• Luka (6/5): Ako hoćete mesto gde samo prespavate, preporučujem. - Idealna lokacija, lak dolazak sa aerodroma, 10 min. od Viktorija stanice. Dobra pozicija za početak obilaska grada, sve je relativno blizu. Sve sem kreveta je staro. Krevet je cist i udoban. Kupatilo je isto sređeno.

• BRIAN (5/5): Scuffy but clean. OK location. - Room was clean. Shower pressure good. Room was tiny (barely big enough for a single bed). Furniture was tatty. Shower too small and leaked. Curtains didn't close properly.

• Adriana (4/5): Not worth the price you pay - It was clean and the location was good, easy to get to tubes and central London The room was very small and compact (you only had space to walk as one person around bed), we could hear the people next doors conversations, lot of small step stairs to get to your room, no cupboards on wardrobes, lightning is dated and broken, shower pressure was weak. For the price you pay you would expect a bigger modern room, this is not your standard hotel room that you would expect at that price.
• Keith (5/5): The convenient location is the main attraction. The amenities are in need of a radical overhaul. - Unfortunately I mistakenly filed previously an assessment of the wrong hotel! In relation to this hotel, I am much more positive, albeit, as other guests have recorded, it is need of "refreshment". - Absence of lifts - Personnel not in the building but instead a few doors down the road - General feeling that this is a "minimum outlay" project for the owner, versus "maximum comfort" for the paying guests.

• Yasmine (8/5): Globalement bon séjour - L'emplacement de l'hôtel est dans un quartier vraiment sympa avec accès facile aux transports. La chambre est confortable, très cosy, même si l'espace un peu réduit, mais pour trois personnes vraiment très bien ! Par contre mal insonorisé... On entendait les gens dans les couloirs quand ils descendaient les escaliers, les portes, et à notre étage il faisait extrêmement chaud. Nous avions voulu ouvrir les fenêtres pour dormir mais trop de gens sur le côté de notre chambre donc assez bruyant ce soir la (je rassure que ça n'a pas été les 2 nuits). Mieux vaut ne pas avoir le sommeil léger comme moi.

Room was super small and just about got round the room and the bed used up most of the room. Stains on the carpet, walls and curtains.... Stain on bed sheet under pillows....

• Lukasz (8/5): Super :) - Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Kilka minut spacerkiem od stacji metra. Do centrum i najważniejszych obiektów Londynu można się bardzo łatwo dostać. W porównaniu do innych obiektów, które sprawdzałem, cena była rewelacyjna. Pokój nie był zbyt duży, ale jak na potrzeby naszego krótkiego, rodzinnego pobytu był wystarczający. Super sprawą była możliwość pozostawienia bagażu w recepcji już od samego rana jeszcze przed zameldowaniem, dzięki czemu mogliśmy zwiedzać Londyn bez konieczności poszukiwania przechowalni bagażu. Dostęp do darmowego Wifi z pełnym zasięgiem. Pokój dosyć ciasny, ale wszystko to co było nam potrzebne dostaliśmy. Pokoje hotelowe są trącone zębem czasu.

Non ha l'ascensore non ha la possibilità di fare la colazione la porta della camera non si chiudeva ed era scardinata, non c'è privacy perché si sente tutto dalle camere affianco, la finestra era chiusa ma entrava comunque freddo, in terra c'è la moquette, i quadri nella stanza erano rattoppati con scotch, non c'è parcheggio, e il letto è scomodissimo, riguardo al prezzo mi sembra esagerato per una stanza in quel modo, per fare il chekout non c'era nessuno al "banco" ma abbiamo lasciato la chiave in una scatola. Riguardo im chek-in viene eseguito in una struttura apparte da dove poi viene realmente fornita la camera. Non ci tornerei nemmeno a gratis.

• Charlotte (5/5): Disappointed on the room but the staff are wonderful - The staff are very friendly and very helpful, You have a wonderful team who really care about the people staying in the hotel. Unfortunately our room looked nothing like what is shown on booking.com it was a completely different hotel. I felt it was more hostel vibes than hotel. The first room we went in 209 was very very run down, smelt of sick and the windows couldn't open. We asked the reception to be moved which they did, To a nicer room 214, but still it looked nothing as the photos are shown. Which is a shame as your photos online look beautiful but the rooms are not the same as shown online.

Great price too if you're on a budget. It's a little run down and old but none of that bothers me! The shower door didn't quite close properly (although I still didn't get any water on the floor).

With walls are covers in scuff marks. The plug sockets in my room were hanging off the wall. The wall light had no bulb inside it and the shade was battered and broken. The shower had no water pressure which made something as simple as cleaning yourself a hard task. The TV was tiny and would only receive a handful of channels.

The mattress was hard and you could feel every spring. Crack in the window. Curtains were filthy. Towels had stains on them.
• Simon (3/5): Very tired and unloved hotel. Adequate for a single night but no longer. - Great location for where we needed to be early the next day, and cheaper than many options in the area. Very tired and unloved… There was no handle on the inside of the bathroom door - only a wobbly attached lock. The shower head don’t have a bar to attach it to so we had to hold it in hand the whole time. There were brackets for the toilet roll holder but no shaft for the toilet paper to mount on. The hairdryer cut out every 20-30 seconds. No double glazing so very noisy all night - cars, sirens, shouting, music. Very soft mattress. Bulbs missing from ceiling light.

• Aguilera (8/5): Buena Estadia - Buena ubicación precio calidad cerca de estaciones de metro. Algo que podrían mejorar es el tema de aislacion para el viento. Por lo menos cuando estuve yo Londres estaba muy ventoso y la ventana no para de sonar por el golpe del viento. Yo no tenía problemas pero para gente que le cuesta dormir puede ser un problema.

Nada recomendable - Únicamente la ubicación Habitacion 204 nada que ver con las fotos publicadas: Estado pésimo, telarañas en el techo de la habitación, moqueta sucia, colchones hundidos, armario roto, baño con techo con moho, con cortina en ducha sucia y barra oxidada. Servicio pésimo...no limpiaron la habitación en ninguno de los 4 días, ni dejaron papel higiénico ni toallas.
