- Vasilios (6/5): War ganz ok, aber ich hätte für ein 5-Sterne Hotel etwas mehr erwartet! - Toll war, dass ein Sportgeschäft im Hotel hat. Das man verschieden Möglichkeiten hat um etwas zu essen. Das es einen beheizten Aussenpool gibt. Der Shuttle Bus zu den Skigebieten. Das jeden Abend jemand vorbeikam um zu fragen, ob alles ok ist. Freundliches Personal. Ganz klar die Hygiene. Im Zimmer hatte es Staub auf dem Nachtisch. Als wir das Hotelzimmer ab Abreisetag verlassen haben, lag unter dem Bett eine weisse Socke welche nicht uns gehört hatte. Zudem fiel uns auf, dass überall im Hotel die Möbel angeschlagen sind. Die Buchstaben am Lift nicht auf dem ersten Blick ersichtlich sind. Die goldene Schrift auf der grauen Wand ist keine gut ersichtliche Kombination. Weiter fiel uns auf, dass die die meisten liegen im Indoor Pool ständig durch ein Badetuch besetzt wurden ohne, das jemand anwesend. Liegt vermutlich an den vielen deutschen Gästen :-).

- Jessica (8/5): Un hôtel très agréable pour les familles grâce à son accueil et son emplacement, malgré quelques détails techniques à pe - Nous avons passé un très beau séjour en famille dans cet établissement. L'ambiance y est véritablement chaleureuse et conviviale, on s'y sent tout de suite bien. Ce que nous avons adoré : • Le personnel : Vraiment sympathique et aux petits soins. • Le cadre : La vue depuis l'hôtel est tout simplement superbe. • Le petit-déjeuner : Très complet et de grande qualité, parfait pour bien attaquer la journée. • Le petit plus : Le prêt de luges, une attention géniale qui a ravi les enfants ! Les points à améliorer : • Le ménage : Nous avons trouvé que la propreté de la chambre laissait parfois à désirer, un point qui mériterait plus de rigueur pour un séjour parfait. • L'accès piscine : Dommage que la piscine soit interdite aux enfants après 18h. C’est souvent le moment où l'on rentre d'activité et où ils aimeraient se détendre.

- Andrei (10/5): The best in Davos - Everything about this hotel was fantastic – in our opinion it’s the best hotel in Davos. The cross-country ski tracks start right next to the hotel, which is amazing. What we loved most was the kids’ playroom that stays open until 9 pm, where children can even have dinner, plus there’s a small kids’ cinema. The breakfast is excellent, there are several great restaurants for dinner, and the bar has an impressive cocktail menu. We booked two rooms – both were very comfortable, with a shower and a bathtub and a beautiful view over the city. A big thank you to the whole team – we were truly happy staying here. Zudem war das Essen nicht wirklich gut. Unsere Nanny welche wir dabei hatten, was über das Essen (Roomservice) schockiert, obwohl sie überhaupt keine hohen Ansprüche hat. - Khalifa (3/5): . أتمنى فقط أن يتم تحسين مثل هذه التفاصيل مستقبلاً، لتكون التجربة أكثر راحة ووضوحًا للضيوف، مع الشكر والتقدير - د الإشارة إلى أنني طلبت عدم تنظيف الغرفة خلال اليومين الأخيرين من الإقامة، ورغم ذلك تم تنظيفها. كما لاحظت في أول يوم لي بالغرفة وجود صابون مكسور، وقد أبلغت الموظفين بذلك، ولكن للأسف لم يتم استبداله أو إصلاح الوضع خلال فترة الإقامة لقد استأجرت دراجة (سيكل) لمدة يوم واحد، وعند إعادتي لها، تم إخباري بأنني تسببت في خدش بها. ولكن في الحقيقة، لم أقم بأي ضرر، ويبدو أن الخدش كان موجودًا مسبقًا، ولم يتم تسجيله في ورقة الفحص عند استلام الدراجة. شعرنا بتوتر كبير وقتها، خاصة أن المبلغ المطلوب كان كبيرًا، ولكن في النهاية تم التسامح معنا، رغم أننا لم نكن سببًا في الضرر

Weigerung des Personals, einen Wein in die Zigarrenlounge zu bringen). Die Infrastruktur wirkte ungepflegt, mit offen liegenden Kabeln und schlecht beleuchteten Gängen. Weigerung des Personals, einen Wein in die Zigarrenlounge zu bringen). Die Infrastruktur wirkte ungepflegt, mit offen liegenden Kabeln und schlecht beleuchteten Gängen. - Michael (7/5): Tolle Location, sehr nettes Personal - als reines Adult-only wünschenswert - Sehr nettes und hilfbereites Personal. Tolles Zimmer an schöner Lage. Super Parking. Sowohl im SPA/Pool-Bereich wie auch beim Frühstück empfand ich den Lärm der vielen (Klein-) Kinder sehr störend. Den Eltern scheint es egal zu sein und das Personal traut sich nichts zu sagen. Das erwünschte Wellness-Feeling hatte ich leider nicht erlebt. Dass es Hotelgästen erlaubt ist beim Frühstück mit Bad-Schlarpen rumzulaufen, erscheint mir für ein solches Hotel nicht angebracht.

Obwohl das Hotel zur Hälfte besetzt war, konnten wir wärend 2 Abenden nicht im Fonduerestaurant essen. Das ist nicht in Ordnung.

- Katharina (8/5): War ein sehr schönes Hotel für eine Nacht, völlig ok. - Die Aussicht aus dem 9. Stock war traumhaft. Ebenso war die Dame am Empfang sehr nett. Das Bett war schön groß und sehr bequem. Für den Preis zuweit weg von der Stadt. Ebenso gab es das versprochene Hundeset leider auch nicht.
