- Tanya (10/5): It's like having a home away from home! - Beautiful and clean. The breakfast was fantastic, and the coffee was offered all day long. The swimming pool, the living space inside our room, was all very appreciated since we had our grandkids visit, and they had room inside our room to play together; there were three of them. We would love to stay here every time we visit Kalispell. It is accessible to the movie theater and places to eat within walking distance. We liked everything. Cookies in the afternoon would be great.

My wife said the lighting for putting on makeup needs to be much brighter. The texture of the eggs they provide for breakfast are not great (probably powdered) but the oatmeal was good.

Never had an issue. Pretty much has whatever you need - indoor and outdoor fireplaces i enjoy sitting by most nights, complimentary breakfast that has many choices and is actually quite good, pool and jacuzzi, gym that is a step up from most with cardio, some free weights and one universal type machine, meeting rooms. If you want wild loud drunken Las Vegas like hotel - probably not your choice. Pretty quiet and quite a few families. Located near lots of stores and restaurants - costco, walmart, a great sporting goods store, theaters, mod pizza, panera, wild wings, McDonalds, chick fillet, bbq, sports pubs, crispy cream, etc…. all the “essentials”. Whitefish easy drive if you want to go there. Best is the staff, especially the front desk, who are willing to bend over backward do anything they can to help. Even the maintenance guys and housekeeping are friendly! Maybe something in the water? Not the Four Seasons in Monaco but you won’t be disappointed with your stay.

We have stayed here several times and this hotel Is generally my go to spot while in Kalispell, never having a problem before. We live in Missoula but my son recently moved to Kalispell and we plan to visit and stay at least once a month. I had a non refundable room and ending up slipping & falling on ice, injuring my knee and needed to be seen at Bone and Joint Urgent Care. I am having a hard time walking which is affecting my ability to drive/travel to Kalispell for wrestling. I reached out to the hotel asking for a credit or to change my date 28 hours before checkin and the employee was extremely “short,” essentially telling me too bad. On the app it said within 24 hours the hotel can change your date. Sounds like it is at the discretion of the hotel. Considering the extenuating circumstances and still wanting to stay but move my date in the next few weeks for a different wrestling meet, I thought the hotel Would have been more willing to work with me. I have worked in customer service my whole life and this left a bad taste in my mouth. I have stayed at Homewood this last November, December, and would have been January, with a future plan of February and March. I will take my business elsewhere for February and March. I have had better customer service with Marriott. There are plenty of other hotels in Kalispell.

- Jordan (10/5): Always welcoming and kind will be back! - Room, halls, lobby and outdoors were very clean! I was greeted with a warm smile from the woman up front! Got us into our room swift and treated us like a good friend, can't recall her name but I've definitely seen her there from our past stays:) Downside was some people pets were barking little early for my liking as this was a "mini vacay" not necessarily their fault persay but still a mild annoyance.

Bed looked slept in after she’d been, and it only involves a comforter to be smoothed out. Breakfast was so-so, and mostly Mexican. No Mexicans within a hundred miles of hotel. The one bright spot was the lady who checked us in. She bent over backwards to correct any problems, and told every I guest I saw her dealing with to come back if there were issues. We have stayed here multiple times over 14 years. Likely stay elsewhere for next trip to Kalispell. Early October is fantastic for weather. BTW.

Our room was perfect and the front desk staff was just amazing and very friendly. The hotel has plenty of parking and it's location is ideal to be able to go to a nice restaurant or shop without having to drive too far. We couldn't have had a better stay and would have no problems staying here again the next time we are in Kalispell.

Breakfast was well presented, well managed and better than your usual hotel breakfast now days. Hot tub was operational during this stay & very nice. Pool was a typical somewhat heated hotel pool. Hotel has a lodge vibe to it, with all the Hilton touches, which creates a very nice ambiance. Staff were accommodating, courteous & for the most part professional. We would definitely return.
- Anjee (6/5): - Great location, friendly staff, but we were on the second floor and the people above us sounded like a herd of buffalo for about an hour last night midnight to 1 AM and then again from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM. Not the hotel‘s fault, but I’ve never experienced so much noise through hotel rooms before. Our suite also had a funky smell, which I didn’t love.

It shows dramatically in the condition of the hotel, it is immaculate. It looks like a new build, but it isn't, it is just incredibly well taken care of.

- V3727HNkevinc (10/5): Two birthdays and an Anniversary!! - Hilton is my go to property. Had never stayed at this hotel before but did while on vacation with my family. Top notch service from the day we walked into the hotel until the time we checked out. Their cleaning staff, front desk staff day and night were all energetic recognized the fact that my daughter was a gold member and that I was silver. Your property in Kalispell was amazing. I have a cop machine and my wife is a light sleeper so two queen beds in one room and a king in another was the perfect gift for our 45th wedding anniversary weekend!! Our daughter booked it as I celebrated my 68th she celebrated her 30th birthday and my wife and I celebrated 45 years of marriage!!

- Ashley (8/5): - I love homewood suites. The staff are always very kind and helpful. The rooms are big and roomy but still affordable! I love that they have a full size fridge in them especially for extended stays. Whenever I go to Kalispell this is the only place I stay! That being said the Homewood Suites in Missoula looks hekka nice now with the remodel but the prices are insane! For 1 weekend (check in Friday check out sunday) it was going to be like $1000!!!!!

- marilynf918 (10/5): FANTASTIC - I wish I could give this place 10 stars- hands down one of the best Hilton properties we have EVER stayed at and we’ve stayed at over 100 all over the country!! From the second we walked in the door to be greeted by a smiling Emily to the last minute when we checked out being helped by the wonderful Karen we loved our stay!! This property is more like an upscale resort than a Homewood Suites!! Lovely rustic lobby and dining area and fantastic outside seating area- pool and hot tub were amazing as well! Our room was super clean and quiet but one of the best features were the incredible breakfasts!!!! we usually don’t even try a breakfast at Homewood Suites because it’s usually nothing more than a continental breakfast, but Andrew went out of his way every morning to the point that we actually looked forward to what we would be having for breakfast the next day!! From savory breakfast burritos to biscuits and gravy it was out of this world! Already planning to stay again!! Thank you for a wonderful wonderful stay!!

- 470vickin (10/5): A stay worth remembering! - We just returned from a one week stay at this property while in the Kalispell area. We cannot thank the staff enough for their outstanding service and hospitality that made our 44 year anniversary stay such an enjoyable time. The front desk staff (especially Adele and Amanda) and Andrew (who managed the food/beverage area) were especially kind, personable and helpful during our visit. The property is also very clean, well maintained and staffed by many friendly and helpful employees. Thanks again for an outstanding first visit to Montana!

The hotel had this amazing courtyard area that had a gas fireplace, yard games, gas grills, and several tables where we all sat and chatted about our daily adventures. The staff was truly some of the best when it came to friendliness and customer service! The rooms were spacious and very clean. It was located right near all of the shops that you needed and several restaurants. I will definitely book it again!

I love the hours of the pool and that our room had a ceiling fan! The water pressure in the shower was great and that's really hard to find in hotels. Bed was a little harder than I prefer but my hubby loved it! TV was mounted a little awkwardly but not terrible. Literally nit picking at this point.
