Le personnel à la réception est toujours disponible avec un grand sourire et aimabilité. Bravo!!! Malheureusement on entendait les bruits de music le soir dans notre chambre, alors qu'on nous avait dit qu'il n'y aurait aucun impact à ce niveau. Je comprends que vous avez beaucoup d'activité dans votre hôtel, mais il faudrait en avertir les clients lors de la réservation.

Dudi (3/5): Nie polecam - 1. Obsługa na śniadaniu/ recepcji 2. Cisza pomimo imprez okolicznościowych w budynku 1. Śniadania - niestety przez cały pobyt owoce były nieświeże (prawdopodobnie przetrzymywane z dnia poprzedniego w plastikowych pudełkach lub w folii). 2. Ekologia - woda pod prysznicem niestety leciała tak delikatnym strumieniem, że był realny problem z umyciem się. Hotel twierdzi, że jest Eko, co jak najbardziej doceniam. Niestety jest to z niekorzyścią dla klienta. Cieszyłem się, że był papier toaletowy, a nie liście z lasu. Kran czasowy wymaga stoickiej cierpliwości. 3. W pokoju przysługuje jeden ręcznik na osobę. Po dwukrotnej prośbie o dodatkowe ręczniki otrzymałem je dnia następnego. 4. Zapach - to może kwestia gustu, ale według mnie intensywny zapach odświeżacza powietrza jest drażniący.

Paweł (1/5): - Dostęp do sauny. Pierwszy problem to pobrana zła kwota za pobyt, ale tu wina booking. Drugi problem to brud w pokoju - brudny dzbanek na wodę, brudna pościel i pokrowiec materaca. Wymiana zajęła ok 30 minut. Bariera językowa, gdyż obsługa nie mówiła po polsku. Ogólnie zostało wszystko wymienione na czyste. Trzeci problem to brak dostępnego miejsca parkingowego przy hotelu. Obsługa udostępniła parking po drugiej stronie ulicy, ale wjechać się tam nie dało od ręki, Pani z recepcji musiała dzwonić po Pana z obsługi parkingu. Czwarty problem to tragiczna obsługa restauracji, właściwie jej brak, siedzieliśmy ok 15 minut w restauracji i nikt do nas nie podszedł, nie zainteresował się nami, wyszliśmy nie jedząc niczego. Piąty problem to śniadanie. W soboty do 10, zatem o 9:30 nie masz do wyboru niczego. Czas oczekiwania na gofra to 40 minut, bo obsługa o Tobie zapomni dwa razy. Ogólnie te problemy co wyżej występują za każdym razem, bo to już nasz drugi pobyt w tym hotelu. Po prostu za pierwszym razem uznałem, że to jednorazowa sytuacja, ale drugi pobyt utwierdził mnie , że tak jest zawsze.

Magda (8/5): Hotel godny polecenia. - Lokalizacja hotelu poza centrum miasta, natomiast nie utrudniło to w żaden sposób podróży po Lublinie. W biskiej odległości od hotelu znajduje się przystanek autobusowy. Śniadanie perfekcyjnie, ogromny wybór jedzenia. Pozdrawiam również Panią recepcjonistkę, która świetnie spisuje się na swoim stanowisku pracy, bardzo życzliwa i uśmiechnięta. Brak.

Katarzyna (10/5): Idealne - Uwielbiam śniadania w tym hotelu. Siłownia i strefa SPA spełnia moje oczekiwania za kazdym razem kiedy odwiedzam ten hotel. Strefa dla dzieci robi robotę - nie ma nudy bez limitów czasowych. Parking pod nosem i w cenie co naprawde ułatwia pobyt. Pokoje przestronne, cisza i spokój.

Zablokowane drzwi o 22, finalnie udało się otworzyć no ale ;) Kilka godzin wcześniej obsługa myślę bez karty lub z pomocą innej weszla na pewniaka kiedy byłem w pokoju. Brak pilota do telewizora, co można traktować jako po prostu brak pilota.

Filip (10/5): - Jestem stałym klientem tego hotelu, trafiła się niestety sytuacja że nie mogłem być na rezerwacji w lutym. Bardzo miło obsłużyła mnie pani kierownik, która przeniosła rezerwację na kwiecień. Nie dość że hotel i pokój bajka to i relacja z klientem na mega wysokim poziomie. Pozdrawiam i widzimy się w kwietniu!

Andre (7/5): - Vriendelijkheid, behulpzaamheid van het personeel. Roomservice top. Lomi lomi massage aan te bevelen. Sauna.mega klein, geen uileg van werking van de sauna. Je wordt geacht je uit te kleden in de wachtkamer van de massageruimtes. In de brochure worden koffie en thee arragementen aangeboden, maar er is geen koffie beschikbaar. Na dit te jebben gemeld kwamen ze heel lief met een bekkertje gemalen koffiebonen aan. Maar daar kan je niets mee zonder koffie apparaat. Zwembad is nog in aanbouw, dit wordt niet vermeld op de site. Ik had gevraagd om een tweepersoonsbed, maar er was maar voor 1 persoon een dekbed.

Daria (7/5): W porządku, ale bez fajerwerków - - bardzo dobre i zróżnicowane śniadania, - bardzo dobra pizza w restauracji w przystępnej cenie, - ładne pokoje i miła obsługa, - dogodna lokalizacja, - zarezerwowałam ten hotel ze względu na dostępną, super wyglądającą salę zabaw, gdyż byłam z 2letnim, energicznym dzieckiem - na miejscu ogromne rozczarowanie, mała, bardzo słabo wyposażona sala zabaw, z powodów pomniejszenia przestrzeni na korzyść basenu w budowie, zewnętrzny plac zabaw również niedostępny, co skutkowało potrzebą znalezienia innego miejsca do zabaw z dzieckiem, a pogoda nie sprzyjała wycieczkom z wózkiem - na przyszłość warto zaznaczać wszelkie braki na każdych platformach sprzedażowych! - kręte korytarze, w większości miejsc lustra na słupach bardzo szybko można się zgubić, słabo przemyślana infrastruktura, - w pokoju telewizja z większością niedziałających kanałów, - kran samowlaczajacy sie, super w miejscach publicznych, ale nie hotelach, gdzie nie można dostosować płynącego strumienia co skutkuje łazienką pełną wody, - potrzeba zapisywania się, żeby móc skorzystać z tężni solankowej, saun - nie można pójść na spontanie się odprężyć, mimo braku tłumów. W dodatku tężnia solankowa na 2 piętrze, sauny na -1, co skutkuje paradowaniem w szlafroku przez pół hotelu, nie wspomnę o braku możliwości skorzystania z jacuzzi w cenie, chyba, że nie zostaliśmy o tym poinformowani.
