• Lee (10/5): Lovely place to stay - Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean and has a relaxed atmosphere. It’s located in a good place with all you need close by. Simon and Richard are both very accommodating and do all they can to make your stay pleasant. We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed another night and really didn’t feel like coming home to be honest.

• Darryl (10/5): Simon saved my holiday! - I was booked in at another holiday but no one was there to check me in. This is during the heatwave. I booked The New Brooklyn last minute and showed up sweaty, tired and upset. Simon wasn’t having it. He was polite and professional and sorted everything out in minutes. This man does not sleep and runs everything. Yet, everything was “no problem “, his favourite saying. All the other guests spoke glowingly as well. He truly turned my holiday break around. I will definitely be back.
• JOANNE (10/5): Definitely recommend - We stayed 2 nights with our children, hotel was lovely and clean, friendly staff, fantastic reasonably priced selection of drinks at bar and the kids loved the retro game table!! The breakfast was delicious!! We opted to pay to park opposite as there was no free spaces when we checked in. Could have moved car next morning but we decided not to as we were out and about. Location was great being right on sea front. Would definitely stay again 😊

• Mark (8/5): Blackpool overnight stay - Room was quite small but very clean and decorated well. Bit disappointed with breakfast as no yogurts and not offered brown toast. Also got my breakfast wrong as buttered my toast when specified no butter as allergic to it. This was quickly replaced but forgot my tomatoes. A little petty but I did only order beans on toast with tomatoes and no butter. Owner very friendly and hotel in good position. Parking good facility and overall it’s a nice hotel for a short break

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel in good location - This was a very last minute booking for a night away. The location is great but parking is a nightmare. However when phoning hotel to say difficulty getting parked up they offered a spare space in the rear enclosed yard. Couldn't ask for more. The room was clean, comfy bed great bar and seating area in the lounge. Breakfast plentiful, will definitely return.

The food was lovely and our 7 year old 4 year old ate all their food. Good selection. Position of hotel is perfect as you are in the middle of pleasure beach and the tower. Nothing around to disturb your sleep. Not open to general public at the bar. This hotel is perfect and a really good price for your stay in Blackpool,
• Donna (10/5): Close to everything great hotel - Although our room was small and over looked yard this was over shadowed by all the other great qualities of the hotel. Staff where lovely especially the manager couldn't have done enough. Room was spotless. Breakfast was fantastic probably one of the best I've had in a long time Central to all the outside amenities Would have been 100% score if had one of the bigger rooms with sea view but we did get last room available as last minute decision to go Defiantly will return

• samantha (10/5): New Brooklyn Hotel - The Hotel is one of many that sit along the Prom and with its red fascia is easy to spot from a distance away. (Great when you've walked down the Prom and you're flagging a bit)! Simon, your host is a quiet, helpful, friendly person and he is very accommodating. My friend is on a very special diet, and he was very helpful, once he understood what was required and provided her with nuts at breakfast in a beautiful glass dish!) As we walked into the hotel the first thing I noticed was the sringiness of the carpets, which indicated, new or very clean to me! Downstairs is a bar with comfortable seating and at the front a seperate bit where you can sit and look at the sea or the illuminations at night. The bar is very well stocked and is good value for money. The bar and hallway are extremely clean! The Hotel is beautifully decorated and there are some amazing crystal chandeliers, even in your room. Watch out for Eve the little Yorkshire Terrier, if you're a dog lover. If you're lucky enough to see her, she's a real sweetie. The complimentary breakfast was lovely, the dining room very beautiful. Lots of choice and well presented. Friendly, speedy service. It's a warm, welcoming place, with the emphasis on comfort and good customer service, nothing is too much trouble and Simon never makes you feel that you are a bother, even when he's busy. Really, enjoyed our stay here and if we come back to Blackpool, we will go back to the New Brooklyn without a doubt!

• Alison (10/5): Hotel on the Promenade - Very clean hotel with lovely sea view. There are plenty of free parking spaces in front of the hotel. We were welcomed by the hotelier who showed us to our rooms. They both had ensuite, ours had a sea view, where you could also see the trams and horse and carriages going by. The rooms were very clean, plenty of tea and coffee. In the lounge we ordered toasted sandwiches and pizza. They came quickly and it was A change not to have to go out to eat. Breakfast was served each morning and this filled us up for most of the day.

• Margaret (10/5): A lovely stay st The New Brooklyn - My husband and I stayed for two nights at The New Brooklyn. We had a lovely time. Simon the owner made us very welcome. Our sea view room was tastefully decorated and spotless with a really nice en-suite with toiletries provided. Breakfast was served in the dining room with a very varied menu including kippers. The bar area is really comfortable overlooking the promenade and snacks and drinks are very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back to The New Brooklyn

The Bar area was spacious and had a great feel of a proper bar but not to old fashioned with plenty of comfy Tub chairs .

The lady who prepares breakfast even remembered that my husband love tea while I prefer coffee! The room is clean and nice. Simple decorated yet well-equipped. We definitely will stay at The New Brooklyn again next time when we go to Blackpool.

• Kenneth (10/5): Simply outstanding - Its hard where to start recommending this hotel. In shirt the hotel is outstanding. My wife and 4 year old son had a excellent time at The New Brooklyn. Simon and his staff have to be commended in the highest manner for their hotel. This was my first time in Blackpool in over 14 years and although the place has changed slightly we were pleasantly surprised by this outstanding hotel. This is how hotels should be run. Friendly, clean and excellent food. We where truly saddened to be going home but look forward to further visits to this hotel. We will definitely be back.
