• Andry (8/5): - It's a decent chain hotel, clean and comfortable, with very friendly staff. I was disappointed that I asked twice to have the drains in my room's sink cleaned, and only on the third attempt and the following day were the engineers able to find time to fix the problem. Breakfast is quite modest for a hotel of this size. You won't go hungry, but there's no variety.

• Paolo (7/5): Pulito ma caro. Standard colazione non impeccabile meglio arrangiarsi ?? - Hotel non distante dal centro. 10 minuti a piedi e si arriva un po' dappertutto. Colazione molto cara 30€ a testa e non è impeccabile. Oggi non c'erano bicchieri, cucchiai, personale che girava per la sala senza sapere cosa fare. Il venerdì 1/5 c'era un altro a dirigere i lavori ed era tutto più funzionale. Segnalo un altra anomalia. Il parcheggio anche questo 30€/die viene conteggiato per giornata intera. Arrivo giovedì alle 23.30 pago 30€ domenica lasciamo alle 9.30 e paghiamo ancora 30€ un po' tanto e sembra una presa in giro.

• Sarah (6/5): - Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was nice, the room was comfortable, and the location was convenient. There was no outdoor seating area as the pool area was under construction. I did not think that was well advertised at the time of booking. Although it was not yet summertime the weather was beautiful and it would have been nice to sit and read a book by the pool area. When I expressed disappointment about this at the front desk I was met with a snarky attitude by a staff member and did not receive an apology. This put a negative spin on the stay unfortunately.

Adorei a cidade. Gostei do quarto espaçoso, da cama. Nosso quarto tinha uma varandinha. Tem uma academia e um spa. Tem estacionamento pago com vallet. Tudo funcionou bem. Foi dificil marcar uma massagem mas foi so isso.

Prvo hotel uzima 200e depozita bez prethodne najave na sajtu ili bilo gde da je naznačeno,onda čekaš nekoliko dana da ti isti vrati.Doručak za hotel sa 5 * vrlo vrlo siromašan.Osoblje lažno ljubazno ...osećamo se svaki put ko da prolazimo kroz dektetor kad ulazimo izlazimo.Hotel nema dušu ,sve hladno ,jednolično ..užas.Najveći problem što ti ne dozboljavaju da sam svoj auto parkiraš i nosiš svoje ključeve.Nego te jure i uznemiravaju ko "kobci"da vratiš ključeve,pod izgovorom da moraju kod njih biti jer sta ako dodju vatrogasci .A imaju i zatvorenu garažu i parking ispred hotela veliki koji naplaćuju preskupo 30e po danu.A da ne pričam kako vrše selekciju automobila po vrednosti.Pa oni skljuplji idu u prvi red, a one malo jeftinije parkiraju ispred označenog parkinga.Godišnje što zbog posla ,što privatno menjam jako veliki broj hotela (sigurno godišnje i preko 30 )ali u odvratnijem bila nisam.Bukvalno jedva smo čekali da odemo iz njega...Ne preporučujem nikako nikome ...Što se tiče zvezdice realno zasluzuje 3 *

• Sally (9/5): Amazing stay with fabulous staff that made our stay memorable - The staff couldn’t use the outdoor space (it was being renovated) yet the spring weather had arrived so it would have been nice to be able to sit outside. Gym needs a new treadmill and better equipment for a 5 star hotel

• Louis (8/5): personnel réactif mais organisation générale à revoir. - Bon emplacement par rapport au centre ville et au grand théâtre de Provence. Problème de clim/chauffage dans notre chambre qui à été réglé après notre réclamation. Petit déjeuner chaotique du fait de l'organisation du service qui court dans tous les sens sans organisation. Le SPA est mal agencé, pas de tuyau d'eau dans le bain de vapeur, et un vestiaire/douche compliqué à utiliser car quand un client s'enferme dans le vestiaire il n'y à plus d'accès à la douche !

• Yoshiharu (9/5): 期待以上に気持ち世の良い滞在ができました。 - 今回は観光が目的では無かったのですが、TGV駅からのバスの停留所にも近く、Aix中心街にも歩いて10分くらいなので便利な場所でした。部屋は清潔で、大変心地よく過ごすことができました。 ホテルのレストランは朝食のみ利用しましたが、従業員の対応も心配りがいきとどいていて、素晴らしかったです。 WiFiのアクセス情報、部屋のリネンの交換希望の有無、ホテルの各情報も部屋にあるタブレットから得られるようになっていて、便利な反面、年配者には最初はとまどうことも多かったです。シャワーの湯量が足りなかったのが残念。

• Thomas (6/5): Séjour agréable mais les prestations de services ont été un peu décevantes - L’hôtel est à cinq minutes à pieds du centre ville, ce qui reste très confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux et variés. Personnels souriants et extrêmement serviables. Nous avons dû attendre plus de cinq minutes en voiture devant la barrière de l’hôtel. une fois descendus à pieds pour rentrer dans l’hôtel et leur demander de nous ouvrir, ils nous ont expliqué que personne n’avait été disponible pour le faire! L’hôtesse d’accueil du petit déjeuner aurait du s’abstenir à notre arrivée de nous faire une réflexion sur notre réservation et l âge de nos enfants. Elle aurait dû venir nous voir par la suite à notre table pour nous donner l’information qu’elle souhaitait. Enfin le couvercle de la poubelle de salle de bain était cabossé et le flacon de « conditionner » dans la douche était vide, donc non vérifié le matin même sur la mise à jour de la chambre . Nous étions 4 et avions réservé une chambre deux grands lits,elle a été préparée au niveau de l eau et des goodies salle de bain pour deux. Tout cela est bien décevant pour un 5 étoiles .

You have to pay for the parking. Hotel isnt worth 5 stars and is defenitely overpriced. I stayed in many 5 star hotels and this hotel is just simply not worthy of 5 stars. The breakfast is poorly managed and the room cleaning is a disaster.
