- Terry (1/5): Disappointing stay due to noise, construction, and unhelpful staff - Breakfast I was very disappointed with my stay at Aiyara Grand Hotel and would not choose to stay here again. From the start, the experience was affected by constant noise. There was construction work taking place next door, which was not mentioned at the time of booking. In addition to this, my room was located across from a live music bar that stayed open until around 3am. On two consecutive nights I was woken in the early hours by loud music and people partying directly outside my room. One night, a group in the corridor opposite my room became extremely disruptive, shouting, screaming, throwing beer cans, and causing such a disturbance that security had to be called. This made it impossible to sleep and felt unsafe and poorly managed. I raised these issues with reception, but the staff were largely unhelpful and dismissive. There was no meaningful attempt to resolve the problems, offer a room change, or provide any real assistance, despite the hotel being advertised as a high-standard property. For a hotel marketed as a 5-star experience, the lack of soundproofing, ongoing construction noise, and poor customer service were unacceptable. Unfortunately, this stay caused significant stress and sleepless nights during what was meant to be a relaxing trip. I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious, especially if you value peace, quiet, and responsive staff.

No bar, generally looked very tired. Bathroom corners & crevices needed regrouting. Your photos of roof top pool looked great but the floors were very dusty & dirty & not enough sun beds to ratio of customers in hotel.

Huoneen sijainti nyt kolmannella kerralla oli huono (hissiä vastapäätä), näköala oli vastapäiseen Aiyaran rakennus-siipeen. Aamupalan thai-ruuat ja nakit olivat aina kylmiä, munakasta ei enää tehty. Pitkään jonottamalla sai munakokkelia, keitettyjä munia ja pekonia.

Ну момент бронирования не было номера с большой кроватью, но персонал сдвинул две кровати и получилось даже лучше. За это отдельное спасибо! Три бассейна. Удобные и чистые, расположены на крыше, откуда открывается шикарный вид. Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. В новый год даже печеньки в подарок принесли, очень приятно) Видели пару маленьких таракашек в последний день. Но вполне дружелюбные ребята. Ну и полный отель туристов с Индии

The swimming pool was excellent and well-maintained. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was very nice, relaxing, and welcoming. Highly recommended—definitely a 10 on 10 experience.

Отель полон индусов, которые едят руками, кидают арбузные косточки на стол, занимают все лобби и очень шумят(ничего не имею против индусов, возможно это индусский отель и мы не посмотрели заранее, но факт остается фактом) 2. Холодильник был грязный, не работала розетка возле кровати, балкон слишком маленький, туда помещается один стул и стол, хотя это номер на двоих) 3. Завтраки были не очень, на 4/10, на третий день уже не хотелось даже идти на завтрак, разнообразия почти не было

Semi skimmed milk and no milk near the tea and coffee pots . very disappointed . we ate breakfast elsewhere for the remaining 3 days . No air condioning had to make do with 2 fans .

- prakash81 (8/5): - The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. After filing a formal complaint, the staff handled the situation professionally and appropriately. I would especially like to highlight Mr. Faisal for his kindness and efficiency — he truly made a difference. However, there are several aspects that were not up to the standard of a five-star hotel. There was no continental breakfast, and the food was mainly Asian—quite spicy and heavily seasoned. It would be advisable to offer a wider variety adapted to Western guests, including cold cuts, cheeses, different types of bread, and pastries. I also found the €50 deposit inappropriate, as the hotel already has our credit card details. The bathroom lacked a basic amenities kit, the minibar was empty, and the shower only had a handheld hose but no fixed wall shower head, which would have been much more convenient. Lastly, the safe was placed above the minibar in a separate room adjacent to the bedroom, whereas ideally it should be inside a wardrobe and not so visible. Prakash R. But still it was a good breakfast with lots of variety
- Jeniith (4/5): - Jeg har boet på dette hotel flere gange før. Første gang blev jeg overrasket over, at man skulle betale 1000 baht i depositum ved check-in – det kunne med fordel fremgå tydeligere. Denne gang var jeg dog forberedt på det. Selve værelset levede desværre ikke op til forventningerne. Der var hår på toilettet, og badekarret var beskidt. Vi valgte dog ikke at klage, men gjorde selv rent. Tidligere ophold har ellers været fine på dette punkt. Et andet problem var servicen omkring de daglige fornødenheder. Over halvdelen af dagene fik vi ikke sæbe, toiletpapir måtte vi ringe efter, og håndklæder var der heller ikke styr på. Nogle dage fik vi tre håndklæder, andre dage kun ét. Personalet var altid hjælpsomme og rettede hurtigt op, når vi gjorde opmærksom på manglerne, men der opstod et nyt problem næsten hver dag. Det betød, at vi enten måtte leve med det eller kontakte receptionen under hele opholdet. Alt i alt er personalet flinke og imødekommende, men serviceniveauet og rengøringen bør forbedres for at matche hotellets standard.
- RockHammer (10/5): - Удобное расположение, вежливый персонал, просторные номера. Три красивых здания с бассейнами в каждом - два на крышах и один на уровне 3 этажа. Рядом большой рынок и транспортная линия. Было очень много индусов, которые нарушали правила отеля как на завтраке так и в бассейне. Бассейн на крыше 1 корпуса был закрыт на ремонт, приходилось ходить в соседние.

- Thierry (6/5): General Improvment request - L'hôtel Aiyara Grand Hôtel est bien situé entre Pattaya sud et centre. Le personnel était sympa. Je pense que c'est plutôt un hôtel de congrès et business que de vacances. La position de la chambre dans l'hôtel n'était pas comme souhaitez. Elle était bien grande, mais les équipements étaient vétuste et il n'y avait pas de tableau de décos, pour une suite ! C'est peut être acceptable en business trip mais pas en vacances. Un ascenseur n'est pas fonctionnel, la porte ce bloquait.Une des 3 piscines é tait en travaux pour tout le mois d'août. Les repas ressemblait plutôt à un buffet de cantine le matin. Dommage.
