• Marina (10/5): Eine tolle Villa mit super Blick aufs Meer - Die Villas liegen an einem wunderschönen, ruhigen Strandabschnitt, der zum Baden einlädt. Die Villas sind sehr modern und alle gleich konzipiert. 3 Bäder mit Dusche und 3 Schlafzimmer. 2 Schlafzimmer in der 1. Etage (Master und Kind) und ein Kind im EG neben dem großzügigen Wohnbereich mit Küche. Die Fensterfront lässt sich direkt zum Pool/Garten öffnen, weshalb alles sehr offen und weitläufig wirkt. Wir haben uns das Upgrade in die Beachvilla geleistet und sind im Nachhinein sehr froh. Durch den weiten Blick auf das großartige Meer haben wir unser Zuhause (ja, so haben wir uns gefühlt) 5 Tage nicht verlassen und nur von Meer zu Pool zu Essen gehüpft. Das hat sich gelohnt. Das Frühstück war großartig und konnte jeden Tag à la carte gewählt werden. Der Pool war angenehm und alles war sehr gepflegt. Wir haben die Privatsphäre sehr geschätzt. - Manche Geräte sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen oder nicht hochwertig investiert (Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine). - Nicht dramatisch, aber aus meiner Sicht einfach eine Kleinigkeit: 1 Kaffee pro Tag ist gratis und jeder weitere kostet - dies wird sogar abgezählt 😅 - Kapseln sind besonders und können nicht selbst gezahlt werden. Aus meiner Sicht wäre das einfach, Kunden noch ein bisschen glücklicher zu machen. (Wassertank / Spülmaschinentabs und Waschmittel sind inklusive) - Der nächste Supermarkt ist 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Nicht weiter schlimm, aber man kann eben nicht schnell was kaufen (wird aber alles von der Villa auch zu entsprechenden Preisen angeboten)

• maxime (10/5): MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR - Accueil chaleureux villa magnifique moderne et très propre bien entretenue,à quelques mètres d'une très belle plage avec transats pour les résidents des villas. A l'arrivée 1 bouteille de lait, 1 de jus de fruits et 1 grosse bonbonne d'eau offerte. liquide vaisselle, quelques pastilles de lave vaisselle, torchons, sel poivre sucre fourni pour démarrer le séjour petits déjeuners excellent il y a de base des fruits,2 cafés par personne et ensuite on a une grande liste avec différents plats chauds à choisir( crêpes,pains perdus,omelette etc...)1 par personne très copieux. les commandes se font via un groupe watsapp. Le premier soir la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre de ma fille le personnel est intervenu immédiatement pendant plus d'une heure à 20h un jour férié pour effectué la réparation. le ménage est fait le ménage est fait , merci à DIPAK pour ses conseils de visites et ses sculptures de serviettes, tout le personnel est aux petits soins et très gentils je pense comme tous les mauriciens :) nous n'avons pas mangé dans la villa mais il y un menu également pour les repas du midi et soir (large choix) la piscine est très agréable avec petite cascade et à température parfaite . literie impeccable lieu très calme bon spot de snorkelling une multitude de poissons de toutes les couleurs le petit bémol ne concerne pas la villa mais le manque de restaurants à trou d'eau douce si vous ne réservez pas c'est compliqué un soir on a vraiment galéré on a fait pas mal de kilomètres car pas mal de restaurants du coté de bellemare indiqué sur internet appartiennent à des hôtels et ne prennent pas forcément des clients de l'extérieur
• FLORENCE (8/5): On y retournerait sans hésiter! - Le personnel était exceptionnel! Tout le monde aux petits soins pour nous et d'une gentillesse inégalable! Kunal répondait à nos moindres désirs en moins de temps qu'il ne faut pour le dire! Taslima et son équipe étaient vraiment super! La maison était très agréable, très privée à l'abris des regards des voisins. Nous avons pu profiter de l'excellente cuisine préparée avec amour par le chef du complexe, un régal! un petit bémol pour la machine à café imposée, dont les capsules ne se trouvent pas en magasin et sont facturées EUR 1.00 chacune. Mais une fois de plus Kunal nous a trouvé une solution! ....et les oreillers étaient un peu durs à notre goût. Taslima nous en a trouvé d'autres un peu plus confortables.
• Silke (9/5): Es waren tolle 5 Tage, leider war es mega stürmisch aber dafür kann die Anlage ja nichts. - Eine tolle kleine Anlage, viel Privatsphäre. Das Personal super freundliche und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten die Villa direkt am Strand, der Ausblick war der Knaller, besser geht nicht. Das Frühstück wurde morgens pünktlich gebracht und war super lecker. Wir haben zweimal Abendessen bestellt, war sehr lecker und Preis Leistung super.

The private pool and outdoor space were perfect for relaxing. The location was peaceful and close to the beach. Staff were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Wi-Fi could have been stronger in some parts of the villa, but overall it didn’t affect our experience much. And the price it’s over .

• Frank (10/5): - Die Villa war wirklich toll, alles war wie beschrieben, die Zimmer, Küche und Badezimmer waren super ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden mit einem Empfangskomitee begrüßt und man konnte jederzeit in der zentralen Küche Essen bestellen, besonders toll wenn man gerade angereist ist. Die Terrasse und der Pool mit Wasserfall waren wirklich schön. Jeden Tag wurde sauber gemacht und das Personal war immer zuverlässig und aufmerksam, auch als eine Palette Bier verschwunden ist 👍. Der direkte Weg zum Strand lässt auch hier keine Wünsche offen. Zusammengefasst, eine tolle Villa an der Ostküste, absolut empfehlenswert. Fünf Sterne!

My only complaint was the dishwasher lol, but we prefer washing our own dishes anyway to get a really good clean. The management team was perfection! They planned the most amazing birthday celebration for me, they planned a wonderful private boat ride excursion, and were extremely helpful! I've traveled around the world and this is definitely in my top favourite accomodations thus far. Our breakfast was exceptional! The one thing we would suggest is having someone to clean up large amounts of seaweed that washes up on the beach. That would have made this accomodation a 10/10...But as mentioned, this is very minor. I was extremely happy with this villa, the customer service, the cleaners....EVERYTHING.
• Kay (10/5): Perfect beach vacation spot and renewal of vows - Everything was amazing from the moment we arrived, including the location, accommodations, and services, that went above and beyond, over and over again — thanks to the manager Kunal Ghurbhurrun and his entire team. Kunal helped with all our Mauritius plans from booking cabs and dinner reservations, to helping me pull off a surprise 25th anniversary renewal of vows ceremony. It included gorgeous flowers, super fun 3-member band, photographer, and an amazing dinner on the beach — all on a super affordable budget! They even pulled off suddenly moving it one day due to weather, and the housekeeping team surprised us with a gorgeous floral heart on our “Honeymoon bed“. They created the best lifetime memories and were so gracious along the way. We would have just been happy with the perfect air conditioned villa, stocked with filtered water, coffee and even some local infused rums — with breakfast delivered to our dining room each morning, and gated parking for our rental car. But it was so much more. We are so happy we chose the private Villas instead of the usual resorts, and it was more affordable and personalized thanks to Kunal! We are used to ants near sinks in Los Angeles so that didn’t really bother us, as long as we rinsed our dishes, and they had spray to stay on top of it.
• Mischella (10/5): Luxurious and relaxing getaway - Our recent stay at this luxury villa was truly delightful, offering exceptional value for its reasonable price. We were particularly impressed with how the villa was designed and the place was fully equipped providing us with everything we needed. We loved the private beach access, which offered a breathtaking vantage point for a truly majestic sunrise each morning. While the shore did have some seaweed, which wasn't cleared like at other properties nearby, it didn't detract significantly from the overall experience. We visited in June, and while the waves were a bit too strong for snorkeling directly from the villa's beach, we easily drove to Belle Mare for some excellent snorkeling and to enjoy the abundant marine life there. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, adding to the positive atmosphere of our trip.

Special thanks to Gaby, who took care of all our concerns and wishes at all times. He contacted us before we arrived and the checkin was very easy. Parking is direct onsite. Apart from that, I can only agree with the previous speakers' positive comments. Fantastic view, super tasty breakfast and a beautiful beach where you are almost alone. The pool is super clean and invites you to relax. We think the prices for the minibar are absolutely fair and reasonable, especially the homemade rum from Gaby rounds off every meal. • Varun (5/5): Research for a better property - The bedding is not replaced regularly The manager stated that the bedding would only be replaced on completion of stay In case I wanted to change the bedding I would have to pay extra Also the towels were not replaced daily The charge per cleaning and replacement of towel was 50 MUR per towel which was absurd The manager was in a rush to complete handover of keys , he did not even allow me to use the washroom until the formalities were over on our arrival It is very disappointing to see the utter lack of hygiene practices in which something as basic as a towel is not replaced regularly Basic items like drinking water was also chargeable The housekeeping had not kept the Villa ready for arrival : Towel was missing , Salt n Sugar was not replenished before handover of keys Though the manager states that the pool water is cleaned automatically , the system runs only for 5 minutes throughout a 24 hour period Hospitality and hygiene are a major lack in the property !

The beach with the villa is one of the better beaches that we saw on the island with some good waves ( my son loved it)- it was quiet and scenic, Food was good and the staff were also very welcoming.

And all plates are covered with with plastic which is unsafe to cover hot food with plastic. - The kitchen doesn’t seem clean to me and the chef is not wearing the proper tools during cooking!!! It’s unprofessional way!

The large open doors were great but leaving the main glass doors open after dark usually invited small creatures of the night in. We learned to close the doors to prevent this, although that meant less air in the main room.. Visitors of the night usually left quick enough anyway even if they got in. I guess it's nature, but something to prevent this (maybe something that covered the ground from end to end that blocked entry but still allowed the doors to be open) would be good. TV had some on demand content (tv5) including recent football matched but live tv would be good too. Beds were comfortable but there were reports that the bunk bed mattresses were a little hard. A cafetier for coffee would be a useful addition to the kitchen. There were coffee capsules available.

• Teresa (10/5): as above - well done to you all for making our holiday and very happy and memorable time. - we only had breakfast once but it was very nice and the chef s were excellent - we had private dinning in our villa on New Years eve - which was excellent - they prepared the table and dressed it up and made it a very very special eve - thank you so much for that . nothing to complain about - everything was excellent - we had our own taxi driver for the 10 days - supplied by the gaby - 15 mins notice - - everyone was so friendly and helpful - nothing was an issue - and no cash exchange for services - we settled our final account on the departure top up of supplies in fridge and Ould pre order anything we needed from the supermarket and it was supplied. fantastic - lovely lovely memorable holiday - will definitely recommend to others and will definitely return . well done for making our holiday . sending all our best wishes to all staff and wishing you happy new year 2023. thanks. • Stanley (9/5): Highly recommended if you're looking for a quiet beach gateway... - Too much to say, but will say we stayed there for our honeymoon and we had a great time. Gaby was great from the moment we booked the villa till the last min when we left. Most of our requests for decor and drinks were met. Instructions were cleared from what was expected from us during our stay to prevented any confusions at check-out. Gaby helped arrange daily activities for us with an all day driver (Avish) which was great and educated us of the religious history of the island. Everything was well priced. Staff were amazing, especially Deepak. He got us coconuts and was always available to assist. Villa was huge, with warm private pool (not heating pool). Chefs were on-point with the food. They were able to tweak things for us to ensure we got what we needed. Desserts are not in the menu, but they can provide you with some if you ask for it. Overall, we would stay there again if we find ourselves going in that direction. Would highly recommend to others. Lastly, please be kind to the staff members. They are hardworking individuals and some with barrier language. There were a few minor things, but the biggest would have been good to know ahead of time drinking at the beach is not allowed. Hence, there's no bars in the area at all to get drinks. And the other thing would have been a warning sign at the beach to warn people of things that could poke them in the water if they don't wear shoes.

• Hamed (10/5): Exeptional experience and warmly welcoming people - We have been pleased to stay in this villa. The beachfront view was excellent and the facilities were amazing. The villa manager Mr.Gaby was a great help in our tour he and he helped us to explore this beautiful island. The Chefs are amazing. This side of the island is very calm. The menu dose not include middle eastern dishes. I suggest you add Kabab , shish tawook, lamb chops , Plain rice, Veggie Pizza and Fattosh Salad.

• Alicja (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing personel, very helpful, whatever was needed was delivered immediately, amazing view on the ocean from the salon, outsie of property very nice and climatic, great beach We were there during september so because pool wasnt heated water was too cold to get to the pool, old furnitures, in the kitchen cabinets smelled really bad, so every time I took some dish I had to wash it before using, in som places was rust in the kitchen or in the bathroom, generally villa is very nice but its old and once its renovated would be much better stay.

• Peter (10/5): Perfect place for a family vacation - The villa was modern and spacious and with a nice pool, very private garden and extremely close to great beach with few people. If you want a stay to be withyour family this is a great choice.
• Magnus Karneus (10/5): Frontline beach!! - Kom precis hem från vår fina vistelse på Stylia Villas i Mauritius. Kan inget annat än säga att vi hade en magisk resa, där allt verkligen varit tipp topp! Gaby har funnits tillgänglig per telefon och Whatsapp när vi haft frågor eller velat boka aktiviteter. Och hjälpt oss direkt när vi haft lite problem att sätta på ACn på kyla. Då kom teamet direkt och räddade oss då värmen var outhärdlig. Vi hade villa nummer 1 och den var verkligen number ONE! Ännu finare än vad bilderna visar. Helt makalös utsikt och havet att vakna upp till varje dag från master bedroom. Ska ni hit så boka inget annat än frontline beach villorna. Det kostar en slant extra men det är det verkligen värt! Tusen tack för en oförglömlig resa. Vi har spenderat dagarna på den privata stranden, snorkla, solat och haft det bra vid poolen. Detta ligger på den bästa sidan av ön - enligt oss! +++++

Toller Blick aufs Meer. Abendessen/Barbecue lohnt sich von den Köchen der Villas. Vom Frühstück waren wir enttäuscht. Ausgesprochen freundliche und zuvorkommende Angstellte.
• Noname (10/5): perfekte Villa mit direktem Strandzugang - Der Empfang kann nur per Telefon oder Mail arrangiert werden. Vor Ort ist ohne Ankündigung keine Schlüsselübergabe möglich. Die Villen, insgesamt 6, werden bewacht. Zusätzlich hat jede Villa eine Alarmanlage. Es wird jeden Tag der Boden gewischt, und die Betten gemacht. Alle drei Tage werden die Handtücher gewechselt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Villa sehr geräumig, mit drei Schlafzimmern, eines davon mit Kinderzimmer ( 2Etagenbetten), ein riesiges Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile. An Geschirr ist alles vorhanden. Wenn man keine Lust zum Kochen hat, kann man am Vortag etwas bestellen, und es wird gegen Gebühr für einen frisch gekocht. Entweder in der eigenen Villa, oder ausserhalb. Ein Barbeque kann auch bestellt werden. Dann kommt der Koch mit Grill, und grillt für einen, was man haben will ( vorher bestellt). Es gibt einen eigenen Garten mit Liegen und kleinem Pool(ca.5m x3m), welcher flach abfällt. An der tiefste Stelle ca. 110cm. Der abgebildete Wasserfall im Pool funktioniert leider momentan nicht, neue Pumpe wird aber bestellt. Es ist sehr ruhig, sogar am Strand sind bei schönem Wetter Liegen aufgestellt, etwas störend sind die streunenden Hunde am Strand, welche sich auch nicht wirklich verscheuchen lassen. Man kann in der Villa einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub verbringen. Große Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat man im Ort nicht, gegenüber ist ein Taxistand. Zum nächsten Einkaufszentrum sind es ca. 15 Kilometer nach Centre de Flaq. Hier gibt es mehrere große Supermärkte.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent villa to stay - We stayed at villas for 8 days, 2 adults + 2 children + 1 baby. Access to beach was excellent, less than a minute walk. Beautiful beach. Room was very clean with fully equipped kitchen. Villa manager and everybody at villa were so polite, friendly and helpful. There was some misunderstanding on how halfboard pricing works, but it was not a big issue. If villa can explain more detail such as what are the menu and price for adult and children, there would be less confusion. Food quality was good, we all enjoyed. I would like to say thank you to all the villa staff for kind support during the stay. The service qualtiy was excellent as what other people rated.
• Fredrik (8/5): Very comfortable villa at a quiet beach. - The house was very nice and perfectly situated close to the beach. Really quiet and comfortable, the beach was super and almost empty. You can order meals, breakfast, tours etc by the manager but be sure you agree on the price before you decide. It is not always clear and misunderstandings could occur.

• Tim (10/5): Great private villas! - Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, large living room, well equipped kitchen, private pool, great customer service, nice beach... Overall excellent place to stay. The food that the in-house chef prepares is also excellent. You will always get cheaper when dining in town, but the convenience is great and the prices good. The resident manager is superb in talking care of all your needs.
• Alberto (10/5): Villa su una delle spiagge più belle - La villa è molto bella e può ospitare fino a otto persone. La spiaggia, secondo me tra le più belle, è veramente a due passi anche in quelle più distanti. L'unica nota negativa è che per arrivare camminando, al paesino più vicino che dista circa 1,5 km, bisogna camminare a bordo strada e non è poi cosi larga. I marciapiedi non esistono.
