Jeffrey (9/5): Beautiful building with great rooms. - The thing about Spanish ratings is that they are strictly bureaucratic with required criteria for specific stars. Because this hotel is a historic building many of the changes required for multiple stars cannot be made. So ignore the star rating. This is a beautiful building with excellent rooms. Excellent breakfast, close to the train station.

Markus (9/5): - Ist am Rade der Altstadt . Parklätue in der Nähe sind vorhandem und nur ein paar Meter weg. Der Bahnhof görich um die Ecke. Ein einzigartiges Flair. Ehemaliges Kloster. Die Fenster sind schallgedämmt daher sehr ruhig. Gutes umfangreiches Frühstick Ideal zum Erkunden der Stadt. Also war sehr gut. Das einzige war das wir den eingang mit dem Navi gesucht hatten und deswegen 2 mal vorbei gingen. Lieber auf die Schilder schauen. War ein Fehler von uns.

Camera assegnata confinante col cantiere dell' Hotel (che sta facendo lavori di ristrutturazione e manutenzione). In pratica nella stanza accanto lavoravano durante il giorno con martello pneumatico. Per cui dopo era praticamente impossibile rimanere in camera dopo le 08.30/09.00. Diciamo che ci saremmo aspettati una attenzione migliore nell' assegnazione camera ... anche perché non mi pareva proprio strapieno...

The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was equipped with all the necessary toiletries. It was a bit difficult to find at first, as it is located inside a monastery/church building.

Als Zwischenhalt gut - Ein herrliches Ambiente, - altes Kloster, das Frühstück war so liebevoll und köstlich bereit gestellt. Ein festgelegtes Zeitfenster von jeweils einer Stunde für das Frühstück. Für uns die beste Zeit zwischen 9 und 10 Uhr war bereits ausgebucht, somit eben von 8 bis Uhr Uhr.

Si bien al momento de partir, el camino parece facil, pero a la llegada sin conocer el lugar, las callecitas, los sentidos de transito, uno se enreda bastante ! Un plano seria lo ideal !

Philippe (10/5): Un lieu d'histoire, aux vastes espaces communs et au service impeccable - Dormir dans un lieu historique est une expérience fabuleuse : couvent autour de son cloître. Une chambre immense, bien décorée, ainsi que tout l'espace. La situation de l'hôtel à l'interface entre le port et la ville ancienne nous a permis de découvrir la ville dans toute sa richesse. Le petit-déjeuner était assez quelconque.

Dorothea (6/5): Ideale Lage, aber nicht wirklich erholsam. - Lage ist sehr zentral. Öffentlicher Parkplatz (16€/Tag) in der Nähe. Bei Ankunft war das Zimmer nicht sauber- Staub und Haare auf dem Boden. Nach Mitteilung kümmerte sich die Belegschaft darum und wischte nochmals nach. Durch die Bauweise ist extrem hellhörig: Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern (Dusche, Toilettenspülung, Schnarchen, Stühlerücken), Aufzug. Aufgrund der Lage hört man natürlich auch Geräusche von der Straße, aber das ist nicht zu verhindern. Es gibt ein Duftkonzept mit Spendern, die im Flur Düfte versprühen. Wir fanden dies extrem unangenehm und fast reizend in der Nase.

Sven (1/5): Parkplätze irreführend und zum Teil unfreundliches Personal - Das Hotel ist besonders keine Frage. Wir haben pro Nacht 160€ bezahlt sicher hart an der Grenze für ein 1 Sterne Hotel aber dafür ist es zentral und hat schon einen gewissen Charme. Das Frühstück ist gut. Ob es 15€ Wert ist, kann man diskutieren, wir würden es nicht noch mal buchen. Das Personal ist freundlich dazu später mehr. Alles in allem kann man das so machen. Warum die Abwertung auf einen Stern? Auf booking.com ist verzeichnet, dass Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Auf DREIMALIGES Nachfragen wurde immer wieder mit dem gleichen Textbausteinen geantwortet. Zwar mit Namen von irgendwelchen öffentlichen Parkhäusern aber nichts konkretes. Keine Google Maps Links nichts. Das Hotel ist nicht direkt von der Straße erreichbar, so das wir erst mal in ein öffentliches Parkhaus gefahren sind. Dann wurde uns erklärt, dass dies keine Parkplätze des Hotels sind, sondern öffentliche Parkplätze / Parkhäuser. Diese kann man eigenverantwortlich benutzen. Geht’s noch? So könnte jedes Hotel in booking.com schreiben, dass es Parkplätze hat ( bei Verfügbarkeit ). Super was mache ich in der Hauptsaison, wenn vielleicht alle Parkplätze voll sind und ich das Hotel in gutem Glauben gebucht habe, weil es Parkplätze hat. Das ist schon ziemlich anrüchig. Wir haben bei booking.com ein Doppelbett angefragt. Im Hotel wurde uns ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gegen. Auf den Hinweis teilte uns der Mann an der Rezeption mit, das Hotel hätte nur in den Suiten Doppelbetten. Später konfrontierte ich ihn mit den Bildern und der Beschreibung aus booking.com. Daraufhin sagt er dann wieder was anderes, dass aktuell keine Zimmer mit Doppelbetten verfügbar wären. Ich verwies darauf, dass er dann ja bei bockig.com hätte antworten können, dass es keine solchen Zimmer gäbe und eine Stornierung hätte anbieten können. Er verwies wieder auf die Textbausteine. Ich weitere Kommunikation vermieden. Ich hätte das gerne mit dem Management geklärt, leider wollte mir die Dame am nachten Da weder Namen des Kollegen nennen (auch ein Unding) noch die Mailadresse des Managements. Daraufhin habe ich mich entschieden, dass in der Rezession zuschreiben.

THIEBAULT (10/5): La découverte d’une ville plus calme que Séville, moins touristique mais avec un intérêt historique alliant plage et bon - L’ambiance qui invite à la sérénité. Un accueil très professionnel. La localisation très proche de la gare, proche du centre historique sans être bruyant.

Jan (9/5): A wonderful place to stay - Great value for money and full of character, this beautiful converted convent is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are a modest size but have everything you need for a good night's sleep and the location is central. Breakfast was delicious.

Elizabeth (9/5): Toppenplats, med känsla att bo i Cádiz på riktigt. - Det låg väldigt centralt och det var en del i Cádiz historia , varit kloster, det fanns den stämningen kvar, tillhörande kyrkan var öppen från gatan på kvällen. Det fanns parkering nära. Eftersom jag har svårt att gå i trappor gillade jag inte den lilla trappan ner till receptionen. Det fanns trapphiss för rullstol.
John (9/5): Lovely hotel in a great part of Cadiz with nearby parking - We parked in Las Calesas parking which was only 100m from the hotel. The hotel has a very large courtyard and the music played there let you think it was still a convent. Very friendly staff and a good-sized room which was very clean and had a good sized, comfortable bed. The room had a good view of the port and even though it was on a busy road it was very quiet and there were no problems sleeping. There were plenty of places to eat, drink and visit and it was very relaxing. A great breakfast and we were very pleased with our stay.

Bernhard (10/5): Etwas "äußergewöhnlich", deshalb auch etwas Besonderes. Jederzeit wieder. - Außergewöhnliches Hotel in einem Kloster mit einem beeindruckenden Innenhof. Parken im öffentlichen Parkplatz wird vom der super freundlichen Personal empfohlen.
