- Steve (1/5): Stay somewhere else - Nothing about our stay met or exceeded expectations. From the amenities to the logistics, this property fell incredibly short of a standard hotel experience. đ˝ď¸ The Dining & Location The hotel restaurant was completely lackluster, leaving us with very few options since there is absolutely nothing within walking distance of the property. If you stay here, prepare to travel just to find a decent meal. đď¸ Logistics & Check-Out Hassle The layout of this hotel is highly inconvenient. The front desk is located on the 4th floor, which turns the check-out process into an unnecessary, time-consuming hassle. Moving luggage and navigating floors just to depart is poorly thought out. đ Valet Disaster & Rude Staff (The Final Straw) The absolute worst part of our experience was the valet service. We called ahead to have our car pulled around. When we arrived at the valet station, the attendant rudely claimed we hadn't texted them properly. He actually began debating and arguing with my wife, even after she showed him the sent text on her phone. Instead of apologizing, he continued to blame us. The argument only ended when another valet came out to inform everyone that their own tablet used to receive notifications was turned off. To be blamed and argued with over a staff member's technical oversight is unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, poor training, and terrible attitude we encountered mean we will never return to this property. Save your money and frustrationâstay somewhere else.

- Raymon (8/5): Amazing hotel, besides the beds. - The staff was very helpful. Our hotel room was on the 8th floor and a very nice view over downtown and it was very clean. We did like that it was in the center of downtown. Also, the restaurant Fahrenheit is on the rooftop of the hotel, so if you donât want to go downtown where the crowd is, you could take a quick trip up the elevators. The one thing we had an issue with was the comfortability of the bed. Both myself and my spouse was uncomfortable each night.

Hotel is floors 7-13, 10th floor is the main lobby, stayed on 8th and was very confusing going âupâ to the lobby for breakfast or drinks. Parking - $42/night valet only plus tips. Use SPOTHERO to find overnight parking, the lots next to the hotel had tickets on overnight vehicles. Ended up parking 6 blocks away for $20/night. Bed - The Hyatt Grand Bed was not as comfortable as others have said, mostly firm but advertised as plush comfort. Pillows were too soft. Very disappointing. Breakfast - Good for complimentary buffet. To-go coffee cups. Thereâs a bar with draft and bottles. Rooftop restaurant (Farenheit) is sophisticated dining so must dress business casual or formal, we skipped because of the mixed reviews. Location - 1 block from the arena, literally 5 mins. $264/night for a 3-day weekend. Will probably find another hotel when visiting the Spectrum Arena.

The King Bed Room was clean and spacious. This hotel has a rooftop bar. Great view. Walking distance from the arena and Midnight Diner. Added bonus: Ya'll know that most hotel irons aren't good. Their iron was the best! Emmanuel, the desk clerk was helpful, happy and seem to genuinely enjoy working. It was nice to see.

You will need to pay $42/night for unprofessional valet parking. Expect a long wait to pick up and drop off your car on Friday and Saturday nights. Also note that the valet will expect a tip each time you pick up your car.

Literally a block away from Spectrum Center and most of downtown. Daily $75 "refundable"charge for damages, that usually is taken if you received valet services. Valet services is $42-50 a day if using the services, no free parking at the hotel. Breakfast was basic.

- Ruth (1/5): A gun was found in the room - Soon after arrival, we opened the top drawer in the room and discovered a gun inside. It was located next to the Bible. We took a photo immediately. We went downstairs right away and informed the front desk that we found a gun in our room. The front desk contacted the police, and we were instructed to wait in the lobby while this was addressed. As it became late, we asked the front desk staff member to remove the gun from our room so we could go to sleep. He removed it. However, moments after we went to bed, the police came to the room and requested entry. We cooperated fully, allowed them in, answered questions about when and where we found the gun, provided our IDs, and the officer then left. Finding a firearm left behind in a guest room is an alarming and unacceptable safety failure. It indicates a breakdown in room turnover inspection procedures and created significant stress and disruption to our stay. In addition to the safety incident, we also experienced the following problems: ¡ From approximately 9:00 AM on our first day, there was no water, which caused significant discomfort and impacted basic use of the room. ¡ The mini-fridge appears to be set to freezing temperatures and froze everything inside. Food we purchased at Whole Foods was ruined. ¡ The in-room internet was extremely slow and not usable for normal work or streaming.
