pasticceria di qualità.

Anche il parcheggio interno comodo e coperto La colazione poco ricca, il valore del parcheggio forse eccessivo. Non mi é piaciuto per niente il comportamento della persona che controlla il frigobar, senza avvisarmi ha aperto la finestra della camera e aperto le tende, facendo arrivare il sole direttamente sul mio portatile che avevo lasciato sulla scrivania. Per fortuna sono rientrato in camera 15 minuti dopo l'apertura della finestra e ho potuto togliere il computer dall'eccessiva esposizione al sole che aveva giá gonfiato la parte del monitor che si era scaldato oltremisura. Quasi perdo il computer. Ho denunciato il fatto alla cameriera e alla reception dove non si sono allarmati poi tanto. Lamento tanta indifferenza.

La vicinanza dell' Hotel a tutti i punti di mio interesse hanno reso buono il soggiorno,fra l' altro l' hotel è nel pieno centro cittadino, dunque comodissimo. La pulizia della camera. Ottime ristorante e pasticceria al piano terra. In un 4 stelle l’acqua in stanza(almeno una bottiglietta a testa) dovrebbe essere offerta e non fatta pagare 1.50€.
