- TonySilvacosta (6/5): Luces y sombras: personal excelente(salvo recepción y un barman) vs. instalaciones de tres estrellas - La ubicación del hotel es excelente, el barrio de Puerto Santana esta en el centro de la ciudad, frente al rio, pero lo mas importante es que es muy seguro y no tienes necesidad de movilizarte a otros sitios de la ciudad, porque el barrio lo tiene todo y he aquí donde el hotel toma ventaja. El hotel podrá impresionar a turistas locales o a extranjeros que no han viajado mucho, no a mi que he vivido en 8 países, a este hotel le pondría 3 estrellas comparando con otros tanto en Europa, como en Asia, por tanto es caro para lo que pretenden ser, un hotel "exclusivo". No hay sandalias para la habitación, tampoco albornoz, no hay pasta, cepillos, peinilla, rasuradora, etc. El café que esta en la habitación es HORRIBLE!. El desayuno estuvo bien, no excelente, no hay una gran variedad de platos ecuatorianos ( Ecuador tiene una excelente cocina), muy limitada la elección y algo que denota que no es un hotel 5 estrellas, es que sirven un café MAILISIMO y si quieres café de la maquina que hace capuchino, etc, TE QUIEREN COBRAR ADICIONAL!, cuando el desayuno de por si es CARO!. Debo de admitir que la comida ecuatoriana que comi estaba deliciosa ( falto, por ejemplo, BOLLO de pescado, una delicatesse ecuatoriana ausente en el desayuno). El área de la piscina es de un hotel 3 estrellas, basico, limitado. Un piscina angosta, pequeña, eso si con una linda vista al rio Guayas, el área de jacuzzi pequeño, no tienen el agua muy caliente, un sauna nada impresionante y por todo esto es que muy caro comprar 1 dia de pasar en el hotel ( lo compre para mi sobrino y su enamorada), después de 1 hora es muy aburrido, para incentivarlo deberían hacerlo con un TODO INCLUIDO, alcohol también). En cuanto al personal, todos excelentes, con EXCEPCION de los que hombres que están en la recepción, en todos los diferentes turnos. Su trato NO ES DE LA AMABILIDAD del resto del personal del hotel, incluida las chicas que están con ellos en la recepción, las cuales tienen un trato EXCELENTE. El trato de los hombres de la recepción, el cual es poco amable, que raya en lo arrogante y pienso que es porque en Ecuador, las personas que trabajan en bancos o recepción de un hotel, se sientes grandotes, poderosos, se sienten en una nube, sin saber que al turista NO LE IMPORTA, NO LE SORPRENDE SU POSICION, AUNQUE SEA DUEÑO DEL HOTEL. Estos recepcionistas parecen policías, quisquillosos en todo, tanto que molesta al turista. El barman, Jose, el que parece que es artista con las manos, es PESADO su trato es " YO SOY EL DUEÑO DEL BAR, SOY EL ARTISTA", cuando lo veía ahí, me iba a los bares de afuera del hotel. Los otros barman, el otro Jose, Daniel, muy amables. El resto del personal de servicio, TODOS EXCELENTE SERVICIO.

- Serge (8/5): Tres bien - Cet établissement est en bordure de la promenade avec vue sur la rivière. Il est idéalement situé entre le terminal terrestre, l'aéroport et le centre historique ! Le service est exceptionnel et l'ambiance magnifique. Les chambres sont confortables et très spacieuses ! Il y a plusieurs possibilités de se restaurer sur place, de la pizza au four a bois aux plats asiatiques exceptionnels ! Les prix sont plus élevés que dans plusieurs autres établissements mais une fois n'est pas coutume et le détour en vaut le coup !

Me pidieron una tarjeta de crédito de garantía y facilité mi Amex. Siempre lo hago. Pero, suelo pagar con la Revolut y cuando llegué al hotel ya me habían cobrado con la Amex. Ello va a causarme un pequeño coste extraordinario, perfectamente evitable.

La ubicación es ideal para una estancia corta en Guayaquil, cerca de lugares turísticos, del aeropuerto y en una zona segura. Tuvimos una estancia corta. El día de nuestra llegada no nos informaron que al día siguiente durante toda la mañana la piscina estaría en mantenimiento, con lo cual podríamos haber reorganizado nuestros planes.

- Carlota (10/5): Mi mejor dia familiar se dio en Wyndham. - Todo estuvo muy bien tiene una excelente ubicacion, las diferentes áreas como restauran, gimnasio, piscina, impecable todo bien organizado, vamos a volver, cuando se de la oprotunidad, los dias 3 y 4 el personal que nos atendió muy amables y bien preparados en los que hacen, empaticos, serviciales, excelente todo. no tengo nada que decir.

Las pesas que botaban quienes hacían ejercicios se escuchaba claramente durante todo el día. También el yacuzzi estaba arriba y también se escuchaba la vibración. Adicional el baño súper incómodo porque justo tenía una columna que lo hacía súper incómodo.

- Juan Alejandro (3/5): - Ubicación. Colchon. Amenidades. Staff de recepción. Almohadas en pésimo estado, no tenían suficiente plumas adentro y estaban deformes. No apropiadas para un descanso. La supervisora de HK fue muy ruda, muy poca amabilidad. Pedí toallas el día de salida para bañarme (antes del Ch out time) y me dijo usted ya sale hoy no? Casi negándose a darle toallas. Me las entregó de muy mala manera y las toallas estaban en mal estado y me dio solo para una persona. Tuve que pedirle para mi acompañante. Además desde que llegamos el reloj estaba desigual con varias horas y así pasó todo mi estadía. Nadie se fijó ni lo cambió. El personal de room service fue amable. La verdad creo que falta mucho en estándares de atención al huésped. No tuvimos oportunidad de tomar el desayuno incluido.

- Mr Mark (2/5): Hotel looks good, but dont rely on the staff here - The location is good. The staff and organisation of service is atrocious. You ask for a private transfer and dont get one. They give you a number to WhatsApp on airport arrival, and nobody answers it. The driver say he will be two minutes and disappears for 35 minutes leaving you locked inside his van. You complain and you get a barrage of excuses from two other WhatsApp accounts, neither of which reveal who the author is, just anonymous accounts. They assure you the transfer to the airport will leave on time. The van arrived 5 minutes late and then couldn't even get the jammed back door opened so it left 15 minutes late, squeezing our time to get through check-in, immigration and security.

- Katrin Rech (10/5): - Perfekte Lage ... aber ziemlich arrogantes Personal . Ich bin für eine Nacht dort eingecheckt ( Luxus Suite ) und hatte nur nen Rucksack dabei . Das gab erstmal rum gezäcker an der Rezeption , ob ich nicht doch n " einfaches" Zimmer will . Da ist deutlich Luft nach oben .
- Andrew (8/5): Highly recommended when staying in Guayaquil - Very well located - close to plenty of restaurants and bars, as well as Malecom 2000. Easy walk to downtown or Las Penas. Hotel itself is very comfortable with well sized, comfortable rooms and plenty of amenities and you always felt very safe. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle (free) is a real plus, convenient to get to and from the airport. Nothing really we could fault.
