- Martina K (4/5): - This motel needs a current review from Choice. I told them that in my review. The pool was contaminated. The vending machines don’t work. Our a/c rumbled all night. But the most grievous sin was that our room did d not have a smoke detector. It was part of the fire alarm system and had been removed. That is a major violation of City of Wichita and Kansas State fire codes. I will not stay here again. The motel parking for the airport was convenient but the motel does NOT offer shuttle service. The inconvenience and lack of safety for the occupants is far overlooked and overdue.

- Cassandra (8/5): Great place to stay - The staff attempted to call us multiple times before we arrived to let us know the elevators were out of order and they would be happy to get us into the hotel next door so we didn't have to take the stairs to the third floor. We chose to stay and take the stairs. It wasn't an issue at all and couldn't be helped. The staff were great about it. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and quiet. They offer shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, a hair dryer and clean towels. They had plenty of hot water for showers. The hotel offered breakfast.

- William (10/5): - Swanky big-city vibes and amenities in a Salina, Kansas location. Our room had multiple rooms and everything needed for an extended stay. Very spacious. It was the host hotel for the conference we were attending and it did not disappoint! They provided a great facility for our conference/retreat. The meeting area(s) were nice and comfortable, and the staff did a great job providing refreshments and meals for our group.

- Red (6/5): - It was a modern and clean room but the door wouldnt open and close without a llt of effort. The door jamb or somthing must have been damaged previously. The walls are super thin. Apon arriving we could hear the gentleman next doors phone conversation word for word, he wasnt raising his voice either.. It was hard to stay in the room with that going on. The evening host was not that helpfull but the morng staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was typical. I did accidentialy leave a garment bag with several shirts and they contacted me and was able to quickly ship it back to me.

- james (8/5): - We arrived four hours before check in time and they graciously allowed us to get into our room immediately. The room was clean and very adequate. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of food. The only negatives...the outlets on the lamps didn't work so we had to crawl around, moving items, and unplugging lamps so we could plug in our chargers. Also, we could hear every noise out in the hallwall, including the people that came in each night after midnight. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we're in town.

- Backporchsue (10/5): Western Kansas hospitality ♥️ - Family was coming to Garden City for a funeral. I stopped by to check out this hotel for my Aunt and Uncle traveling in from Denver. I was greeted by this Sweet Lady Veronica. She showed me a couple of rooms and the lounge and breakfast area. She helped my uncle with their reservations. She was so nice to my family when they arrived. She even shared a nice copy of the obituary with my aunt and uncle. Thank you Veronica for taking good care of my family! Garden City has Great people like you!🌹

- Jodi (4/5): - I am a nurse that works night shift and due to my sleep work schedule I need accommodations as far as checking in and checking out with leeway with the times. They were not helpful and not empathic to my situation. The door and windows are thin and can hear people in the hallway and can hear trucks outside. Again I work night shifts very difficult to sleep especially with housekeeping on the same floor. The remote is disgusting and I don't think has ever been cleaned. I have two more weeks I have to come back to Kansas for and will not stay here again. Also not offered any discounts for fire responder, nurse, etc.

The next day the lady at the front desk was very helpful and answered all my questions and heard my concerns. There wasn’t many guest as it was Christmas Eve, but the guy put a loud group of teenage girls next door. The towels were very dingy and old, that needs to be changed, it made the room feel dirty.

When checking out we accidentally left an item in our room and an attendant was quick to catch us before leaving. Highly recommend this hotel.

At 9:30 there was still nothing out so we told her again and she said I’m gonna put more out but just a little bit because we are about to close granted there was still 30 min before 10 am and a line of people waiting for her to put more breakfast out she had a horrible attitude and just stood inside the kitchen not wanting to put anything else out including milk cereal bread things you didn’t even have to cook until we went to the front desk to let them know and she was furious putting stuff out with attitude giving us dirty looks

- Kris (8/5): - Nice hotel. Comfy bed. Low soft pillows. Strong, hot shower. I was concerned about being right next to a busy-ish road, and there was some noise, but it quietened down at night and I slept very well.

- Nessa (10/5): - We arrived almost at midnight as a safety precaution from a spring snow storm that closed our main hwy option heading home, and was greeted with kindness from the night clerk and arrived in a very clean room that smelled of fresh linen. We slept wonderfully in the beds, and in the morning had a wide variety of options at the breakfast bar. They even had chocolate waffles and Nutella. The kids were a fan! Wonderfully helpful morning cooking staff that were right on top of the dining area. It was a pleasant experience given the circumstances and if ever in the area would stay again.

I realized I didn't request a handicap room but they changed our room to one that was handicap accessible. They were very nice about it I just wished they had a handicap room with two queen beds instead of only a king bed.

- 721henrya (6/5): Everything great except the bed - If the bed would have been comfortable it would have scored 5 out of five. Unfortunately the bed felt hard and cheap and I was unable to get a comfortable rest. The room was large and comfortable. The climate control worked perfectly and was very responsive to our needs. Front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. They also directed us to a restaurant that met our needs.

- Amber D (4/5): - I had a struggle liking the place. It was 22 degrees out side and when I entered my room the heat was turned off. It felt as cold outside as inside. Tiles were missing around the shower. But the bathroom was clean. Shower designed wrong. You had to step in and get wet to turn the shower on cause the door was on the wrong end. The room over all was clean however there was crack running from mid way down about 3 feet in one corner. We came with medical equipment that did not have accessible outlets for. Staff is very kind. Like I said room is clean. Once I got the heat on it was comfortable to sleep.
