She didn't seem to concern, said they spray every week

- Albert (5/5): Our stay was decent but nothing special - It was very clean and they had an indoor heated pool. The staff wasn’t very friendly, their breakfast was poor, and the bathroom was outdated.

I would stay again! - Nice property, room was clean and spacious...I didn't try the breakfast because i slept too late, although I did get coffee from the lobby several times during the day\evening which was great. The river was nice around back. Check in was smooth. Low noise throughout the visit was nice. I was able to park in front of the property both nights which was a plus being able to keep an eye on my car. My only complaint would be that the bed was a little too firm for me, but at the same time I slept well. I would stay here again!

It loses hydraulic pressure in 5 minutes while sitting on it .I asked the front desk to replace one of the light bulbs on the headboard. Never replaced in the 5 days I was there. Same breakfast items everyday.

Breakfast had bisquits and gravy which many hotels do not have with their free breakfasts. Spacious room. Restaurants in walking distance The balcony view was mostly of the parking lot and not the river. USB port to charge cell phone in room didn't work

The parking could be better plus it was a little awkward pushing a full cart up an incline and even dangerous to go down with a loaded cart. Yes you could go in the front door if you could get the cart across a water hose that was stretched out across your path. We will definitely go back because it was very reasonably priced and exceptionally clean.

Room was small with old light fixtures, torn carpet and inoperative bathroom exhaust fan. The mattress was uncomfortable. TV was small and fuzzy viewing. Hall ice maker was broken. Rocking chairs by the river were in the parking garage. 7-9am Breakfast was limited and certainly nothing to brag about.

- David (5/5): The Rating is incorrect. - The bed was comfortable. Coffee and food was not good. No milk. Common areas were dirty and the smell of bleach was overpowering. In bad need of a good maintenance crew. Outdated and in need of repairs.

Eggs were a little wet tasting as well. When you chew the eggs a lot of water would come out The mattresses were NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL It was like sleeping on a table. It made my back feel 10 times worse than it normally feels.

- Tabitha (5/5): Good value, horrible hospitality. - The location is one of the best in the area to be honest. Its close enough to everything you can get in your car and go. It's clean. It's safe. Its quiet. It's a good value for these aspects. The front desk staff is not necessarily mean, but definitely not nice. Very tone deaf and no small talk for evenings or morning staff. We came in late (before midnight) and it was obvious that bothered the staff and perturbed her to check us in. The beds are firm. I MEAN FIRM. If you love a good firm bed, you will love them, but it felt like sleeping on a jail cell plank. (Personal preference) The ice machine only works on the 2nd floor, which honestly isn't a deal breaker. The elevator is kinda slow. Breakfast hours are whack. Its over by 9 AM on Saturday morning, which there are other places to go to in the area, but on a Saturday, most people sleep in. Also, if book via booking, hotels, another 3rd party site, apparently they don't register that anyone over 12 is considered an adult. The evening staff, when I was checking in, made me verify the age of two of my children and when I said 7 and 15, she told me it would be $20.00 extra because the 15 year old is not a child. I had to explain I booked through booking and I just had me enter the age. There was no indication that my child was extra. She got frustrated because I told her I already paid and she could take it up with booking. She was adamant that I had to pay extra and when I stood my ground and said no, she said "I'll let it pass this time, but next time be aware" Again, for the aspects on the positive side, its a good value. My family has stayed here previously before and had no concerns, however going forward, we would choose other accommodations.

- Amy (10/5): We loved our stay and will be back!! - Even though the hotel sits on the strip, you can not hear anything in your room! It even stormed one night, and we never even heard that!! Our room was right in front of the elevator, and we only heard 1 family get off, and that was only because they had a child that was crying. The rooms are super clean, a great size, the bed and water pressure were amazing!! It's right beside the Pirates of Mermaid Bay mini golf. When leaving the hotel, if you go through the back parking lot (behing the Grand Majestic) , you can go out at a red light. The indoor pool was small but clean. We never got in, but there was no strong smell of chlorine. We also loved sitting out back watching the ducks, geese, and cranes. My husband had to go completely off the property to smoke, you can't just go outside. I vape, and you can't do that on the property either. Also, the breakfast needs a little work, the eggs and biscuits were dry, and the gravy was watery. However, even with these, we will return!!
