- Jack (9/5): Very comfortable stay in an immaculately clean guesthouse - Absolutely spotless room and entire house. Felt very safe with the secure locks on the door. Comfortable large bed with spotless soft bedding. The facilities on the tv was a very nice touch, netflix and such. My one criticism is that the bathroom was a touch small and the positioning of the bed makes it require a bit of choreography for two people getting ready in the morning.

Location is ideal for getting to Bowness-on-Windermere and Windermere town and rail station. The WiFi connection wasn’t great. Kept losing the connection.

We briefly saw the hosts who were great and made sure we were happy with our stay! The location is perfect… walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We will absolutely stay again next time we’re in Windermere!

- Jane (9/5): - Hosts contacted us prior to arrival, directing us on how to gain access. We arrived early, and the hosts kindly allowed us to enter the property. Room was on the top floor. It was spacious, bright and well presented. There is plenty of tea, coffee, etc, although no sweeteners only sugar. Luckily I had my own. Close to the main street and we managed to park on the road. Bed was comfy and there was a sofa and storage space in a double wardrobe. Tv was on a bracket so you could watch whilst in bed. All channels and Netflix available. Hosts also provided a folder with local amenities detailed inside. On leaving the next morning, they advised of local walks. Overall a great stay, thank you. Not allowed to take take away back to room. No sweeteners.

The first floor room was perfect and the bed was so comfortable we wished we were staying longer. Great location for Bowness and beyond, plus restaurants and bars within a 5-10min walk.

The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. The shower room was really modern plus everything felt very clean. Only criticism would be not enough coffee/milk etc only enough for one drink really & not a fan of the little UHT cartons. I would imagine parking can be an issue, however we dropped on a space on the street very close by.

Had our own entrance via balcony doors and directly next to the car parking space which was a huge help. Our dog Peanut was a huge fan of the free doggy biscuits left in the room. We also were given fresh cold drinking water daily. We can’t wait to stay again, hopefully next year. Nothing
