• Daria (10/5): Una stanza azzurra sul mare azzurro - L'hotel si trova di fronte ad una bellissima spiaggia, ha i suoi lettini a 20 metri dall'uscita della reception. Il parcheggio è facile, di fianco all'hotel ed il personale è molto gentile ed accogliente. Le stanze hanno un gioco di colori bellissimo, favorito dai materiali dei mobili, dal colore delle pareti e dal soffitto alto. Il terrazzino è ampio e anche quello con vista mare laterale ha una vedita molto bella. La zona è molto tranquilla, in hotel si può cenare (su richiesta) altrimenti ci sono delle Taverne nei dintorni; volendo, si può arrivare a Prevesa in auto in 15-20 minuti.

The owners and staff are there to make your staff homely and first class- The breakfast menu together with the views and friendly service complimented the first class venue- The room, the bed and the shutters made our first night rest made it homely- Walking distance to everything you, sun, beach, food, service and relaxation-- i was prepared to cancel the rest of the trip and stay there. Despite going in the middle of high season, the resort, as well as the hotel, pool and beach, were nice and quiet, with very comfortable recliners to relax in. Our 'batteries' are fully recharged!

Aber alles andere, wie z.B. das Frühstück und die Lage am Strand war auch sehr begeisternd. Ich wüsste nichts, was hätte besser sein können !

• Amanda (10/5): It always feels like coming home visiting this hotel. It’s calm, relaxing safe, and you are looked after from the minute - I always choose Sessa as it is my happy place! It has a incredible feel to it. The staff are outstanding and the owner works so hard to make sure everything is perfect. The rooms are comfortable and modern with a happy seaside feel. It’s a luxury without being pretentious. Breakfast is served overlooking this, massive 10 mile beach and Aqua blue Sea what’s not to like. Breakfast is excellent with à la carte choices with very high standard of food. There is nothing I don’t like I’ve been coming here for over 10 years.

• Avril (10/5): - This wonderful hotel is an oasis in amongst other residential and hotels. The staff couldn't do enough to help. The fabulous breakfast served to our table overlooking the sea was divine, served until 11.30am, perfect! Lovely swimming pool in the garden. Snacks and drinks etc served to the pool or on the beach. We had dinner on a few occasions which was very good. Sun beds and towels provided on the shingle beach, take water shoes to go in the sea. The sea is so clear and warm. Nothing to fault. Some other restaurants/cafes within walking distance. This hotel should be 5 stars! Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay.

The hotel and the bedrooms are super clean, they clean the room twice a day. The food is very tasty and the swimming pool and the beach are very very nice. The staff is extremely police and professional. The sunbeds on the beach are absolutely comfortable and there's a great beach service. The sea is blue and warm. The beach is quiet and you can relax. There're some other cafes and restaurants at walking distance, as well as a well stocked supermarket, but at Sesa you have just everything you need. In general the hospitality of the Greeks is very good, but the lady at the reception was the best we met during our whole road-trip trough Greece. she was not only super friendly but als super helpfull. The location is not the very best, but this was not a problem for our needs.

• Sharon (10/5): Loveliest stay! - Breakfast was excellent! A la carte, you can choose your favorites from the menu. Everything is served with a smile! Such a lovely welcome. It was as good as the taxidriver said it would be. We were a little hesitant to book this hotel, since the last reviews were from long ago. But taking the COVID period into account, we decided to not let it influence our choice. The old photographs do not do it justice. It is open, modern, but cosy and airy with very good airconditioning. The cleaning lady is very thorough and we had a very frequent change of the bedding. Amenities were nice. Although there is a street running in front of the hotel, it is not very busy and there are several other restaurants in walking distance if you would like to have more 'regular' greek food. At the hotel, it is quite fancy, but they dare to be different and you can choose for yourself. Even if you go elsewhere for dinner, lunching on the deck of having a nightcap and watching the most loveliest sunsets, will be a joy. Not ready a SLHW, but the service was right up there! We have never felt more welcome at a hotel , so 5 stars to the amazing staff! By the way: best to wear sand shoes when you go into the sea, which also is very nice and clear. The lounging beds are good quality and the staff gets you anything you like. nothing bad to say about it. Worth your money Kanali itself not very shocking, mostly locals. Short taxidrive to Preveza
• Nike (6/5): nice, but not luxury; price-level too high compared to standards - We stayed for three nights in this hotel. The design is minimalistic and really great. The beach is very close and the pool area is nice. The breakfast tastes very good and the people working there, are always very friendly and courteous. However, for 260€/night (high season) I am not expecting things we faced during our stay: In general: - Wifi did not work well, streaming/ having calls is not possible - Mattress very uncomfortable and worn-out - Pool is very crowded on weekends as non-hotel-guests are allowed to swim there - Safe was not working and was not “repaired” (also not after requesting this). Although the battery was just empty. - In front of the hotel/close to breakfast area it is very noisy (probably due to the A/C exhaust air system) Bathroom: - Toilet brush was very dirty (no more details here…) - Water tap does not work well - Floor covering damaged and dirty So, compared to this, the Price-Level is quite high and from all the SLH we have been to, it’s the one with the lowest standards and not really „luxury“.

The staff in general was very helfull, attentive and polite, especially the girl serving breakfast. The breakfast as well as the coffee were excellent. Probably the best coffee I have ever had that was included in a hotel breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location and within easy travelling distance by car to many of the local attractions. The hotel is stylish and some excellent choices were made in the design. It is kept very clean and tidy. For the price charged, the hotel offers a good room and balcony and a simple (non-buffet) breakfast that is good quality. The pool is suitable only for children (1.5m) but is well maintained. There is no lift but there is a ramp for disabled access to the ground floor. For a 5-star price, I would expect rooms to be fully quality checked for faulty equipment, broken electric sockets or showers that don’t work because the water pressure is too week, and mended (all problems in my room). I’d also expect simple arrangements for basic room service after midnight. For an international traveller, the overall service for the price is not quite right. For service simple additions like nuts or olives with drinks, condiments with food, and suggestive options to customers would help. It is also now customary for hotels to allow customers to choose not to have sheets and towels cleaned every day. This will save the hotel money for other things and also reduce environmental impact.

• Christopher (10/5): An Amazing Retreat - My wife and I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel... We had our infant son as well. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The location is just perfect for relaxation and quietness. The rooms are comfortable. The view is incredible. The food is delicious! You cannot go wrong staying here. Go and see for yourself! The only downside is the WiFi does not work so well at all.

Men: hotellets eiere leide også ut noen leiligheter på samme området og disse benyttet også hotellets fasiliteter samt av andre som ikke bodde på hotellet. Ble derfor noen ganger for mange barn rundt og i hagen/bassengområdet. Hyggelig betjening som ga god og personlig service, men det tok litt lang tid å få mat man bestilte. God mat med friske råvarer men litt små porsjoner og dyrt til å være i Hellas. Nydelig og delikate rom og fellesområder med designinteriør. Stor veranda men savnet sofa eller gode stoler med puter på terrassen - var kun to plaststoler og et lite bord. Deilige solsenger på stranden og hotellet tilbød strandhåndklær. Nydelig, ren strand og krystallklar og varm sjø. Området var lite utbygd for turisme. Positivt å nesten kun omgås grekere. Negativt at få restauranter og butikker (kun et supermarked 10 min gange fra hotellet). Preveza 20 km unna var veldig hyggelig med veldig godt utvalg av spesialbutikker og restauranter. Ikke taxi i Kanali så den måtte komme fra Preveza så det ble dyre turer med norske taxi-priser. Sjelden busser så det kan man ikke regne med. Anbefaler å leie bil hvis man ikke kun skal ligge på stranden.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Gem in Kanali - This was a gem of a hotel in Kanali beach. We had two rooms for three nights and had a great time. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly at all times and easy to find. The hotel was kid friendly and grandma friendly simultaneously. The beach was clean and well kept with plenty of chairs. The pool was similarly kept. Food was great. Heartily recommend it and will return

• C&M (10/5): Stylisches, herrliches Hotel! - Wunderbares kleines Hotel mit fantastischen Betten (cocomat!!!), super schicmenBadezimmern mit steinboden, schlechtem wlan, tollem Frühstück direkt am Strand und tollem Design direkt an der ruhigen Strandstraße. Leider ist das Örtchen Kanali sonst sehr ruhig mit wenigen urigen Restaurants und schicken Strandcafes, sodass man bei mehr als Strandbedarf unbedingt ein Auto mitbringen sollte. Der Ort hat einen Minimarkt, bei dem alles kaufen kann! Taxi zum Airport kostet oneway 40€ und braucht 15min. Es herrscht immer eine steife Brise(Ende Juni 2015), für die man abends auch gern eine dünne Jacke brauche kann und die tagsüber im Schatten der Liege eine Gänsehaut hervorrufen kann. Der Strand ist herrlich leer und einsam, leider mit kleinen Steinchen/ Kieseln, sodass Badeschuhe zu empfehlen sind.Wasser super sauber und sooo klar. In der Umgebung viele nette Örtchen zum Erkunden...Preveza hat eine tolle kleine Altstadt und sehr schöne Hafenpromenade. Lefkada ist weniger als eine Stunde mit dem Auto entfernt!
